Its used stuff so things are good or bad. Some new items and other things look like it should have been thrown away in the 1980s. Can find some nice things if you take your time. ALWAYS PAY WITH CASH. I used my card there once and spent time dealing with my back because of fraudulent charges on my account. Lessened learned. CASH only for me.

My husband and I have regularly donated to VOA. My husband took 8 large garbage bags full of clean, neat and some new clothes today, April 26, 2021. They no longer help to unload your vehicle!!! My husband has heart and lung problems.He was using his oxygen! Couldnt they see that he needed help?!?!Isnt that part of their job!?!? By the VOAs add they are proud to serve. Okay! What about helping. From now on we will donate to a more appreciative sevice. 😠😠😫

Very disappointed with the number of people in this store without masks or those wearing masks under their noses. The store advertises they require masks yet the store supervisor told me today we can only ask. We have a state mandate from the governor. Does the store supervisor override the governor and choose whether or not to comply? We are in a pandemic. We need to protect each other. Wear a mask!

The store is large. The one thing that is unfortunate is all clothes are not size separated. They are color coded but you have to go through all the clothes and hope your size is there somewhere. I stopped looking because I didnt want to go through every shirt or pants or dresses to find a size.

Huge store! Lots of options for everyone! Definitely Covid safe and for this time of year, the lines werent that long. The cashiers did a great job.

Bathroom was gross. Not an amazing selection but it wasnt horrible. i saw two different people steal jewelry right off the rack and put it on.

Clean and organized. Employees need to smile and be more friendly.

I have been to thrift stores all over the country and this is one of my favorites. The prices are already great but if you go on half off day prepare to be amazed! I have found so much great quality stuff at exceptional prices. This place is how all thrift shops should be. Its huge, organized, has amazing staff and awesome pricing. Affordable for those of us who prefer not to buy into fast fashion, and half off day is for EVERYTHING in the store.

Very clean, well organized. Cant say enough how impressed I am with this location. I travel an hour one way just to go to this specific one.

I love coming to this store when im in town for fames and homegoods, but i hate it when thrift arrange clothes but color, especially when they dont put the size on the tag. so, i dont buy clothes here because i just dont have hours to dig through it all. if they changed this, it might become my fav thrift store.

Over priced items what a dissapointment.

The two I think high school/ early college young men were very helpful, and my husband and I enjoyed the one that had Nintendo NES shirt on, and the young man that helped him. Very good attitudes.

Store gets worse and worse yearly...Just always loaded with rude people that dont care others are shopping....

I made my 1st visit Friday (10/26/2018) and I love this store! The staff are so kind and friendly and hard working! Plenty of mens wear at great prices too! I have 2 questions: How often does new merchandise arrive? How do I make sure my donation goes primarily for/to the Mansfield store?

This has been one of my MOST favorite stores ever and the prices have skyrocketed over the past few months. Literally making it unaffordable for even the average shopper. They argue that you can come on their half price day!! Really?? A used Christmas tree nothing fancy 79.99! Christmas bulbs with original tags 4.99 they stiff have it for 3.99. Come on dont act like greedy goodwill!

This is a awesome thrift store very clean ! I could have spent a week in the place ad still wouldnt have been able to go threw everything. Everything is color coordinated. Love it!!! My husband even had a great time and he hated shopping...

Ive been shopping here since the day the doors opened and the first few years it was an amazing store. Now? They literally put broken/ unusable merchandise on the floor to sell, and if you bring it to their attention they tell you to put it back where you found it(Im referancing a VHS tape). Combine that with their no return policy and it leads me to believe they WANT to sell broken items to the public, because its not their problem anymore. My little brother was SO excited to bring home a radio controlled airplane, only to find the body of the airplane is broken and completely unusable, what should have gone to the trash went to their sales floor. I used to shop here 1 or 7 times a week, it used to be the best thrift store in a 60 mile radius. No more.

Fair prices on some stuff and higher prices on other stuff

Biggest thrift store in the Mansfield area. Has a 1/2 off sale the last Tuesday of every month. The store is quite busy during this time. I suggest if you see a cart in the lot to grab it. There may be none in the store. Prices for some items are a bit high but dig around and you will find good deals. Clothing selection is HUGE. This is not the best place for me to find crafting items but I do shop here from time to time. I find fabric here often. Parking is easy to find as is the store. Huge parking lot is right in the front.

One of my favorite thrift stores in Ohio. Name brand things are more expensive but in general there is good deals and fair prices to be had. The store is big and has a large inventory. The staff have always been great to me. The last Tuesday of every month is 50% the entire store.

Lots of things to go thru, carts are fewer & are sanitized after each use (or so it seems because I had to wait for one) & when checking out it took what felt like forever (23 mins) but overall this place is not a bad store to check out.

Prices are the lowest around. The store is huge and kept clean & organized. Note: Clothing is organized by basic color NOT sizes.

I loved this place. Now, i still like iy but its not the same as it used to be. They must be having things priced based on ebay ads. Just because its listed for a price doesnt mean itll sell. The place is huge and they do have a good selection of things. Just way over priced to be considered a thrift store. Its more like a resell store now. The smaller goodwills in the area dont have the selection or volume they do but prices are still par for the corse as far as thrift stores.
