Well I call this place and ask for a picture to be print. I did before. The guy is like well I dont know u need to talk to the people in photo. Ok never transfer my call.Then he is like come to the store I was fine. I go to the store and they said to me well we dont print photos any more.I drive an hour . This people are so stupid . They couldnt tell me that.

The customer service was Awesome! Ms. Kristie, the gentleman in printing (sorry, dont remember his name) and Johnathan truly went extra miles to assist us with our needs. They were courteous, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back to this Staples.

8/12/2020Still a one-star store.We were approached by an associate when looking for chairs, told her we needed a minute but we would need her help once we decided. Five minutes go by. Then ten minutes go by. Finally, after 15 minutes another associate wanders by and is able to assist us in finding the box we needed.While waiting for an associate, we peruse the 50% off back packs. Find the one we want. Verify with the signage that the price of the selected back pack would be $34.99.At the register, it rings up for $89.99. I explain it was with the bags in the middle of the store with the 50% sign. Store personnel says the discount doesnt apply to the bags hanging on the wall. Again, I state bag was in center of store - all signage says 50% off. Manager says price is dictated by color of tag. Again, I state according to the color of the tag, the bag should be $34.99. Manager disagrees. False advertising abounds.This explains why I try EVERY OTHER OPTION before going to Staples. Truly one of the worst stores in Mansfield.9/10/1019ONE STARThis store desperately needs a manager who knows how to manage.Extremely poor service, after having to wait 10 minutes for an associate to acknowledge me.I went to pick up an online order and had to wait until every customer in the checkout line (even the ones who joined the line while I was waiting), before the associate could assist me.Once I finally received my order, the associate wanted me to sign a blank piece of paper to acknowledge receipt of the items. --- This is how Staples keeps track of who picks up orders??? With a signature on a blank piece of paper???Maybe I misunderstand how things are supposed to work. I thought ordering online and going to the store to pick up my order would be a fast and friendly way to get what I needed. Obviously, I was wrong.
Went in to get a simple laminate of a business card. The guy while in the middle of helping me starts flirting with the girl behind me and puts my stuff aside and says Iβll get it in a sec. She also had a one page laminate and she paid and got taken care of and was out the door before me...even though I was there maybe five minutes before her. Was pretty pissed. Wonβt be back.
Amazing staff and customer service. A young man named Rashid was very helpful in assisting me with a chair and even looked in the back to made sure they had the specific chair I wanted in stock. He even helped me take it to my car.
Went to get a personally designed card printed. Supposed to be front and back and the person printed it the wrong way and had to reprint it but I was charged twice. Not a huge deal since it was fairly inexpensive but most printing places I go to donβt charge you if the printing mistake wasnβt your fault.
I needed business cards when my main store in Ohio didnt send the file to this store in Mansfield Christie peoples the sales manager in the print department went above and beyond to get the file from the clerk print my business cards cut them apart and have them all set and ready. My quilt show was a great success due to Christy peoples big shout out and thank you
Designed a simple black business card with gold text and a gold logo, and it was done wrong, after the first time I was told through an employee that talked to a manager saying there would be no cost after they reprinted it again, got it wrong a second time; they had a shift change and instead of no cost I only got $5 off, and for the THIRD time in Staples this week Im siting for 20+ minutes again just trying to get this order sorted out.Disappointed with the service and lack of consideration.
I had a great experience. I came to Staples with my 2 young children only to discover upon checking out that I left my wallet at home. The cashier was so empathetic that she not only insisted that I leave my basket with her, but she made it important to tell her manager. Everyone was ok with my leaving my items until I returned. Upon arrival, my basket was waiting for me along with the Dollar my daughter left in the shopping cart.
We bought a Toshiba Satellite at this store in August, 2014. Yesterday 6-2-2015, the system crashed. It would not boot from any media - black screen. I called Toshiba, knowing that my one year warranty was still in effect, and talked to some lady in India. She told me the only thing that she could do was send a mobile tech to my house for $179. I told her that I had a one year warranty and she said the problem was the hard drive. How could she tell? She could not remote in and she was sitting at a desk 6500 miles away!!! Took the computer back to this Staples and some 40 year guy looked at the computer after he was shown the receipt and the date of purchase. He tried to turn it on and when it wouldnt boot he said probably the hard drive. I need to charge you $150 to take a look at it. She walked out. We went to Best Buy. They will look at it AND file the warranty claim. Thanks Best Buy!! We will make sure to shop there in for future computer needs and go to Staples for pens, paper and pencils.

What an experience! Staff is incompetent to say the least. Time, energy, and gas wasted going back and forth to store to STILL not leave with the what was supposed to be simple printing session...I too watched other customers leave in frustration...but I was already mid transaction to take heed. Avoid if you are in need to use their printing services here!

Bought a chair that was missing a bunch of parts, returned it and got a new one in less than 10 minutes. They even let us open it at the store to make sure it had everything.
They seem to carry low stock or no stock on items in the store and try to drive traffic to the website for delivery later. When I walk into the store I dont want to be told to buy it from the website. I could have done that from home without driving anywhere. This has happened on multiple occasions.
It is a good place for printouts it is 0.11 ! Page if it is single sided and black and white and 0.30 a minute for computer rental if you need net to print something
Best printing staff and Manager.Went above and beyond getting a project done for my Moms 87th birthday...Dunkin, the Manager on duty has renewed my lost hope of superior customer service..

I ordered same day premium business cards at 11 AM. They were starting to print them as I walked in at my 8:30 PM pick up time. They are printed on the regular stock, not premium and the store is now closed.
