I just picked up my new BeamersHere in Mansfield, TX.The sales associates are amazing, got all my details just right, like I like !!!

Ive been going to this store and never had a problem. I have encountered personal that werent very friendly but they were young and probably not trained well. What Im writing about is after reading the reviews, which I enjoy doing, I noticed something that bothered me. All the people that had bad experiences got the same computerized response. Makes me wonder if they were even read so they can improve on their service. I would expect a response from management or owner that was truly trying to reach out and correct problems. Ill still go here but if I ever have a problem I would hope it would be treated with concern and by someone who truly wants to provide better service. I hope they truly care and not just think they cant please everyone. Customer service is very important. I hope this advice is actually read and not just answered by a computer. Thanks.

I just moved to the area and needed to update my prescription and lenses. After visiting a the doctor next door I figured I’d pop into Visionworks to see their selection. The staff was amazing. They were extremely polite and offered great suggestions to help me with my purchase. I would recommend anyone to their store.

Buyer beware. The lenses they made for me made me dizzy. They were not to the prescription of my ophthalmologist. The doctor wrote a letter to correct one of they lenses. The Vision works manager refused.On their envelope, If your glasses arent perfect, well fix them. guaranteed... this did not happen.

I respect covid 19 precautions but poor customer service was the second impression. Arrived, waited briefly for door to be unlocked at 310 pm to let customer out. I was greeted by the attendant, while standing in a cracked open door, do you have a question. After asking my question, i immediately had a feeling of dismissal, and not feeling welcome. Taken back by the dry and unwelcoming attitude, i politely stated i will drive to the cedar hill location that I am comfortable. Attendandant unbothered and moves on to the gentleman standing outside behind me. This store is not for me on the first impression. I didnt have my prescript with me but can only anticipate a less than pleasant experience going forward. This store is not for me.

I would not recommend this Visionworks location. Its always busy, with long wait times, even with an appointment I had to wait 20 minutes to be helped. Additionally I returned to the store multiple times to get the same issue with my glasses fixed. The only reason Im giving this place 2 stars is because of the employee Chloe who is always courteous and professional when interacting with customers.

Dr Pham is great, very knowledgeable, informative, and attentive to your concerns.

I made an appointment to pick up my glasses. When I got there, they were busy. The young lady made a quick adjustment and told me to take the glasses home and call with problems. I got home and noticed the right bifocal was cut too high—1.27 mm higher than the left and in my field of vision. I called back at 5:05 pm to see if I could return the glasses to have the right lens recut. The girl who answered said they would have to see what they could do because she wasn’t sure if the issue was with the lab or their measurements. Then she said I would have to wait for new glasses, as if those warnings would deter me from getting them fixed. I explained the line was in my field of vision; therefore, the lens had to be replaced. I didn’t care if I had to wait a few weeks. Then she told me the last appointment was at 5:10, and since they closed at 6:00, I would have wait until Monday. She never made the appointment and hung up. I called back to schedule the Monday appointment and was transferred back to the person to whom I was speaking earlier. She rudely told me I didn’t need an appointment to drop off my glasses. So I asked why I couldn’t return right then to drop off my glasses before they closed today, and she replied they didn’t take appointments after 5:10! Finally, I said I want to make the appointment so I can return on Monday to get the lens FIXED. She made the appointment, and while I was saying THANK YOU, she HUNG UP THE PHONE!! My entire family wears glasses, but we will not be back after they correct this error. Being busy doesn’t give you permission to be rude.

Requested an appointment online, never got a call back or email saying I was accepted until the day before. (Real convenient) also don’t bother trying to get ahold of the doctors office by using the phone they never answer. I went in and was told my contacts need to be ordered and that they’ll give me a call when they’re in. Okay cool. A week passes so I attempt to call them to get an update. No answer so I left a voice message. No call back or follow up, so I call again after two weeks and left another message. Still no update. Attempted to call again after 3 weeks and I still haven’t received a call back. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate because the contacts they gave me for the mean time don’t correct my astigmatism and it makes my eyesight very blurry. Doctor Pham was very polite and informative but the front desk needs help.

Great customer service!

Very much hands off. I am used to a very customer service friendly staff when picking up glasses. I was wearing a mask and they never had me sit down to properly adjust my new glasses. Have been getting my glasses here for about 10 years. Worst experience today.

I love it here. I arrived without an appointment but the ladies inside were quick to accommodate me and allow myself and my daughter to pick out frames. Despite being in the middle of a pandemic the staff was friendly and strived to help us find the perfect frames while keeping their distance. Santina was very helpful in aiding my daughter in finding a “hip” frame and Chloie was on her toes helping me. I didn’t catch the managers name but she too was hard at work with other patients. They kept it clean and disinfected after every patient. Don’t let the negative reviews keep you away these girls are on top of their game and are the reason we come back every year. Glasses were made quick and correct. Will always recommend this place!

The folks here are so helpful! They dont hover over you and point you to the most expensive frames. They let you pick out what you like and assist you after that. I highly recommend them for your vision needs!

Maybe, when you have 5 signs taped to your front door, just maybe one of them should say your only open by appointment instead of a huge Were Open sign, a confirming operating hours sign, AND a wear a mask before entering sign. We pulled in the door, locked... nobody comes to the door and tell is anything, no greeter near the door anywhere. They just sit inside and watch us read all the signs that say nothing about the lobby being appt only. So inconsiderate and shows they dont care at all. Ill go elsewhere even though my doc is right next door.

If I could give this a zero star I would the young lady that works there is very rude there is to much rudeness in the world as it is there is just no sense in it I will not return to their store and I will let everyone know this is a rude business

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase here! The whole staff is super friendly and helped me with all of my needs. Nancy was super outgoing, sweet, and willing to help me with her positive personality. The manager, Jennifer was also great help with any questions I had. Will continue to take my service here in the future. My glasses came out perfect and it was super painless.

I recently took my 10 year old here for her yearly eye checkup. After we got the prescription, we just walked in and found glasses pretty quickly. They had us checked out in less than 20 minutes and even provided me with details about my insurance benefits that I didnt know to help me get the best deal. They told me to give them about 10 days to allow for the glasses, pretty normal. TWO days later, they were in. My daughter was so excited. Everyone there was so nice and it was so fast, we will definitely be back.

I was helped out by Nancy today and she did a wonderful job! She gave me lots of personal recommendations and helped me decide on the glasses I would end up getting. She was extremely attentive and knowledgeable on what she was presenting me therefore my overall shopping experience was 10/10! Very satisfied.

Save your self the time and money and go to the vision works in the parks mall. They have most lenses in house and u will have your glasses same day or next day. Not two weeks later like this location. Also they tried to charge us 30 because my husband had a high rx. Parks malls location did not.

Customer service is non existent - I understand covid restrictions- but not a absolute lack of manners. Very disappointing when I spent 500.00 on 2 pairs of glasses. Won’t be back- ever

Mansfield Visionworks is the place to go in my opinion to get your glasses repaired and renewed for prescriptions with great discounts offered and a AMAZING STAFF to take care of you for a new vision!!!

Have been here to see the dr and purchased my glasses from the staff at visionworks. All I have to say is that the staff is wonderful, friendly and very professional. Would recommend them to all of my friends. Previous negative reviews are far from what I experienced.
