Staff is much too young and inexperienced. No manager to speak to. order wasnt ready but was put in weeks prior. Price changed with no notice. Not pleased whatsoever.

The blizzard was great, but the service was very subpar. I only come here if I really need an ice cream fix and nothing more. Because there was not a lot of people at the time, the teenagers working were dawdling around a lot.

Everything was great. The 2 girls working the parking lot were moving as fast as they could to take and deliver orders. Hope we can go inside soon. Hard to get cakes and logs sight unseen.

I will continue to visit because its closest to me but I dont appreciate the attitude especially when you messed up my order maybe you should pay attention better.

Service was okay. Size for what you pay is not okay. Had to remind them twice that I wanted whip cream on my sundae. No food served here, only icecream. Taste was good though. Have to give them that.

Very confusing process with COVID. Not too impressed by the service. The icecream cake was wonderful though!

This location only accepts cash, Visa and MasterCard. It’s unusual for a company with modern payment processing to accept limited card options. It would have been helpful to have the old fashioned “cards accepted at this location” sticker on the door. Unfortunately, no where is it posted that they don’t accept all payment methods so my kiddo was very disappointed when we learned after receiving our order that they couldn’t process our card.

Best blizzard ever

Its a nice dairy Queen, just lacks any menu items; all they serve is frozen treats (I.E. cakes, shakes, smoothies, and blizzards.). Also no drive thru, kind of a bummer. Beyond all that, decent store just wished this location had food as well.

Clearly a good place and yummie treats only gripe is the free for all of the lines. Have one line do it theme park style and take next in line. When you have people order a ton of things the line your in feels like slow hell. That is my only complaint employees were super nice and it is a good place just the line issue is all.

The treats are always delicious but dont use the website for a cake order. My sons favorite color is red so when ordering I chose red for borders and writing but when I picked it up it was blue and green. Call for ordering!

Fast and friendly, whats not to love? We stopped by here to get ice cream since I wasnt eating much at the time. The Mint Oreo blizzard is amazing, by the way. The only way youll be disappointed in with this shop is if youre expecting to get regular food as well as the ice cream. Sadly, this isnt a Grill and Chill location.

Not bad ice cream definitely love the ice cream cakes and depending on who is waiting on you you can actually get them to make the hot fudge sundae the way you like it Most of the time that doesnt happen

Came here to get a Oreo Blizzard from my local Dairy Queen. Good as always, this Dairy Queen will not disappoint you! I love that the fountain drinks here are now $1 any size, just like most McDonalds.

Overall friendly atmosphere, other employees will ask if youve already ordered which I appreciate, and we always receive a clean and accurate order. The inside could be bigger, especially on weekends when it is very busy, but youre not waiting long so its not a big deal

They would Not honor the free small Blizzard for loading the app, because they have their Own reward system. So what? I was told that they didnt have to because they were a franchise!!??!! OKAY!!! That was not an acceptable answer, the More I thought about it! She did say Other customers had complained Too! What Crappy customer service!🤐

As I getting ready to walk up to the door (at 9:59) some lady ran up to the door and locked it and started clapping like a seal. It was kind of embarrassing to see some woman who looked so old act so childish. Surely she was the manager judging by the age of the others still behind the counter.Frankly, their prices arent low enough for fake ice cream to be so rude. There are many other places to visit in this town and they have lost a frequent customer and earned themselves this wonderful comment.So if your in the mood for fake ice creme whipped up with rude service and expensive prices this is the place for you!

Had a great walk to Dairy Queen took the puppies and we all got ice cream it was a beautiful night. Great folks work at Dairy Queen.
