Had a great experience renting a fishing boat from Yorgo and Justin. Justin was there when I picked up and dropped off the rental. He took the time to make sure I completed understood how to use all features of the boat and that all questions were answered.

The rental experience was very easy. The staff (Justin) was helpful and explained the whole rental process easy. I will definitely rent again.

Customer service was great, they answered all my questions and give me all the info I needed to return to rent a boat. Now I just need to decide which one to rent, with such a large selection hard to decide. I am looking forward to renting with them.

Do not rent from this place!!! He would not rent to me and kept giving me excuse after excuse as to why he couldn’t first it was that he busy all weekend, then it was because he wanted to rent it out for the whole weekend and wouldn’t just let me rent for one day even though he offers one day renting. He told me to call back on Friday and if he hadn’t rented it out for the whole weekend, he would rent to me. When I called Friday it was still available but he gave me more excuses such as he needed to make sure it worked out for him among other things. I could just tell he was pulling excuses out of his a** to not rent to me. I wanted to rent it for my birthday. I’m a boat and jet ski owner myself and I’ve rented other boats before from other companies. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I honestly felt discriminated against. I’ve never rented from him before and I never will!

Rented jet skis for the first time from H20 Craft Rental and had an overall GREAT experience. The jet skis themselves were good quality: they had great steering control, drove fast, and were easy to learn on. The store launches you directly onto the delta, so you do not need a trailer to rent from there. The delta was really beautiful; tons of different waterways to explore and the water was warm for swimming. Other boaters were friendly and respectful and shared the water safely.Pete was very helpful and provided top notch customer service. He went the extra mile to help us feel comfortable with the equipment. He even stayed late to help us get all our stuff back in. Emily was great over the phone and answered our questions well. Overall, friendly and trustworthy staff. Additionally, this place has some serious deals to save you $$ when renting. It is affordable and great quality overall. I will be renting from here again. Super fun!

We rented the Crestliner for 8 days for our trip to discovery bay. Yorgo was fantastic and answered all my Qs prior to renting. He was always available by phone when I had a question from the Delta. The trailer was fantastic and easy to launch the boat with. The boat ran absolutely flawless the entire time and we couldnt have been happier. Will will surely be renting from Yorgo again soon. Yorgo, company keep my jet ski for a couple month until the summer was over which I could understand it’s a busy season for them . I sent him a text message in the morning and see if there where any guarantee on his work. No respond.Call him a later in the afternoon and explain to him that they had work on my Jet ski. I took it in on 8/24- and pretty much they had it for most of the summer. They have a bunch of salvage jet ski in there yard and use one of them to replace a fuel pump not brand new. I didn’t get a chance to ride when I receive it but their staff has mention it drive fine. I took there word on it and pick it up on 10-4 around this time water was chilly not my time to be going in the delta and testing and sure am glad I didn’t. I stored my power ski in my storage as usual and didn’t really think big about. I paid $776.20 for parts and labor thinking these are honest guys. This past weekend Sept 3 it was the first time riding them. Big disappointment with this company only 4 hours on my jets and the fuel pumps goes out that they installed. I could understand if I had 50 hours or more but 3-4 hours later from the time they repair it. What did I pay for? Don’t take my word for it, its your money people. Good luck......

Renting our first patio/pontoon boat was an excellent experience through H20! Peter and the other staff members were very helpful and provided great customer service!! The boats are in very good condition and it is great to have the option to tow the boat to wherever you want to use it or drop in at Tracy Oasis! The price was very good too! We cant wait to use them again for the larger patio boat and jet skis!

A few years back I had my first experience with H2O craft rentals and I was very happy choosing them for my boat rental. We had gotten a call that the boat we had reserved was in the shop. They were able to upgrade to make sure we had a boat for the weekend. We had tons of fun and memories to last a lifetime. The ability to take a boat to the lake of our choice is what it is all about. I would recommend this place to any one looking for one awesome time.

Recently rented a Jet Ski for 24 hours as a PRESENT FOR MY BOYFRIENDS birthday and our experience was great! Renting from them is such a reasonable price and if you sign up with your email you get $50 off of your first rental. The customer service from Pete was beyond amazing and the jet ski was in perfect condition we will definitely rent from here again!

I rented the 13 passenger pontoon boat on a Saturday afternoon for 24 hour rental. We launched the boat on the Sacramento river and cruised up and down the river into the night. Everyone in our group had an amazing time and really enjoyed the boating experience. Most my friends are already trying to plan there own trip with a rental from H2O. The whole process of renting and returning the boat was great and I really appreciated how detailed the inspection was. I found this company to be very well priced and fair with the deposit.

This will be our 6th straight summer renting with H2O Craft Rentals and we would never go anywhere else! Not only is the pricing amazing but the service that comes with it is great as well. We go there to rent jet skis and love how they run. I will always highly recommend these guys!

Think Twice.My brothers boat needed a second repair after being serviced for a carburater replacement. Somehow the shift lever / throttle lever stopped allowing the boat to go into gear. No one ever used the boat and no one else serviced it. They claimed the did not even touch the lever.... even though the other end had to the been taken off and you cant verify the cable adjustment without touching the lever. At the time the denial seemed odd but it was my first time there. We were told the repair would take 3 weeks and cost 300-500 to fix. Four weeks later the boat had not even been touched. We were told it would be the next week. Two weeks later we are informed a second gen lever came in and now both cables need to be replaced. 8 weeks into the 3 week repair and little communication. By brother gets a phone call stating they cant test the boat because it has bad gas in it. The charge to drain / dispose of the gas is $20 per gallon.... full tank of gas. My brother was told they knew about this two weeks ago. Yet he is just finding out now?Today we went to pick up the boat and take it someplace else. As it turns out a person can dispose of up to 15 gallons of gas a week for free. There is no limit for a business.The carburetor cable is currently dangling, a $300-$500 3 week estimate is now an 8 week $950 incomplete job. Which requires verification of install / completion of work.The new place will drain the bad gas out for free, and let us know about the addition / nominal charges. They will also look into a better prop and will gain any further service work .We should have the boat back by Monday.

First time renting from h2O Craft, I had a great experience. I called and Yorgo was very helpful with describing the policy. Compared to other places that I looked into, the price was reasonable.

Yorgo continues to get us on the water each season at a great price! We’re able to tow the boat to Tahoe instead of renting there locally, which is awesome since he has top quality wake board boats!

Worst place to rent from first it was 1,000 dollar damage waiver which was ok. Then I wanted to rent two which should be a 2,000 dollar damage waiver which is ok. Once I said my son who 17 and his friend who is 18 will also be riding them the deposit jumped up to 3,000 dollars for damage waiver which I was told because I was renting 2 so it added 500 more each. His other reason was because my kids where going to do things they werent supposed to I even explained to him we did on my sons 15 b day with no problems. For the price to rent them I can almost buy one. So since Im going to lake don pedro I said I just rent from them his response is ya that would be better. Really bad customer service over priced and they dont need business since they reccomend other places. So if you want to be treated good and a fair price dont use this company.

Absolutely great place to rent a boat! I was skeptical at first, it almost sounded to good to be true... but I was amazed at the service they offer.When I first picked up the rental Justin went out of his way to set me up with everything I needed. This included calling his boss to loan me an extra battery for the trolling motor (on his own iniative... I didnt even ask).The boat ran perfectly all weekend, and I still cant get over the price! If you need a delta boat rental, do not even think about going anywhere else!

This was my first time jetskiing and I didnt know what to expect. The staff was very pleasant and explained all the safety procedures. They even helped launch the jetski in the water for us so that we didnt have to tow it all the way to the delta. I highly recommend this place because of the friendly staff and the convenience.

Got scammed after renting for a few years. Stay away they set you up to take your deposit throw out a bunch of BS numbers then do all the repairs in shop. For scratches, unscrupulous and getting over on people.
