Budget tools for those who don’t need a 25$ 10mm wrench. My impact and drill have outlived my dewalt by 2 years. Customer service is sparse but the deals are always there. Good in and out.

Its always great to walk thru a small store when you just need an item or two. You dont get that lost, Home Depot feeling. Would be nice if the employees just hanging out would ask if you need assistance. Checkout was pretty quick. Look for sales!

So Im not totally the hugest fan of the product as far as something Id wanna spend my time shopping and picking out something that I plan to use time and time again for many years. How ever if your not trying to do all that and you just have a small hiccup for a one time job. And you dont plan on needing the item much longer then this one time that you need it. Then this is the place for you to go. Everything thing that they have is better or less great for the price and considering that its going to be a great fix for the sort of pinch you might be in. Especially if your on a tight budget. You could use it the once that you need to and then turn around and sell it on line like new for most likely close to the same price that you paid or even take it back befor the return time is up. Either way they do have an awesome policy that is that if for any reason on most of the product if you run into a non user malfunction in the product they will replace it for free no questions asked. Thats cool. (Even if you dont have the receipt. This place is located in the rite aid and $1tree shopping center on the corner of union and W. YOSEMITE AVE. In Manteca CA. And its literally right between rite aid and $1tree. They do have great over all prices and a weekly shopper with coupons if your a resident and a lot of times with a coupon for something free with any priced purchase. Thank you Harbor Freight Tools for coming to Manteca and helping the smaller guys get the tool they need for the right price. Untill next time folks.Ps I almost forgot. When I checked out my purchase, the cashier asked if Ive received coupons from them, I wasnt sure so he used my phone number & confirmed that I am indeed on their newsletter list. I asked him if I can use their on going coupon, the answer was they got to scan the barcode. For some reason the newsletter in my email load only other pictures but the barcode, the gentleman started rushing me by asking me how would I like to pay it. After couple attempts loading the coupon unsuccessfully, I paid and left. Once I was outside of the store, the coupon just magically loaded, it shows Everything On Sale, with extra 10% off. So I went back to the store waited back to the line and hope that I can get 10% off of my over $100 purchase. Once to my turn, the same cashier told me that the coupon can only apply to one single item, so, I applied to the most cost item. The gentleman this time did not scan my barcode and just punched few numbers and Bingo, I got $2 back! The moral of this story is Horrible shopping experience! He could had told me its only for a single item and I he could have just applied the coupon after confirmed that I am on their list.

This is a huge Harbor Freight!! I was amazed at how much stuff they had. I bet the carry just about everything they have on line. The place is very organized, every section has multiple items to choose from. It took me a good 45 mins to go down every isle. What topped it off was the employees were super friendly.!!!!

Found what I need quickly, line was short, employees were nice.

Actually we only passed by the store on the way to Save Mart. But the last time I was in there I bought some tools for a good price.

Harbor Frieght is in a good location..plenty of parking. Service is good and willing to help. Prices affordable. If you are looking for extention plugs, they do not carry them. Plenty of extention cords w/their Original plugs but no adapters. Other than that, Harbor Freight is Great!!!

They always have great prices on almost any type of tool, and many other things that you might need for a project. What makes it even better is that since they opened, I no longer have to drive 20 miles in either direction to get to a Harbor Freight! On tonights trip, I picked up what I needed to fix a potential vehicle electrical issue and another item that I thought might be helpful for under $20!

Harbor Freight had been known for years as a source for inexpensive tools, mostly produced overseas. The quality is decent, if not stellar, but for the home DIYer its mostly good enough, and the prices are definitely right (minus one star for product quality).The service I received at my local store was fantastic. The staff was eager to help, friendly, and generally knowledgeable. Ill be visiting again.

I went in the morning and they were busy, busy, busy. The checkout lines are long and go straight down the isles. Most customers are nice when you ask to look at something they may be blocking while waiting in line.

This store has something for everybody. Great prices and good sales. You need time to wander through the store as generally there are not sales staff out on the floor to ask questions, so you would have to walk up to registers to ask location of specific items. For persons whom like gadgets or small convenient tools to carry in your vehicle or a ladies purse, they have those too!

Had to go to the Manteca HF location as my local store was our of the item I needed. The Manteca store is cleaner and more orderly than my local store, plus the employees were polite and helpful. Will be back even though it is 11 miles farther than my local store.

Its a smaller store, but it still has all the good stuff you need for your home projects. Went there for an electric pole saw and was very pleased with the quality of the product!

Line of 4 or so waiting. One Cashier and a customer discussing discount coupon arguing with the one and only Cashier. I left without purchase.

Pick your tools carefully at Harbor Freight and you wont be disappointed. Not all tools are the best, but the most tools are good for the price you pay. If youre only going to use the tool a couple times a year then you cant beat the price.

I bought a $400 high pressure washer 3 days ago. I bought the guarantee with it. It broke down after about eight hours of use and started spewing oil. However, when I took it back the manager gave me free of charge the six and a half horsepower pressure washer because the four horsepower pressure washer was not in stock. They transferred my guarantee over to the six and a half horsepower pressure washer. They were friendly and frankly unbelievable in their service. It was a great feeling when I left.

I have gone through several Pittsburgh brand rachets,and they honor the lifetime warranty every time! Every month they send me a discount catalog and theres always coupons for free items with any purchase! I usually use the one for the free flashlight, I also used one for a free tarp.

Regular Harbor Freight store well-stocked decently friendly staff but an ignorant policy they have in place. I needed to use the restroom, the signs on the restroom door said please see associate. I went to see the associate and I was told that I needed to go to register one to get a code for the bathroom, which means I had to wait in the 20-minute line TO GET THE CODE. Not impressed. As of today October 1st 2018 the bathroom code is #771133. Now you wont have to wait in line!

Product is neat n orderly, signs direct you appropriately, people are handy and helpful, and the bathroom is clean; just dont forget the key at the front counter on your way back. I love the great coupons.

The store was clean and nice looking but there customer service sucks. 1 register open 10 plus people in line. Then they make you form one line once they open another register. Not sure why they have registers if they are only going to have one line

Staff is lacking knowledge. They cant find the location of tools in their own store, and often say they dont have things I eventually find in the store looking myself. Cheap tools that will not last if used often. They will get you by in a pinch.
