Great store, kids books were a bit too political

Barnes and Noble is always pleasant to visit. Its quiet, organized, and the staff if very friendly. The coffee shop serves Starbucks but is not Starbucks. The coffee is still excellent and on par with the actual store. I recommend for a nice coffee date or a quiet place to get away from the chaos of a busy life.

I was able to look online for the availability of the book and found it in store quickly.

Keep up the great work and keep letting individuals make their own medical decisions.

My mother is a published author. Went looking to buy her book. Couldnt find it on the shelf but the helpful and very friendly staff looked up the book and placed an order for us. Wonderful atmosphere too.Ending up buying Everything will be okay by Dana Perino

Storytime is awesome here. You get a craft and a free cookie from the cafe. This is one of the few retail places we can go as a family and all spend time wandering the aisles looking at stuff.

The assistant store manager( Eileen-I hope I spelled it correctly) helped me immensely with a problem with my Nook. She took the time and was professional in dealing with the problem. Thanks for all of your help.

The food was delicious. My steak was cooked perfectly. We had a great waiter. He was attentive without being overly so, and very friendly!Because of Covid-19, we had to wait in our car until they called us in. They had high backed booths and were not allowing people to sit out in the lobby unless they were related. Tables were spaced 6 feet apart.

Always clean and quiet I did have to inform them that their bathroom needed some assistance and I dont like the fact that their Starbucks in there you cant use Starbucks points you have to use Barnes and Noble they say theyre not really a Starbucks but Starbucks sign hangs there

Im being move when I say they.... Books have this feel and smell and they are always connected... With this digital world things can be changed really really easy I tell my kids its the Digital Mandela Effect... With physical books they are always there, even if there was a such thing as an EMP..

Barnes and nobles is a great place to go...yesterday was my first time going and i must say i will be going back. I didnt know they had a star bucks in there so i went and got the pretzel stuffed with pizza so delicious. I also got a couple book so i can learn spanish and also french. Love the book mark i got as well.

Barnes & Nobles was Great. It was quite inviting, well lite, topical subject matter was easy to locate. Although, I havent used the coffee bar yet, it looked quite promising. The store was up-to-date as far as recent releases. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They make sure you have the information requested and are patient with their customers whether older or younger. Love Barnes & Nobles❤💯👀👀lots to see.🙂

It is Barnes and Noble. It has the most updated collection of books. Call me old fashioned, but I like to read books more than e-readers. I like to get my quick news online but I like to get my in-depth knowledge from reading books and Barnes and Noble is, without a doubt, the place to go for the most recent books on nearly any subject outside of the library. Plus they have magazines, coffee and can be easily accessible from the road. And it is a great place to chill for a couple of hours.

They have a good selection, but couldnt find assistance. Only one cashier and had to wait several minutes - no one else in line - to be checked our.

I absolutely love going to Barnes and Noble! I could spend all day just looking around in the store at everything they have to offer. Theyre prices are great, especially the Bargain Books, theres so much selection and huge variety, and its not just books either. They have everything from art supplies and games, to books and toys, and anything and everything in between. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Wonderful store!!!

Smaller Barnes & Noble then most I have been in but regularly visit here, and always find what we are searching for, or pick up new great finds.Quiet bookstore, nice large Starbucks and lounge area, amazingly friendly staff, and rarley ever crowded.Seems to have regular events, author signings, and book club meets.A great location to read and relax.

Disappointed with the magazine section now. Cant find any hobby machinist magazines there anymore. Also they took out all of their chairs where you could sit down and read. Major bummer. Ill go to Amazon from now on to find what I want.

February 2020. Ive been on a 6-day search for a hard to find item. Its for a gift so I didnt mind putting in the extra time and effort. Before calling, Id decided that today would have to be my last day & then was going to opt for plan B since I could not order through the B&N warehouse. And although B&Bs website listed a scattering of stores as having the item (when in actuality they did not) on day 5, it felt like a lost cause.This afternoon I spoke to 2 B&N reps. 1 in Connecticut. The other in the Boston area. No luck. Then I phoned the Mansfield, OH location. Eileen, a very gracious and thoughtful representative not only checked the shelves in the store but checked the storeroom too. Again, no luck. Although she was unable to find it, she directed me to the Fort Wayne B&N because they showed a quantity of 3. So I called without any hope. Amazingly they did have the gift I needed!The cherry on the cake is that Eileen (the caring awesome professional that she is 110%!) called me to see if Id had any luck at the Fort Wayne B&N. I cannot believe that she took the time to phone me once to inform me that she could not find it in the stock room AND then again a second time to see if Fort Wayne had it. I am so grateful to Eileen for directing me to the Indiana B&N, and for her friendly professionalism. Just amazing! Thank you Eileen!

Good selection and staff is very helpful. The coffee shop is dated and needs updated. The whole store looks like 1992 as does most Barnes and Nobles. If not cautious these could disappear from our landscape. Like I said the staff is very helpful and nice. Just seems like as a company Barnes and Noble are no longer so Noble.

Honestly one of the best places to unwind and get lost any any world you dream about. I feel at home here its so inviting and cozy! You will find your next adventure here. Or any kind of knowledge your looking for. But i strongly suggest fantasy fiction it will help you disconnect from stress and this some times underwhelming world! Aswell you can read in store and enjoy a nice coffee, or iced mocha maybe even a frappe and a snack! Hope you enjoy it like i do! It a portal for me!

Clean and well kept. Staff are scarce but helpful and friendly. Decent stock but far less than bigger locations. Childrens area is nice and probably the high point of visit. Strongly dislike paying a fee for discount card membership. Seems not worth the return, especially when online retailers give you a better price than the discount without a membership. Also Starbucks seems to charge more than the stand alone down the street, effectively negating the discount from membership.

I was approached and helped by the clerk in the Childrens section who took the time to help me find some books for my students. She was awesome. The store is always clean, well stocked with a huge selection of print media and treasures! I love this store and the wonderful people who work there!!!

Good service from the staff. The smell of fresh coffee is a definite plus. Needs some roof repairs, so that was a little off putting.

Even though BN didnt have book I needed, they took time to locate and order. Young man who took my cheesecake and coffee order had a great sense of humor. Brewers not working but he adapted with espresso and hot water. He assured me it would be mild.. .and it was great!

I could browse in Barnes and Noble for hours. They have some many books that youre able to get something for everyone on your Christmas list.

Needed to get a book for my college class, which started at the end of the week. Unfortunately, they did not carry my book, but assured me they could order it and have it delivered to the store in two days. Four days later, my book has still not arrived and was informed by a very impatient and rude worker that the books never ship in that fast and it always takes 5-7 days to arrive. Pretty disappointed I was lied to by a manager because the worker assured me it was common knowledge among the employees that books take 5-7 days to get delivered to the store.

I love this store but i was hoping to find more of a selection in stationary.

The Cafe is awesome. The Baristas are excellent and very friendly. Customer service is great! It was very clean and displays were organized and set up very nicely. The atmosphere in the cafe was perfect for enjoying a special coffee and reading the book I purchased.

Dont go to the Starbucks here unless you have a lot of time. The Starbucks here is the slowest service I have ever experienced (waited about 25 minutes for a sandwich that just needed to be warmed up in a sandwich press and another time waited almost 10 minutes for a coffee frappucino - these all happened with no one else in line). When it comes to the books, there are plenty of good options although it can be a little hard to figure out where some stuff is but the staff is always helpful and nice.

I love books. Browsing through a store devoted to books is always a good thing to do. Especially when there is coffee involved. Ive always been impressed by the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff not only in my local store but any Barnes & Noble store Ive been in.

We always love going to Barnes and Noble. The kids could stay there all day if allowed to. The customer service is really wonderful. The only thing is, Amazon books are sooooooo much cheaper that it is hard for me to justify the prices here. I guess one pays more the the experience and instant gratification? The kids had a great time with getting a dessert from the cafe and starting their books.

I absolutely love Barnes & Noble. This particular location always has helpful and friendly employees, the store is always clean and never looks cluttered, and the cafe is always clean and usually busy. Speaking of the cafe, if youre looking for a bite to eat, yes, its a little pricey, but well worth it.

We drove an hour from Wooster this past Saturday- while I love Barnes and Noble- there was a young couple who had brought inside their TWO, yes TWO Large husky dogs. The entire area smelled like wet dogs, my allergies were flaring and I had to keep moving away from them. The young couple seemed absolutely oblivious their dogs might be an issue. These were NOT service dogs. I asked at check out if they were pet friendly because this was shocking- they said no they were not. No one did anything to ask them to leave. It shortened my stay, dissapointing because I drove an hour to do some specific research.

As a conservative I was disgusted by the book choices being heavily promoted and will not buy anything from this company again.

People very nice and helpful been all over Mansfiel to find a book my grandson wanted found it there 2 dollars higher but the money I spent on gas and time was worth coming there for nice friendly help.

It is a very good place to get a very good cup of coffee. And they have very good cookie.

The available titles seem a bit limited, and so does the seating. There needs to be better seating so that you can sit down and check out the books before you decide to purchase. In the end, I guess it really doesnt matter because you can just purchase a book on Kindle for much cheaper

In and out today. I have to give 5 stars to the staff in the middle of the store at the desk. They just seemed so happy when I walked by and they greeted me.

The store is a smaller and older one. We have been enjoying visiting the cafe and browsing the varied selection of books, magazines and specialized merchandise for at least twenty years. The staff are friendly and helpful.
