A newly remodeled Starbucks but with a major screw up. Theyve taken away the ability to walk in and buy a coffee.The drive thru is 15 cars deep.

This store use to be a third place for me but unfortunately after their manager pushed for the remodel and went to drive thru only and got rid of the seating area it’s really turned into a dumpster fire of a store. The employees attitudes have changed drastically in the past year. They went from friendly and caring about the customer to only caring about the product. To me that attitude and vibe comes from the store management. I go to a local coffee shop now that allows you to enjoy the customer experience.

Use to be a great store to come to but has gone downhill. The wait times for the drive thru are very time consuming. Even the mobile pick up times inside are very slow. I’m very disappointed in what this store has turned into. I’d recommend another option.

Line was around the building but moved pretty fast, drinks were great

By the time we waited approx 10 cars in front of us for our drinks there was a line almost wrapped around the buildings 1/2 or more time. Well worth wait for our drinks. Staff very nice! Thanks!

Coffee is ok, I like my pep mocha but there’s been no peppermint. Anyway, staff is super sweet and great about it. I guess there’s a shortage—who knew?!!

Took out their seating and now make you order through the app or in the drive through. The employee walked up to me to tell me she couldnt walk up to me and take my order. What?

This Starbucks ruined itself by remodeling into a drive thru only now it takes over an hour to get a cup of coffee and it’s not worth it. You should have kept the inside open.

Just a drive thru basically now. Removed all the seats after renovation. Used to be a good meeting place and a place the students at the college could do homework. Now is just a drive thru for over priced coffee. Not a cafe experience.

This was the fastest Starbucks line Ive ever been in.

Always super friendly and fast! They custom make my drink and they really care for their customers. They know me by name now and greet me like an old friend its an amazing place! This my custom blended strawberry lemonade with match powder!

I have been getting coffee from here for about a year no issues. The last two drinks I have thrown away and been so disappointed. It tastes so bitter and almost burnt like. I called and spoke with two staff members and they were seriously the sweetest! This isn’t an issue with the staff at all. I don’t know what is going on but it doesn’t taste right 😞

Idk why but was super slow yesterday and only had few cars ahead of me. Normally much longer lines. My strawberry drinks was ok. Still not good enough to justify the prices in my book.

I wish I could get near the place. There are consistently 15+ cars in the drive through. Seriously, why do you people sit in line this long for a cup of coffee? Starbucks, if youre consistently this busy, you need to open another location. This is just ridiculous.

Done with Starbucks. I used to buy from them twice a day for 3 years. I threw away about $50 worth of gift cards to keep myself from going back. I will instead go to the Ivory Bean Coffee House or Nickel & Bean where you are treated like a guest, as opposed to an unwelcome intruder.

I once saw a white blonde girl so desperate for her caramel mocha frappuccino that she was willing to go to court. I didnt even get anything, I just sat outside the line and watched her run into another persons car as she tried to crowd her way into the line. Her determination lets me know their coffee is good. 🤘

Seriously the best Starbucks ever! The people here make my day better because of how nice and friendly they are! We need more of this and am thankful it’s my local Starbucks to go to. I’ve never had an issue here. ❤️

Quick service and good product just to pricey!

This starbucks is so unreliable. The drive thru is have a century long all the time. Depends on the day if they want to open the inside or not. Online ordering is turned off half the time (usually the days they dont have the inside open). With that being said the baristas are always friendly and helpful. It isnt their fault. Its time to return to normal and knock of this ridiculousness. You had me back as a customer and just lost me within one month... But not like you actually care.

They’ve been so inconsistent since covid. Store posts “open” but they’re not, they accept mobile orders they’re not open to fill, and random days they should be open you drive up and there’s no one there. I get that covid has rocked every industry, but find a standard and stick to it. It’s the only place a third-shift worker can get a decent coffee around here. I was a 5x per week regular, but I’m so sick of it I bought an espresso machine and said f it. You lost my $30 per week.

Service was great. Its very apparent they are a great location, by the line of cars. Thoroughly enjoyed my latte.

This Starbucks was wonderful. My Caramel Ribbon Crunch frappuccino was perfect! The staff was very polite and friendly. There was a very long line that moved very quickly. We were out of town, so this was our very first experience with this location. I recommend this shop!

I’ll start with: the baristas at this location are extremely friendly, patient (kinda have to be with the amount of traffic accommodated) & they make the drinks well. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make-up for the fact that this franchise has become extremely unreliable as well as unprofessional since the pandemic.If you’re running behind and think to utilize their mobile order pick up... just don’t lol. It doesn’t really matter ~50% of the time bc you’ll have to wait in the drive-threw ordering line to pick up due to the fact that their lobby is closed.Closing the store / lobby due to COVID-19 cases is completely understandable. What is not acceptable is having 0 consistency in hours AND not updating your platforms to give consumers any indication of what exactly is going on.Thankfully, our commute to the store is only around 10 mins. FYI to the people complaining about this place NEVER being opened and the staff not even having the decency to put up a sign or notice explaining other than a vague sign on the door saying closed, this location has had multiple Covid-19 cases so they keep closing to disinfect the store. I hope they close and reopen elsewhere with new management because when they are open, expect long lines in the drive through, incompetence inside and long waits for your drinks. I gave up on this dump yet my girlfriend remains loyal to them as they’re the only location.You see Starbucks, how hard was that?

Store is never open during listed hours. Closed middle of the day, mornings, and early evenings. Seems to be randomly closed whenever they want not following listed hours at all. Often pitch black and a simple paper on window saying closed. Waste of drive cant trust hours

I am not sure what all the hype is about Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate. I have tried several different times and have never been satisfied. Long lines and waits is horrible on top of getting so so drinks. Sorry Starbucks not a fan.

So over this location being open and close when they want . I drive all the way there just for them to have a sign on their window to say they are closed or will open up later in the day. As a popular company and location you should have consistent hours.

Revieved no service. Pulled up today, October 30th 2020 at 6:25am behind a line of cars, waited and waited as cars continously drove off without receiving service. Pulled up to the speaker myself and waited without anyone speaking to me or offering any service. I go through here almost every Friday to get something for myself and coworkers so I know these are hours the store is open. Their hours are also listed online as being open. However, car after car pulled up and left without every being spoken to. If there was a problem inside with the speaker or system, it shouldnt have been too much for someone to come outside and let those of us waiting in line know instead of making us wait and waste our time like this.

They are usually really busy so youll have to wait but the drinks are pretty good, but just a once and a while treat!!

They have the best cake pops and coffee around. Everything tastes so good and I highly recommend coming here if you love coffee and desserts!!! But they also have drinks for the holiday or season and they have hot chocolate and fruity drinks as well. Like the pink drink which is an amazing, fresh blend of strawberries in a smoothie like drink!

Happy and friendly staff. The Pumpkin spice coffees we receive were good as usual. Even though they were all three pumpkin spice lattes, the requests were each unique in how they were ordered. Great job!

Not sure what’s going on they have a paper on the window saying open but I went to drive thru and no one took my order got out of my car to go in and the door was lock and when I passed through the drive threw I saw workers in there so somethings shady is going on if anyone knows what’s up lmk

Literally the worst starbucks I have gone to. While they are friendly at first they almost always make my drink wrong whatever I order in the drive thru. Then when you share it’s wrong they dispute with you until I have to tell them how they should have made me (which has forced me to learn how to actually make certain drinks of theirs) and give a HUGE attitude and confrontation from them. If you can, go to any of the starbucks at Kroger’s (Lexington ave or ashland road) they are so much nicer and actually listen vs try to pump out wrong orders. Shame this is the only corporate “official” starbucks in Mansfield.

Everytime I come to this Starbucks I leave feeling so satisfied. The workers are genuine and so kind. Even when they have a long line they manage to get things done quickly. I love this Starbucks location. Shout out to Hunter. He made our visit great tonight!

The parking in this lot is hard to see if someone is coming if you back out its sort of crowded but okay overall the next door frozen yogurt shop is closing so now theres more room to park. Every time I go to this Starbucks they mix up drinks ex: 2 caramel ribbon crunches vs/ 1 caramel ribbon crunch and 1 regular caramel frap. The drive-thru is always long but inside seems to go faster. With the coronavirus the store inside seems clean. The response to COVID seems satisfying. Theres enough room in the main area for people to wait. We usually order in the app but they always mix up the drinks.

7/3/2020 at 5:18pm I was served a caffeinated beverage that, little did I know, would take me to the sublime destination of satisfaction -- a rare feeling Ive felt only once before when holding my son, Mobie Dickerson, for the first time after he was born. A Vt Icd Carml Macch with 6 Pumps Vanilla, Almond Milk, Ex Caramel Drizzle, and Toffee Nut Syrup, wound me up like the hands of father time but also soothed my soul by aiding me in recapturing the feeling of astounding accomplishment. The rest of my day became a fortress of positive feelings where I was the anomaly within that had the privilege to experience the flow of all the greatness inside, much like intimate relations on a Newly Weds Honeymoon I found myself falling more in love than ever before. From the moment the coffees tantalizing creaminess touched the tip of my tongue I knew I could not deny the sweet emotions that bombarded my heart, a specific spot in time that I could not have fathomed but also one that I will never forget. Even though it hasnt even been twenty-four hours since the depletion of that hand-crafted beauty it feels as though Ive been without it for more than 1,825 days, longing for the moment when I can hold its greatness in my arms again because it left me feeling full of radiant expressions and realistic life.

Loved this visit! Went in during a road trip, and the staff was very attentive and upbeat! It may only be coffee, but the employees chatting with you and laughing with you does make the difference between where we shop. Clean store too! Not an infraction in sight!

I love Starbucks. I wish the stores could somehow tell the app that the location is out of something. I order through the app and then the store is out of what I ordered. This location is great at substituting (because its happened twice) for no extra charge.

Not very good coffee. I figured for $5 I could get something that wouldnt go bitter in 15 minutes. This place is selling their logo, if you want to look cool buy Starbucks coffee.If you want the most bang for your buck run through McDonalds and grab one for half the price!
