I stopped for a cold drink, and a cup of ice cream, on a blazingly hot day. Most of the frozen drinks were out, as were several of the tea and soda fountain drinks. Not good management.The food kitchen area, where I had to use their screen, instead of just telling the employee what I wanted, was as poorly managed. That employee was eating food, in the preparation area; a violation of health codes, and probably company rules. I had to ask for a lid, and on the outside of it was a crumb from what he’d been eating! I watched the whole time, and his fingers didn’t go inside the cup or lid. Still, it was disgusting.I recommend going somewhere else.

Employee on duty right now doesnt seem to want to be at work. Every QT I go into, Im greeted at some point while inside the store. Just now, I walked past the employee at least three times and he NEVER once acknowledged me.He did finally look up... once I had walked out the door. As I was unlocking my car, I glanced at the window. The employee made sure I saw him shake his head, as though he was disappointed that I left without making a purchase.Zero stars to you, young man

Nice store and very busy place. Fast service inside. Bought gas and gone. Would return.

I went for a drink but decided to try the new bbq brisket. I thought it seemed somewhat pricy but when I got it - the meat inside was tender REAL shredded brisket, Probably almost 1/4 pound. For a gas station, I was impressed. The sandwich and the drink I purchased totalled $6.47 . I recommend it over the silly who knows what meat hot dogs.

Ive been noticing for quite some time that, QuikTrip has dropped his quality down a lot. I dont mean to be forward but they are letting a lot of homeless people hang around the property and beg for money. I realize that were all going through some very hard times right now but I find it very awkward to tell people no in some areas is even worse I work graveyard shift and Ive noticed around the Pleasant Grove, Oak Cliff area its even worse. I just dont expect this type of behavior around the Mansfield area.

I tough QT was honoring the SNAP programthis time were people that have SNAP can purchase hot food.

By far the greatest gas station in the area. Super friendly and everything is cleaned/stocked! Wouldn’t change a SINGLE thing about this place. QuikTrip to me isn’t just a gas station, it’s part of our family. This one specifically, beats all of them in the DFW area. Shout out to the team for creating such a beautiful environment.

This location is by far the best QT in the area. Almost every single day they have breakfast stuff or and ready before 5:30am, its always clean and everyone that works there are Profesional and know their products quick and cheerful.

Everyone here is always smiling and Happy. The cashiers are always quick to get the customers in and out and on their way. This QT is always clean and never out out of my monster flavor. By far one of my favorite QT’s.

I love the fact that the place always is clean and well stocked. I had the pleasure of having Conner as my cashier. He was very friendly and professional. He greeted every customer and was Super quick at his service. There was no waiting in line. He did the job of 3 cashiers. I was very impressed my his Professionalism, Friendliness, and Speed. I almost always buy gas here. The bathrooms are always clean and the people are always nice and friendly. They have great gas prices as well.

I love QT and I never have a problem using promotions and coupons anywhere else. This place denied me using a promotional coupon from QT itself and the cashier told me to go to another QT to use the coupon. I just went ahead and paid. I shouldnt have to be told to go elsewhere or to another QT to accept my promotions that QT itself offered. No thank you. 3 stars.

You can tell a lot about a gas stations by their restrooms. Nasty.

By far the best convenience store out there. Wayyyy better than buckees, wayyy better than racetrac, and wayyy better than 7/11 Im every single way. Speed of service is incredible!

No selection of ice cream in containers. Half of the refrigerator coolers had beer and liquor. More beer than soda. At least we know who you cater to. Clerk did not offer receipt.

Really sad to say I guess that after all this time and doing so well they are falling from grace. I used to be very proud of QT and how they had the clerks count back the change to the customers and hiw the customer service was so great, well that has changed the last two visits the clerks just slapped my changed in my hand and didnt count it back and also acted like all the other gas stations clerks out there with no pride in their jobs or where they work. Really sad that QT has lowered there standards to this. Also the fountain drink area was a mess and the hotdog area and chili and cheese area needed to be cleaned bad. I really used to like coming into QT now Im not impressed anymore...

I like Quik Trip. This one is always busy. Lots of cars going through. Be careful if you are going through the parking lot.

Poor customer service.....i am there almost every day...asked for my smokeless tobacco and the cashier just glanced and said nope we dont have it...didnt even make an effort...lost that sale and $40 gas sale....pretty sad!
