Very good visit to Pearle Mansfield. Dr. Gaan and her staff were friendly and efficient. I had a full eye exam and ordered new contact lenses in under 30 minutes!

Pearl vision review:I had a very interesting experience today at Pearle Vision of Mansfield in speaking with the owner John.I had a pair of prescription glasses that I had dropped and scratched the lenses. I called Pearle Vision because they were the business in which I had purchased the lenses from approximately 8 to 10 months ago. They had filled my prescription and placed lenses into a pair of frames that I already owned.When I called at first. I spoke with a very nice employee that said that she would call the lab and see what she could do about replacing my lenses.When she called back I was very pleased to find out that it would only cost me $99 to have both lenses replaced under a warranty that I never purchased. Needless to say I was pleased and paid the $99 over the phone.After about a week and a half the lenses came in. During this time I had purchased a new frame to have the new lenses put into.When I return to Pearle Vision to have the new lenses put into my new frames I was told that they would not do it. They told me that since the lenses were purchased under a warranty that they could only put the new lenses in the old frames.To me, that didn’t make sense. What difference would it make on what frames you put the new lenses in, as long as the lab got the original lens that was damaged. John and I went back-and-forth on this issue for approximately 20 minutes where I felt he gave me no real reason or explanation as to why he couldn’t just pop out the old lens and send them back to the lab and pop in the new lances in my new frame. He went on to say that if he had damaged the frame while changing the lenses he didn’t want to be liable for anything that might have been broken. But he was willing to put new lenses into a frame that is 8 to 10 years old but not on a brand new frame. It really was a bunch of mumbo-jumbo that really didn’t make any sense. So as to not feel pressured into the shenanigans. I asked for my money back and told them to send the lenses back to the lab I didn’t want them.As a customer I feel that I have the right to decide what frames I want lenses that I paid for to be placed into and if he couldn’t do that I would live with a scratch until my next eye exam. Then have lenses put into the frame of my choice. I was refunded.Just curious has this happened to anyone else? Because John, stated that no one in his 30 year of being an employee at Pearle vision no one has ever asked this to be done. Lol

My two friends recommended that I visit Dr. Gaan. I am glad I did! I was very satisfied with my eye exam with her. Dr. Gaan is the sweetest and very knowledgeable! Eye health is very important to her. She explained the details of my exam very well. I recommend you visit! Customer service all around was excellent!

Without an appointment, I was seen quickly by the doctor, who was super friendly and made the eye exam fun! Her high-energy style was a welcome difference from every other doctor appointment that Ive ever had. The entire staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, engaging, and wonderful! My glasses were done in one hour flat, and I can see! 10/10 recommend and will go again! Great job Pearle Vision in Mansfield!!!!

Great experience all around. The doctor was awesome and had a ton of energy. After I got my prescription, they fit my new lenses in my frames during the same visit, and it didnt take long at all. Overall, this was the best experience I have had at an eye exam. Would recommend. I will definitely be back for my next set of frames

The optometrist here was great! She was very thorough, energetic, and nice. What a change from my last doctor. She fit me with new daily contacts and a great looking pair of glasses for the weekends. I will definitely be coming back for a pair of prescription sunglasses. Keep up the good work!

First time exam at this location, and it was an absolute homerun. Dr. Gomez and the staff are absolutely fantastic, the most positive and welcoming experience I have had in 20+ years wearing contacts/glasses. Highly recommended.

This is the place to go. Persol frames are amazing. The staff expertly fitted me for progressive lenses.

Dr. Gomez was awesome. She was enthusiastic, thorough, and did not give me a hard time about how long it had been since I had seen an eye doctor. The other staff went out of their way to help me pick out my glasses and explain my benefits. Ill be back next year.

Went to PearleVision Mansfield today to buy new glasses. Such a great experience! The girls were helpful and had so much patience as I tried on many pairs! Linda is a sweetheart....honestly she was so great I couldn’t not buy a pair! Thanks so much ladies!

This is my second year going here and they’ve all been great to work with. Dr Gomez is far more thorough than any of my previous optometrists, or at the very least she’s explaining every step as she goes. The eye glass center can have glasses done in an hour and there’s plenty of selection. I’m driving 20 mins out of my way to go there and it’s well worth it.

The people there were fabulous and provided excellent customer service. However the website said that their shop was open until 6 and was closed at 5:05 when I got there to pick up my glasses. I live a few towns away and it with the snowy roads, Im not happy about having to drive back again to pick them up.

I’ve never actually had fun at an eye exam until going here. I mean, I’ve gone here for years and the staff was always wonderful and helpful, but they recently switched to a new doctor and she is hilarious and makes the exam a lot less boring than usual. Honestly, they’re the only place I’ve ever gone and the only place I’ll ever continue to go!

I bought a pair of glasses in January that were upwards of $500 and when I asked to exchange the frame because it wasnt fitting my face right, the woman I spoke with was quite rude and short with me. She refused to accommodate my request and was frankly very bitchy. I wouldnt recommend using this Pearle Vision.
