Its a beautiful place when you walk in but the closer you get to everything it starts to get nasty i can only imagine what id find in the actual kitchen and it looks like the person to blame is manager mark who had nothing better to do but kick the kids out i was talking with while waiting for my food. Nice kids too they told me they just graduated that day and were just waiting for a ride to go celebrate

I absolutely love this Hy-Vee. The moment I first stepped in I was shocked by how it didnt feel like a grocery store. Ive been to other high-end grocery stores like whole foods, trader Joes, etc. Hy-vee felt completely different. The store is clean and bright, has a built-in Starbucks, an on-staff nutritionist, and tons of restaurants style a food stands on the right side of the building. I did something I normally dont do and signed up for a loyalty card because I knew Id be coming back.

I was honestly so shocked at how nice this store was. I live in an area where there aren’t any Hy-Vee store but would always see ads and it always just looked like an average store. Had to stop into a grocery store for some last minute items for a party we were catering and I was very impressed by this Hy-Vee. They have a starbucks, fresh food, sushi, extensive bakery, Beauty area. And it all looked very clean and very new. The employees were helpful and the prices for things were good. I had a great experience at this Maple Grove Hy-Vee.

I spent about 100$ on fresh crab legs today. 2lbs of Alaskan and 1lb of Snow crab. When I got home and cooked them….they tasted like chemicals and smelt like Ammonia. I’m overly disappointed! HyVee has been my go to for seafood and I’ve never had this issue at any other location. I’ve recently moved to Maple Grove but sadly I will not shop at this HyVee again! We had to throw the whole boil away!

Hy-Vee grocery is excellent Costumer service and clean store at Maple Grove MN location.I give 5 star only the Costumer service and store. Only I have a complaint about The Mia Pizza is terrible taste. I order two times on Tuesday October 5 2021 at 2pm and Wednesday October 6 2021 at 1 :30 pm.The dough is raw. I get very sick. I had stomach., also I vomit all afternoon . The picture shows brown outside is the perfect cook.. my pizzas look white. Color. I will report a health department . I give 0 star The Mia Pizza. I Dont recommend every one to buy The Mia Pizza.

Their Meat, seafood, and bakery departments are amazing, but for everything else, prices are better for all other items at Walmart.

This is a great store. Love the fresh bread and the deli. The best find is the hibachi bar where you can make your own mix and the staff will cook it up for you. Very very tasty.

Family gathered at Hy-Vee for breakfast. Good food and quite a variety of breakfast options to choose from.

HyVee is conveniently located in Maple Grove, MN. It is recently built and all employees are very helpful.

I will update again if I ever get a response.Original Review: Normally we love it here. Just went to the Market Grille and did not have a good experience. The woman standing in front of me in line ordered a burger. I stepped up right after her and asked for a burger and was told the cook had just shut the grill off and the lady in front of me was the last burger being made. Im confused, if the grill is off, how are you cooking her burger? If its on, why cant I get one? Not good customer service. I understand you want to clean up and go home, but come on.P.S. Im sitting here watching the cook put her burger on the grill right now, after I was told no AND had time to write all this.

Love the look of the place. Prices on groceries could be cheaper.

Beautiful store, love the restaurant/bar. I was here a couple days ago, and had a great experience. Today... not so much. I stopped at the gas station for the first time, had a terrible experience at the pump. Then saw all the Google reviews of others having the same issues. I never got to get gas, I am on E. I will never stop there again. Then I head to the store to grab a beer at the bar, and I have been sitting here writing my reviews for 15 min, with ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE. I thought this store was super cool, I just started a new job, and its on my way home. But I guess its just a waste of time. How do you stay open, if you wont help customers?

I love what I can find at this location but it is very often that I can’t find everything in my list. I’m not sure if this is a pandemic thing, a supply chain thing or what the deal is. I do love their meat counter and bakery…can always find meal inspiration.

Clean store friendly staff. Love the selection of fresh made sushi for a grocery store its not bad sushi. The selection of fresh made stuff is awesome everything from bread to pasta salads and everything in-between. Fresh produce is always looking good unlike some stores that put out bruised and unappetizing stuff that wont sell.

This is one of my fav grocery stores. It has a huge deli/marketplace with a full service bar for when you wanna have a full meal. The bakery has a large selection of amazing baked goods. I love the lemon cake bars and tiramisu. The bread section seems lacking but most are around the US. I wish all hyvees were like this.

Great as always. But I miss the smiley face sugar cookies in the 6 pack. The individual sugar cookies that they have in the display case has way too much frosting on it.😥😥

My favorite grocery store

Clean. Competent employees. Like the deli meats and cheeses, some exceptional charcuterie products as well. Only complaint is the produce section is often lacking and is not generally competitively priced. I cannot comment on their mall style food court.

Great place to eat and get groceries, although it always seems like theyre out of something I need when I go, especially produce and bags of ice.

Never a bad thing to say about Hyvee. Its a grocery store shopping paradise. This location is always clean and organized. Service is always good and they are good at helping with questions.

Maybe my expectations were too high. Whoever decides where items are places in the store has some made some questionable decisions. Nothing really notably good in the store. Other places have better meat, produce and bakery. Just a very solid meh.

Disappointed again. They were out of 2 items on sale I want. Theres very little organic produce. Theres no one around to help you. Only 3 registers with staff checking you out. These lines were 3 deep while 3 associates stood up front talking. I guess the customers can just wait in line or use self checkout. I refuse,😳

Great concept store. This grocery store is clean and large and has a very clean and large hot food court. The hibachi Thai spiced pork fresh off the grill is magnificent to have in the middle of a shopping trip. This store even has a full liquor bar inside the store with big screens and plush seating. Its also a very clean store well lit with high ceilings very organized helpful staff has lots of various items including some hardware & household goods. I hope HyVee franchises throughout the USA I see a lot of potential.

Horrible pharmacy. Rudest women I’ve ever met. To top it all off, they gave my 7 year old son a 800mg Vicodin prescription instead of penicillin. They almost killed him!!!

I placed an order for Hy-Vee aisles online for 10 AM pick up, it was not ready until 11:30. I tried texting the number and I did not get a response on when my order was going to be done. And they started shopping for my order at 8 AM, according to the text message I received from them. Also they were out of several of my items. I know it’s first world problems but when you have three kids and a job, it’s hard to rearrange your schedule.On the Hyvee Maple Grove Facebook page they had a giveaway for a free Thursday special meal that was steak and potatoes. I won and I went to Hy-Vee on Thursday to claim my meal and they told me that they stop the Thursday special meal of steak and potatoes in August, so that was a little bit of a bummer.On a positive note everyone that I have talk to at Hy-Vee has been friendly. I don’t think I’ll be shopping there anymore due to all of the inconveniences.

I went into hyyvee today and ronald mcdonald jump scared me from behind a trash can. i was in absolute shock but tried to get away and continue on with my shopping as i have 13 children to feed. But Ronald Mcdonald kept following me throughout the store. I warned him to back away from me but he just looked me in the eyes and shook his head. Upon arriving to the deli section I asked the employee to give me a ham and she threw a whole bass fish at me!!! if i could i would give this store 0 stars. very unprofessional.

Love the Maple Grove Hy-Vee. Besides the supermarket which is well stocked, there is a small gift shop with lovely gifts, a small food court with a variety of food choices with sitting area, a coffee shop and a bar inside the building. I was pleasently surprised.

When I go here I feel very comfortable shopping and this is definitely a place to go to get some fresh food!! No like seriously the food is super great here!!! This HyVee is awesome. Pretty much everything you could want in a grocery store. They have a good selection of groceries plus a great bakery, food court, sports bar, pharmacy, large beauty supplies area, and a huge candy selection (both sides of a whole isle). All of this in a clean store that has lots of self check out lanes and baggers on the regular check out lanes.

Incredible customer service. I was there last night to do some shopping for my father and used self-checkout. In my haste, I forgot to grab one of my bags with 3 small items and didn’t realize it until late that night. I went in this morning with my receipt and Brie (sp?) took great care of me and helped me replace the items that I left behind. She did this with a smile on her face and no questions asked. She really put her customer first. Thank you!

Produce is much better than grocery stores in my area so I will gladly drive the extra 20 minutes for both Aisles drive up orders and in store shopping. Always friendly staff that is willing to help and answer questions. Beautiful bakery items behind the counter, and fresh hot food to go.

I must say Hy-Vee does it right for the customer. You walk in and its sparkling clean! Great selection in the produce area. Before we started our shopping we decided to eat at one one of 3 restaurants available. Very impressive. We decided to eat Chinese food. Wow a nice selection and hot as it should. We sat down and there was no way we were going to finish our 2 selections. So much and the food was excellent. Romain noodles were great. We finally got our shopping started and was impressed with the selections everywhere. Clean and organized.The employees were helpful and friendly. Will be doing allot of shopping at Hy-Vee when were back in the area.

Its within walking distance. I love that. Produce dept isnt too bad. Prices on most products are slightly above normal. Not sure what that premium goes towards.

I really like this hy-vee. They have a variety of different things to choose from if you go there to eat lunch. I usually get the mushroom and Swiss burger with a side of mac and cheese and its great! You cant beat that for $9.

Great SUPERMARKET! There are lots of options to get groceries from in the area, but most cant fill all your needs. Hy-Vee truly is a one-stop shop where you can find even the most special things. The service and the prepared foods are all amazing as well. So happy to Hy-vee finally came to Maple Grove!

Great inventory and clean place. Prices are higher than the average in the region.

Takes care of customers when needing help. Great selection of food brands and fresh produce/meats/etc. Watch some shelf items can be past expiration date especially on sale. Can probably notify managers if your favorite product on shelf is expired and theyd get new inventory, just havent bothered to ask on some items.

Great store and fun to shop at!! So many options (pizza, Chinese, etc) We order from MIA pizza a lot. Great price but omg do the workers making the pizza seem miserable. Obviously not a huge deal breaker but if they were friendly to customers i would have given this a 5 star rating (and its like this 90% of the time that we get pizza.) Oh well. Hopefully management will address this because otherwise its a great store!
