Jason knows his stuff. Fixed my laptop quickly as soon as the ordered parts came in. Bonus - there was an unusual problem after the fix. I took it back the next day and Jason had it fixed 100% in about 30 minutes. There just arent very many good, reliable computer techs around, except maybe the big, National chain people who dont care if they help you or not. I highly recommend this place.

I had a hard drive fail on me and I took it here. He was able to recover most of it. I had 10 years of pictures on it that he saved. Very professional and went out of his way to get everything he could. Would highly recommend.

Although we were not able to complete all the repairs requested on my 2014 machine (mostly due to unavailability of parts for older machines), Jason performed a great service in the work he completed. He was courteous and professional throughout the process and a very good value!

Just a few days ago 3/20/21 my desktop computer went bad. Turns out the power unit went bad and the hard drive was showing signs of stress. So a few days later I had a new power supply and hard drive installed by Jason. Very happy with the new equipment and installation! Computer runs perfect now. I just got my laptop repaired because the keyboard wasnt working correctly. I had already tried a fix that I found on YouTube, but it didnt work for long. Richland PCs Technician was able to diagnose the issue and determine a permanent solution that was also inexpensive. Ill be recommending Richland PC to friends and family in the Mansfield area.
