Pretty cool place. Wish there was more Halloween props but still cool!!

Did a little season shopping early this year so they didnt have much on the shelves just yet. But, our main stop was for a 54 skeleton. We bought one already from Walmart for $29.95. Went back for a second one and of course there were none left. With spirit Halloween open, we stopped by. Usually shop for costumes for our kids but figured theyd have skeletons. Well yes, the same exact one we bought at Walmart but for $89! Kroger also has the SAME ONE ( box and all) for $49. So.. like the skeleton everything else is high in price. Costumes for example. Our sons Batman costume lights up on the chest. We bought his from Walmart for $ $35 . But the one at spirit wasnt as nice, cheap looking and didnt light up was $59.Now I dont want to compare. But its kind of hard not too. We did buy a few items like every year. Most decor is better quality. But this isnt always the case with every item but the price difference is still noticable. If you have the cash spend it 🤷🏻‍♀️.Ill add if youre comparing this to party city for example. Yes party city is cheaper but the quality is too.Over all the store was clean, akward staff. Didnt seem to know which one was going to check us out. Not knowing who should be on register . But they were kind. No mask requirements to enter so this is a to each their own situation with masks.Awesome set ups this year I must add. Better than last year.I think if we need a cape, blood for a look or candy bags prices arent too bad and we will continue to shop. We did however get our second skeleton from Kroger. ☺️

Would be nice if they opened at 10 like the store hours says. People waiting outside!

Love the music in this store, the entire store is so colorful and has something for everyone! When I checked out the worker informed me of spirit of children and I was blown away! They are still putting things out so Ill definitely be back to see what new!

Wonderful products and staff!! Friend of mine and I visited last weekend and were so happy it opened!! Wish they had more Corpse Bride stuff though

This store awesome!! Great atmosphere and awesome merchandise, Staff is so friendly and helpful, they make it so fun and have no problem going above and beyond for people!!! Best Halloween Store ever!

They have tons of witchy stuff that honestly I’ll just wear everyday!! It seems like the staff have a great time working there as well!! Super happy when they told me they are getting more Nightmare Before Christmas stuff!!Down side, super cold in the store but other then that great!!

They always have a decent selection to choose from and a good atmosphere. The customers can be pretty rude to everyone but thats just the area we live in and it seems like they do what they can to prevent it.

A couple nights ago there was 2 young girls who were very rude to the management staff, the management tried to explain a misunderstanding and these 2 girls were beyhond rude calling the staff names and in my opinion the management did the right thing to ask them to leave and one of the girls starting calling the staff member names and using bad language, this store has great staff and they have always helped costumers and they are amazing with explaining what spirit of children is and what the donations go to. Highly recommend this store.

I wish there was a 0 star option, not only is the stores variety of products low but Me and apparently all the customers had Horrible service. The managers were in an argument with customers over some racial slur I believe a manager called them. Also there was some strange odor throughout the whole store I was about to check out my item but I just left instead. Don’t recommend.

The one star reviews are here are false. I was there the day two girls came up to the manager and said she said a slur I came in the same time they did and she did not. She treated them fairly well for someone being accused of such a thing. The staff has been nice every time Ive been in there and the manager is very friendly.

I saw the video of the managers yelling at the girls who sounded very calm amidst the loud mouthed managers. I hope spirit Halloween sees this and fires them. They’re lucky nobody has fought them!

The animatronics are awesome this year! Good selection of costumes for kids and adults. Real helpful staff. Some things are missing but after asking they did say they get stuff all through the season so we will keep checking back! I will say my wife was a huge fan of the Hocus Pocus section!

The management here is absolutely disgusting. I find it absolutely outrageous that they think it’s okay to call their own employees slurs. Absolutely disgusting. Do not support this store or business.

Super sweet people the Manager her name started with a V was very nice and super easy to talk to! I watched her deal with two unreasonably upset customers the other day and she handled it like a pro!!

Really clear that the management asked people to post in their defense. The R word is a slur and shouldn’t be said to employees.
