Long story short... target did not issue my promotional gift card on Sunday when my boyfriend picked up my order....I did not notice it until today when I went to pay for in-store items. I went to service desk and all the lady could tell me is I had to contact target.com..if there hasnt been a manager within ear shot of what was going on i would have been at 10!!!.. then it jogged my memory, this is the same service lady that was rude to me before!!!..I would suggest they put her in a backroom, night position...she has really fluffy hair and I didnt catch her name. Thank you to the manager that helped me

Unfortunately there is no option to give them 0 stars. But let me explain:Placed an order online and the order was sent to the wrong address.. and here it begins:1. Company is not able to update the address on the order...2. They tell me to call when it ships, so they can update it.. which I did.. and they tell me they cant UNTIL the carrier actually has updates. By the time that is available, the carrier already delivered it (that was the original order)3. While on the phone, Target just replaces the order with an IDENTICAL order, with -again- the wrong address...4. On that same call, they are UNABLE to update the shipping address.. even though it hasnt shipped yet!5. I call a day later to have them redirect. They are unable, because -they say- UPS will transfer the order to USPS.. (still.. they should be able to)6. I check a day after that.. and guess what.. out for delivery.. through UPS. (not a mention of USPS).Target is so incredibly unprofessional and inept, its a huge miracle they are even still in business!

The associate that brought out the merchandise was awesome. He checked the order and saw there was an item missing and went back into the store to get it. They should receive bonuses for doing a good job.

The parking lot was packed. Adults and children were not wearing masks. Probably over 250 people in the store. Kids running around like it was a playground. Parents not paying attention. Big party.

Pick up was extremely easy, and who doesnt love Target?!

Good selection of womens clothing. Nice amount of home decor and furnishing options as well. Bathrooms need some help, and need to be cleaned more often.

So its been a situation. In March I made an eye appointment with Target, in March I let them know that I have medicade.Today they call me (day before the appointment) and say :by the way we dont take medicade and you need to call in as soon as possible so we can give your appointment to someone on the waiting list. Rude.Then I try to call the glasses center and after it rings about 15 times it says memory is full. So I call the store number and hit the option for the service desk and it disconnected me.Like dudes, I tried optical center lady if you see this Christina is trying to cancel her appointment (which she cant do online or through the service chat) yes you can give my appointment to the next in line

Staff is helpful. Store is stocked nicely. Bathrooms are ALWAYS messy, dirty, and need help.

Target usually has a better selection and is usually better stocked compared to Walmart. But some stuff can be more expensive. Just have to know what to look for!

Ordering was easy, but the pick up was even more simple. Friendly customer service girl & she grabbed my ordered quickly!

The lady at the service desk today was not very customer service oriented. I had initially been in the store on Thursday to pick up the order. The line was 5 deep and the lady had no hurry about her. In fact, she wouldnt even look up from the handheld device to interact with customers. I did not wait in line. I chose to leave and try again today. Today, the same lady acted like it was an inconvenience to wait on me. I gave her my bar code that came in the email. She said it wasnt right. She tried by my last name. Still nothing. Asked for the order number. I looked it up in my email. Ironically enough, it was the same number as the bar code number. I think this employee needs customer service training along with training on your system.

Excellent customer service from associate Ryan Taylor...he answered my questions and helped me find items I was looking for.He was very knowledgeable,friendly and helpful!I forget the cashiers name but she was very polite also!

Fast friendly pick up

Never going here again, the workers that work in the return area have low IQ’s. They didn’t make one mistake... they made over 5. Had over 4 different people trying to help, spent hours without getting the issue resolved. Terrible service, they were unqualified and couldn’t handle their job position. Annoyed.

Shopped there twice in the last few months once in April once in July. The store is very hot and we were told that it it it it is controlled temperature wise by the central office in Minnesota. This last time in July I was told that mid afternoon they shut off the AC and part of the power because they are “power saving “. It was good for me because I saved a lot because I didn’t shop in there very long it was too warm and uncomfortable. Temperature wise it’s not a good shopping Environment.

Always been a Target shopper. This one is very nice and handy.Always seem to have great sales. Snack bar is nice too. You can smell the popcorn as soon as you walk in.

Super nice store BUT they make some caramel popcorn near the entrance that has an extremely overwhelming and sickening smell to it. That cant be good a good thing to eat. It is so loaded with scented chemicals that I cant breathe when I try to go in there, it makes me cough and gag. I wish they would stop making and selling it.

Only time I have been here was on Black Friday. Great day to try out a location of a store, huh? Things went well though when we had gotten there, they were pretty picked over but what do you expect? Aside from that, it was your typical Target experience. What the heck is a cartwheel though? I dont know if I will ever get why target is using that term for some sort of promo...

My wife purchased a christmas tree online for in-store pick up. It was on sale from 80 to 48$ they said it was not there when we went to pick it up and were very rude and not helpful, the customer service said they couldnt do anything since it wasnt there and cancelled the order, we asked if there was a similer deal and all they would give us was a different tree for 60$ mind you we already purchased it the one for 48$ We asked if we could have the tree we originally wanted ordered from another store and customer service lied saying all the other stores were out of stock, we know she lied because we called another target in sandusky and they had multiple trees instock. I gave one star not because they didnt have it instock, but that the customer service was so rude and disrespectful.

I love Target. This Target is pretty good. The last 2 visits were not great in regards to customer service. The first visit, I had an issue with my Redcard and the cashier was clueless. She offered no help or guidance whatsoever. The second visit, the manager was helpful with a specific situation, but our cashier (Priscilla) was very rude. She kept huffing and throwing our bags on the counter. Even my teenager noticed and thats saying a lot. Training might need to be stepped up a tad.
