Enjoyed my experience there this week. Sarah and Jenna did an awesome job helping me pick out what I needed for my phone. Explained my bill better to me and weren’t pushy like the other Verizon store. They really seemed to just want to help me and that meant a lot to me. I didn’t feel overwhelmed when I left and will be back!!! Thank you again for all your help!

It was the worst customer experience Ive ever had in my life very uneducated.

The guys who were working here this week were extremely helpful. We set up 3 new phones on a family plan and they were super informative. They have helped my family in the past and always are great. Great service, great people!

The Verizon by Panera is way better!!!!

Ive had at least 3 or 4 bad experiences here ranging from an employee suggesting fraud to get my phone covered even though it should be cover anyway without fraud to ripping me off twice on $60 sceen protectors to adding hidden charges just for helping me for 2 minutes. I dont like going into detail but each time was honestly their fault. They didnt even tell me that pushing 3 buttons was going to cost me almost $80 at all. I thought he was just helping me out. I didnt ask for the service at all. Its the screen protectors that have me the most upset. We asked the guy like 100 times if it would be in store replacememt at the time of purchase. We explained that this happened last time we bought one here and he assures us that with my wifes iphone there will be no problem. I damn near had him sign a paper saying that it was a lifetime warranty and that as long as they still sell the iphone glass that it will be replaced free of charge. Well obviously that didnt happen. I dont want a refund of money i just wanted the replacement I was promised but instead we get a rude customer service rep telling us its not their problem. Its just bad business. The verizon store on dewey street is not a real verizon store and they lie and get away with it too much. However i found Green bay has a real authorized verizon store that has great customer service and honors what they say.

Every time payment made at this store they screw it up like yesterday payment made there didnt even get put on my account they need to ppl that know what they are doing this is the 4th or 5th time they have screwed up payments .

Friendly knowledgeable staff, and a clean store

Was told that my tempered glass screen could be warrantied and replaced in store. The tech that sold it to me put it on. Screen bubbled after a few months, came back to get it replaced and was told that it needed to be done through the website ($7 shipping charge.) I’m more disappointed that I have to go through the hassle of submitting it through the website when I was told that I could just bring the phone in.
