Sneaky, lying store manager and reps.They told me that I was only paying for the cost of my plan, because I was switching providers, the phone was free and that I would just have to pay taxes on it.Lies.$160 later, I find out that they charged me for accessories that they put in my bag and told me nothing about.I was supposed to be spending $50 for the plan, plus tax.Never go here.I didnt want an 8GB SD card for a phone that has 128gb of storage, or a car charger. I already had one. They seemed to have thought they knew better than I did and just tacked it on my bill, without saying anything.

Sales person was very polite and knowledgeable. I was out the door with a nice new activated phone in no time. Thank you very much😊

I went to this location 2 weeks ago and bought a phone for over $200 everyone was great and happy to take my hard earned money. 12/4/2018 went in to ask about insurance on my phone a girl named Erika and another at the counter were talking about boyfriend issues and how different types of customers they dont like. First of all that kind of talk I should be done in office not in front of customers and secondly when I told her Ericka she claims she is a manager which I dont believe it.. I told her that is rude she told me I can leave and went 50.50 on me this girl doesnt know the law.. And there is no sign saying they can refuse a guest just cause I am asking about my insurance on my phone and telling them I dont want to hear about them putting other race of people down thats discrimination..... Will consult a attorney..

Staff has always been helpful. Better than the other Metro stores in Manteca.

I soon as I walk in I am greeted with a frendly smile and assisted. The staff at this location are very knowledgeable and have always been very helpful.

Called to ask a question regarding warranty was told there was one in Modesto one in Stockton. When I asked for the coorporate number the girl that answered hung up on me so unprofessional and useless..Find a new job if you cant even answer a simple question!

The woman in the store was rude I got my Phone two days ago and it was defective. So instead of just giving me a new phone they are making we wait for a warrenty phone which could be refurbished. The one on sprekels ave was where I got it and they would not help either. Metro for the money has a good service but do yourself a favor bye the phones from Walmart or target. Or Buy a phone off of eBay and use that. Do not ever go to the stores in Manteca... They sink.

Lousy service. Only person working (frizzy hair with a pink streak) was on her personal phone the entire time as she tended to the customer ahead of me then let someone she knew cut in ahead of me. Walked out and Ill find elsewhere to spend my money

Such an irresponsible place. Don’t open at the times that they have at the door. The schedule says 10am but it’s 10:10 & she’s bearly arrived and still kept us outside waiting.
