Dropped in to check out new phones. Old iPhone is finally dying from abuse and age. Guy says theyre out of the one I want. No big deal right? Nope. He continues to try to convince me to buy a different model/version. The cheap basic one. I try to pass but he was over persistent. Told me everywhere is sold out of what Im looking for and I wont find one. I go 250ft over to Best Buy and bought the exact phone I wanted.Its a real shame since I love Tmobile service and usually this store is good about everything.I forgot to grab a name but it was a larger black male.You are there to serve the customer. Not your own pocketbook for selling stuff. Shame.

Very helpful, went in because my phone connection wasnt well, they reset the connection gave me a new phone protector and gave me a new Sim card because I guess mine was super old all for free! Also very kind and made small talk to help the time go by fast!

They answered all my questions without any hesitation. They also made me feel like I was there number one priority even though there were multiple people in the store! I would highly recommend Nate and this store for great service!

I purchased a new phone this afternoon at this location. It was by far the best example of over the top customer service. One gentleman was being trained in. The other staff were so incredibly supportive of their new hire. There was an older gentleman there. He appeared to be the manager. He was so kind. Reassuring. I get really nervous about dealing with my phone. I was able to leave and run a few errands. I came back and my phone was ready to go. Definitely suggest this t mobile location to anyone .

I no longer have t mobile but I went into the mankato store today to pay an old bill with them that had gone into collections. Despite the fact that they didnt have easy access to the information they spent a lot of their time to do absolutely everything in their power to make absolutely sure that I left with everything that I needed to get things handled. I was extremely impressed with how kind, caring, and dedicated they were to getting me taken care of, especially since Im no longer a customer and my bill had gone into collections. Excellent customer service over there. Thanks so much.

Ive been into this store a number of times and have always received friendly and efficient service. They have helped me through the process of making major changes to my account, finding the right product to complement my device, and providing a great selection of devices when its time to upgrade.

I like the store very much, since they are very friendly and helpful. Especially they have been very honesty to me even I was not trying to become their customers. I collected some very useful information, and they are very understandable and supportive. They have some excellent employees.

Great customer service. I told them that I wasnt there to switch yet, and just wanted to see their plans. They did a great job of explaining there plans and where their service would be great at and not as great at. These were nice people that didnt seem like sales associates, but rather people you can talk too!

T-Mobile is in a good location. However, the store is very small. Its best to go when there is no one there. Ive noticed the most convenient times to go are when they first open or near closing time. Anytime in the middle is busy, and the service is an extremely slow process. The staff is initially very friendly. However, if there are technical issues with online accounts or phone issues they do not have the patience to deal with it. Two stars for location, but not space; and initial friendliness, but not genuine customer service.

Best customer service ever!. This is the closest store for us and we make a 5 hour round trio. During the Samsung Note 7 recall, these people were awesome. Much better than other carriers near our home. They go the extra mile to help you out even if its more work for them. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Everyone in the store did a great job trying to answer all my questions. I started thinking about switching my service from Verizon about a month ago, it took the full month to pull the trigger. I told them my thoughts and they did everything they could to help. I NEVER felt pressured to switch. They even lent me a phone to use for a day to make sure the service worked where it was most important to me. Rick and Nate did a fantastic job helping me and my family members set everything up so there were no hidden costs or unexpected fees. my plan now is 50 dollars a month cheaper than Verizon and I havent experienced any problems with service.

I went in for an upgrade and i had the best customer service ever. They took care of everything, didnt do a single thing and it was fast. Came out with a brand new phone in less than 20 min 😎😎😎

Bishwas was EXCELLENT!!! He spent more than two hours on the phone with customer service to ensure that I got the right product! I hadnt even bought the item at the T-Mobile store! He went above and beyond to ensure that I not only got the right product, but when the item arrived, he transferred all of my material properly, and he was extremely patient during the whole process! I was initially sent the wrong online product, but Bishwas made sure that I have renewed faith in TMobile!

Terrible help at this store. They tried to blame my used Samsung headset as being faulty when it was the techs that didnt know what they were doing. They just found a convenient excuse to get me out of the store. Then they charged my wife for a replacement SIM card after T-Mobile suggested we go in to have it swapped instead of paying to have one shipped direct from them. I love T-Mobile but this local store is worthless. Just go direct to T-Mobile if you want help.

This store stayed open beyond their regular hours to assist me with my phone order. I am thankful that Phi gave the extra effort and completed it that evening.

Worst customer service Ive ever received. The guy there Rick who helped me out, rude. I was telling him my story but he was like where did you get your phone. I tried telling him I got it from a t-mobile store I tried telling him what happened to my phone and he kept interrupting me every time I tried telling him. Just rude rude people. Do not go here you wont be satisfied. I seriously had to drive 1 hour away to another t-mobile store and I was satisfied there more than I was here. At least they listened to my problems.

It really seemed like the lady there didnt want to help me. I didnt have enough information in order to access my plan, but she made me feel extra stupid about it. I just didnt know what I was supposed to do from there and all she said was that she couldnt help me. She must have thought I was upset with her, but I was upset with myself for not having the right information and being completely oblivious to world of cell phones and plans. I said well I guess I cant get a phone and I was pretty confused and frustrated, but she shot the most condescending sorry at me when I was walking out the door. Definitely wont go back there ever because I simply would never want to speak to that person again. I felt horribly dumb. I work with customers all day and would get fired if I did that. She was blonde, and I never caught her name.

WONDERFUL!! I would definitely return to this store. Layout is very clean and visually appealing. I love going here for all my phone issues. I had been to a different store about an hour from mankato and had horrible service earlier that day, so then I tried the mankato store and was not let down! I was helped by Ladonna. She went above and beyond what I asked for to make sure I left the store happy! She made my entire day turnaround! My favorite tmobile now. Thank you ladonna! and Thank you Phone Zone!
