Felecia was absolutely amazing! It had been years since I got a new piercing. She was so knowledgeable, patient, kind and helpful throughout the entire process- she even helped me choose the perfect mix of jewelry. She pierced my nostril and doubles. Felecia was exceptionally clean, precise and the piercing couldn’t have gone better. So happy with the results. Next day, I’ve forgotten about them they hardly hurt at all! I have had my nose done before and it was infected. It was done with a gun. I know that’s a no no but I was young and didn’t know that at the time. I was at a reputable shop and trusted them. I had my belly button done and it also got infected. I started to think I’m allergic to certain metals because of my ears being a problem too. I found Felicia and Ashley and knew if I got my nose done again that’s where I would go. Felicia was awesome! I have had ZERO issues with my nose. None at all and beyond excited I can have it and enjoy it!There jewelry is the best. Might be a little pricey but that’s because it’s real and you get what you paid for.

I have gotten 6 piercings here, both double lobes, a conch, and daith piercing. Ashley and Felica are very professional and educated. They have a large selection of pretty jewelry and can change your jewelry out for you. I live in Indiana, and visit my dad in the area occasionally but I will always get my piercings here! Felicia did some piecings for me, she was very sweet and pleasant. The shop is gorgeous and classy. It does not have the typical tattoo shop feel. I would bring my kids here for sure for ear piercings.

The environment was super nice and so clean. It is a little on the price of your side but everything that you get is wonderful I got a piercing and they were so nice and the environment was wonderful and really should definitely calmed my nerves 10 out of 10 would recommend

The piercers at this place have done nothing but help me the last 6 months. I had my nostril pierced by another place and had a terrible experience and did not want to get my nose done again but Felica made me so comfortable and I was able to get my nose triple pierced in one sitting because she was so amazing at what she does!! Secondly I had complications with the healing in my piercing and Ashley and Felica ALWAYS got me in when I felt as tho something wasn’t right. I have had to have my bars switched in and out multiple times due to swelling and not once were they rude or made me feel like I was a bother or even charged me for it! Most piercers would of given up because of how bad my nose went through the healing process but they always made me feel better and refused to let me just give up on it like I wanted to so many times. I love this place. I recently got 3 piercings here, and my piercer was just wonderful. She spoke to me very sweetly and made me feel comfortable and calm. I sat through all three piercings with no issues and I feel amazing afterward. Her prices are amazing, she works with all price ranges and sells high end, custom jewelry. My piercings are beautiful and I feel so much more beautiful myself afterward. Following her aftercare instructions was a breeze and my piercings are healing up perfectly!

I went to Diamond in the Rough to get my daughters ears pierced. She was nervous, but was put right at ease by the friendliness of the staff. My daughter had everything explained and shown to her before the piercing process and we were given clear instructions for how to care for her ears after. We were also encouraged to call if we had any questions or concerns and my daughter left so happy with the results! The main room is open, clean, and welcoming. There is two hour free street parking and a large parking lot across the street.

Ashley and her entire crew are some of the most professional, courteous, and knowledgeable individuals in their industry that I have ever come across. After being tattooed by people from around the world, and being pierced by a few folks as well, I can assure you that you wont find anyone who will do better work in the Mansfield area. The jewelry selection is second to absolutely none, from simple basic high polished silver colored jewelry, to ornate precious metals and stones. If you cant find a piece that suits your tastes, they will do all in their power to assist in making sure you leave 110% satisfied, even if that means ordering something for later pickup. I cannot say enough great things about this place! I traveled from Missouri, to spend my 30th with family and we went in and I got my first nose ring!! My cousin got a second, and we are IN LOVE with them! Everyone was so kind, explained everything to us, and the piercing did not hurt at all! It was super quick too! Ashley was extremely knowledgeable about my new piercings and some old ones I have gotten from back home. She even recommended some shops to visit back home if I get anything else done and made sure to give me her information to keep in touch should I need anything! Definitely recommend them!

This was the most sterile, pleasant place. I went to have my ear relieved. I was so surprised at that their instruments were wrapped in sterile packaging. Very professional. Best place to go for piercings! This place is as clean (if not cleaner) than my dentists office! They have a wide selection of pieces that they custom fit to you because lets be honest...ears can be weird. You walk out the door looking so fine that even your grandma cant be mad that you got another piercing!
