Always find at least one new interesting book here.
Horrible selection, just go to the one in Manchester or call first.
Friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately changes in corporate management of this store mean a drastic reduction in the variety of books that used to be offered due to association with a university.
Nice place to buy, though price is little high.
Great Staff ! Helpful ! Great reading series ROAR and great Puppet series with Ballard Puppet museum (expanding the definition of puppetry).
Everyone that works here is always so helpful and friendly to my 7 and 4 year old. We prefer this location to the bigger buckland store for just that reason. Several times theyve had better pricing too!
Great customer service and very friendly people.
Great service and great selection. Yay for local bookstores! The store is well laid out and the little restaurant attached is nice. I highly recommend this place.
Staff was lovely! Very friendly and helpful. I just wish their religion section was more inclusive of non-abrahamic religions.
Great selection and large space! They even have a studying lounge for the students and a UConn merch area!
Convenient place for college students. Downstairs of the south garage plus professional service made this place great. But they dont always label peoples name for drinks, have seen people took the drinks that is not belong to them.
The small amount of time I spent in this store was met with friendly service and a comforting atmosphere. Books are sorted in a neat and mot confusing manner.
Summer visit wasnt crowded, might be slightly less selection of books because it has testbooks. Good childrens area. Has a small cafe (not Starbucks because theyre around the corner), has nice coffees and pastries.
Very small store. Helpful staff. Still a great place to spend a couple of hours with books
Great store, awesome books and much more. Go there and find out!
The manager, Bob, is always helpful and has ordered several books for me, his staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Always fun to browse and lounge in their comfy chairs checking out their books!!!
Pretty nice Barnes and Noble with lots of comfortable seating. A small café is also located inside. Nice place to go and sit for awhile.
Not all of the.selection as the stripmall version... but pretty darn close.Extensive UConn apparel section.I appreciate the lack of crowds, its actually quiet in there, and the reps are friendlier. Will be making this our go-to B n N since we can order and pick up there hassle free.
Neatly categorized and clean. It has a Starbucks if youre in the mood, and a good atmosphere to just sit and peruse if you please.
Delightful bookstore right near Uconn. Cozy atmosphere with comfy chairs. Good selection of gifts, books, puppets, and Uconn apparel.
Nice store. Is connected to the puppet museum next door, so the kids section is very nice. Lots of UConn merch for sale too.
Convient and decent stock of books for a small college town bookstore.
Very nice love the lil coffee place inside, very nice people, has a bathroom and handi cap accessible
They had a good amount of doctor who!!! Woot woot
Great store to kill some time in; the selection of books is good. The joint cafe is brilliant and and has a selection of Starbucks drinks which is a big plus as it beats out the on-campus cafe beverages in most cases. However, in reference to art supplies, DO NOT buy from either this store or the main B&N on campus unless you need something small and last minute. The stores charge 50%-75% above proper pricing. No lie. I was horrified last semester when I found a 72 Prismacolor Pencil set for almost $200 when you can get it for $60 online. This is pretty much across the board for art stuffs. I would recommend going to a dedicated art store (like Jerrys) in person or ordering online.
Being associated with UConn, prices are higher but good selections.
Good memorabilia. Quite overpriced however, as expected.
Knowledgeable staff. Good selection of reading material.
The selection of books is great, but there are not many art supplies, which doesnt make much sense considering how close it is to the art building.
Friendly staff with easy free garage parking.
Had a very small childrens section, I wanted to check it out because it is a lot closer to me than the one at the Bucklend mall
Smaller version of the regular Barnes and Noble but convenient to my residence.
Great for college books but not so much for general public. Prices are different for non college books than other B&N stores.
Good store. Very helpful.
Not a very large location, which severely limits the selection on hand. The staff are always helpful and polite.
Not bad, but prices are b.s.
Poor service. A Rep was working with our checkout then switched to another non purchasing customer with many questions. We just left disgusted. Train you Reps!!!
Thank God there are still bookstores. I hope it stays!
Love this store near campus
Great alternative to a real Barnes and Noble!
Very small, not much of a selection. No help from staff.
Nice collections!
Cozy
Super book store!
Love it here
Found what I needed
Very good.
