The staff here is great! I went through the drive through and the truck behind me was so rude. The girls were so nice about it - it really made my day. I really value customer service so I’ll be coming back more frequently.

They work their butts on off in there! I got there every other day or so for either coffee or a snack and theyre friendly, quick, and usually accurate. Very impressed considering how insane their rush hours can get.

Went to buy some donuts went to 2 different stores at 10 am no donuts available. Was told the are always sold out by 11 am. You would think they would make sure they have more if so popular. Very 😥

I have been a long-time customer, and still agree that the food is higher quality than Dunkin, delicious, always fresh and I love the coffee. However, not sure if thisnlocatiom is under New Management but over the past few months I have noticed quite the decline in cleanliness and a couple staff who consistently have a notably poor attitude. The woman in the sweatshirt in the morning has an everlasting rude and snarky aura, her voice drips with sarcasm...I have noticed more so lately that she communicates with her coworkers in a less than kind manor. Last week I stopped for my coffee as usual and I complimented one of the girls above and beyond attitude, I could not help but notice the way tgis particular staff rolled her eyes after providing a sarcastic thank you.. . I will continue to be a dedicated Dewer, but I cannot help but feel saddened by the new management and the lack of care towards to presentation of the store... after all, we can certainly see past the film-covered partition that separates us customers from the filthy countertops where you are preparing food and beverages. Sadly, I will no longer be purchasing food items and will stick to buying my large hot regular. Seeing staff reuse gloves and then toss them onto the food itself at the prep station turned my stomach. 😬 come on ladies... sincerely, your Julia

Awesome donuts! They have a lot of breakfast items, like sandwiches, pastries, and bagels in addition to the donuts! They also had some fancy coffee too!

Local takeout donut chain, but something diferent to someone outside the area. The breakfast burrito was really good potatoes roasted with rosemary were a nice surprise, nested in the filling of eggs cheese and bacon. My husband had a breakkfast burger with an egg and cheese on a biscuit. TASTY

Their breakfast sandwiches beat out any other chain, and even most non-chains. Frozen or not, the ingredients taste fresh; even the donuts taste freshly baked. Coffee is a bit cheap-tasting, comparable to gas station coffee, but overall a good experience. Super-fast and friendly staff too.

Honey Dew Donuts in Mansfield is always a delight. I generally go through their drive through. The workers are pleasant to work with. One pro tip is that if you bring your dog, then they will often offer a donut to them for a quick snack.

Awesome they made my iced coffee! With French vanilla a splash of banana and made with milk and equal and a splash of cream, I call it coffee banana bread! all the girls that work there are awesome and are polite and cannot do enough to help you! My favorite spot to go Dunkin donuts and you can kiss my you know what. :-)

Best Location So Far the Machines Were Throughly Cleaned. All The Other Locations The Vanilla Chia Started to taste like Peanut Butter. I thought it was the Vendor Changing the Product. No I go here 3 days ago and The Vanilla Chia Taste Amazing like it should tatse. I was blowed away. I will return again all the way from Taunton... Keep doing A Great Job. Associates Were Very Friendly too.

So blessed with their staff! I am a nurse, rushing to work and needed my honey dew breakfast. Due to me wearing scrubs, they had given me my order to me on them. Unexpected kind gestures like that make the world go round. THANK YOU to honey dew and every single one of you workers. Nurses and doctors are not the only essential employers.. you guys are very well the same as us, risking yourselves to make sure people get their needed coffee and food. So thank you for today’s kind gesture.. it will NOT go unnoticed

This Honey Dew is comparable to the others Ive visited. The eating area is clean, the service is quick and the staff is friendly. The product I purchased was as I expected. There is a drive-thru and ample parking. This establishment is located on a corner of a busy intersection. Traffic lights make it easier to navigate. I enjoyed my visit.

Great place to visit. The staff always has a smile. However, I was told they stop making fresh donuts at 10am. So, if you are going in morning - thumbs up! Much better than Dunkin Donuts. But if you go in the afternoon to evening - be forewarned (and theyll be out of most things - they said they dont bother to make more because it isnt busy)Also, they advertise on Google that they close at 10pm - but most of the time the lights are off early (9pm).

If you want to be charged for items that are so small then this is the place to go. If you want to be charged for whip cream on a drink then go here. You will be charged .25 cents for whip cream on a drink while dunkin donuts or Starbucks dont charge for whip cream. Also any time I get a donut at this shop they always seem to be stale.

Coffee descent....Service TERRIBLE! 4 people behind counter. 2 looked busy dealing w/window orders. 1 busy talking w/person at counter(which I never saw get or order anything) it was obvious they were friends. Other person moving donuts around on shelfs. I was only customer standing there & took several minutes for someone to take my order.

Cute little place, simple menu, nice and easy. The coffee was good, and the hash browns could have used a touch more time in the oven, but they were ok.

Great service and the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen for a public restroom.

The reason I go to HD is simple; its a local company (the headquarters are right next to one of their shops in Plainville) thats unpretentious. There are several I go to in the area and they all have certain things in common; they have regular customers that meet there (90% of whom the staff know by name), the staff get to know you and your usual order and theyre actually concerned with making sure your order is just what you want/to your liking. I respect the fact that market saturation and world dominance arent their business model and their tagline enjoy the local flavor is just that - its an honest New England coffee shop. Yes, they have all of the fancier stuff like the larger chains - and its just as good at half the price!

Everytime i order they make a sandwhich with the wrong kind of meat or get the coffee wrong

Extremely slow and didnt even get the order correct. Took 10 minutes for 4 cars to get there food. Ordered a Plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and a Boston cream donut and they gave me an untoasted bagel with cream cheese on the side and not even a knife to spread it. At least they gave me the right donut after almost charging me for somebody elses food.
