First time at T-Mobile in Manteca I had a minimal weight to get in which was okay once the guy in the little clerk that helped me and my wife was absolutely wonderful she was patient. The fun thing was shes married to a Filipino Im married to a Filipino small world but I recommend the service in this store better than the Bay area.

I came in today for the first time, I was very pleased. The young ladies are very courteous and attentive. I wish I could have written down the persons name who helped us.. She was amazing, very knowledgeable.. Will definitely be back for any future cell issues or needs! Thank you!

Went in for a SIM card change. Every thing was good. And the did adhere to COVID protocols, cleaning the stations between customers.

Told the sales woman I wanted a phone with the so-called T-Mobile experience which means 5G she sold me one without.Aint no mask on her ears!I will never go back there again!Now I have to take this outdated phone to another store!Youve been warned Joe Jane Public 😠

Got a new phone on 7/25/20 and we had a little trouble getting it set up bcuz I wanted to pay extra when I didnt have a plan at the time but in the end it got fixed bcuz Rachel is a GREAT mobile expert! Im definitely going back today (7/26/20) bcuz I forgot to get a phone case and wireless charger so be expecting me again Rachel. Who knows whats gonna happen this time lol. Thanks for the great service!

This store front is centrally located in a shopping square. Inside is spacious with several Tmobile Associates there helping the customers. The one helping me was super nice, very polite and knowledgeable. She solved my problem in no time at all … cant stop singing praises on her.

Slow, was there over 20 minutes and had to be put on a waiting list to be helped. I left cuz they were all still helping the same people even after 20 minutes even though there were at least 3 employees there. I know exactly what I want so Ill just have to go another day or to another store

The people here are very rude and unprofessional the only 2 people that were helpful and very nice were Felicia and Amanda.. Thank you for providing great service. . But for everyone else there please learn from these 2 on how to treat customers..

Worst t mobile store ever!.. dont go here! the manager is very rude because he threaten to call the cops after I paid for $160 +70 dollars my service turn on and wanted me pay 400dollars and just to buy a $750 dollar phone and my jump plan I paid for over 6months dont work and told my stop yelling? I told him Im the customer you get paid to deal with this... he said I dont have to deal with this! I wanted to just my phone turn on and had me paying almost $1500 for a phone! This store is straight plastic!
