Quality and service was very good, fast and friendly help at the checkout. The clerk was very helpful and courteous.

I used to like coming here to get clothes. But recently they lowered their stock in mens clothing and shoes. So I personally will probably not return. If you are looking for female clothing or countless other things then this is a good place for you

Really like this store. Can find clothes here that arent found elsewhere. Purchase most of my lingerie here. However they could improve the shoe department. Sure hope this store stays in business!

I love this store. I wish you would get more girls 14-20 school uniforms throughout the year. So hard finding my daughter new school clothes during middle and end of the school year. Other than that I love shopping here

Might not be the in place to shop these days but it still has a good selection of clothing and lots of other items. I buy most of my stuff online but sometimes it is nice to be able to try things on first. Usually quiet and the employees are friendly and helpful in my experience.

Went to J.C. Penneys in Mansfield Mall. My late mother and I always shopped there. I like it now because, unlike other stores, they stock clothing for older women as well as the young. The sale was indeed a good one. Thank you J. C. Penney, but please dont close your doors on us! Not all of us shop online.

I am so pleased with the salon in this particular store. I went to a salon in my local town and they messed my hair up bad..LONG STORY! I called this salon to see if they could fix it. Ive never been there never even thought about them before to be honest. But I was told on the phone the manager herself was going to fix my hair. I walked in and they were so friendly!! Held hair samples up for me and fiancé to pick what would look best, they were talkative and helpful and very very personable I literally felt like I had known the 2 ladies in there for years! At the end of my appointment I not only walked out with exceptional hair I found my forever stylist. So Id like to say I 10 out of 10 would recommend the salon and a big big thank you to Heather for doing my hair!! I really appreciate it!!

JCPenny at Ontario is one of the last department stores left in the mall. They have the basics. A Sephora is inside, which is nice. Overall limited inventory, but clean and tends to be well organized.

We found the best deals in JC Penney in Mansfield👍

Always a great store

The people here are very nice, but it often takes a while to find someone to open the dock doors when you are making a delivery. There is not always someone in the back room when you arrive, and you could ring the bell for quite a while before someone comes to let you in. It is usually easier just to walk in, ask someone at the register to page a member of management to the dock area, then go and wait on them.

They have a bad selection of shoes right now

The size we needed was not on the shelf. I asked one of the associates and she checked for us until she found some in the back. I had another question and asked another lady and she very happily gave me an answer.

Staff was short and to the point.

Beverly, our cashier, was very nice and helpful. When she was faced with a grumpy customer She did not let them bother her. She just smiled and did what she could to assist them. We were able to find a few good deals at this location but wish the infant section was bigger.

Side door close. Toys selection weak

They have a large big and tall section in their mens department. Thats great, however, big and tall translates to fatand really has nothing to do with tall. This seems to be everywhere, not just at Penneys. I used to be able to find pants in the big and tall sections, but now if you have a 60 waist and a 30 length you are in luck. If you are tall and skinny they conveniently have signs posted that those sizes may be available on line. So I guess theres no reason for me to go to the store. I can just order from home where I dont even need pants. *sigh*Other than that little annoyance, this is a really great store.

Great Sales, but sales associate was very slow when checking us out. She kept asking if we wanted a jc penny card even after telling her no thanks several times. Checking out took a total of 45 minutes

Not a huge fan of it, they sometimes have trendy and cute fashion for the young people but not usually. The nest place in there would probably be the dress section, but still MACYS IS WAY BETTER!

It was fun. I got pretty 2 in 1 purple eye liner - eyeshadow. I have not been to the Mansfield mall in years. I cant believe how many women I saw with face lifts. Before today I have only seen 2 in real life. I saw at least 10 at the mall today some were women around my age . I will be 50 in a few months.did not know people in this geographical area got more than injections and breast augmentation. I am intrigued.

Nice place plus they have shopping carts for little ones to sit in instead of dragging your stroller around and hair salon upstairs they do great job

When I need clothes or shoes are anything else this is where I shop. They have great sales a lot. And everything washes up great! I have things I bought years ago that I still wear. They look like new

I really like Penneys. I had ordered some items online and needed to return some. The sales staff were very helpful, courteous and polite. I had no problem exchanging some items and returning others. They have great sales which add up to awesome savings. I definitely will return to the store again.

Stopped to pick up an order I had sent to the store. Love this service. Was disappointed the elevator was out of order because stepping onto the down escalator gives me the willies.But what I ordered was worth it.
