Very disappointing. Booked online appointment of 6pm for tires rotation but there was noone at store to do that. I went through my bulk emails and found an email saying We apologize for the scheduling complications. The store you are interested in visiting is unable to confirm your appointment, and may have attempted to reach you via the phone number you provided.Nobody reached out to me on phone. I understand the staff shortage after 6 pm and the problems between store and corporate for late appointments but should have been communicated properly.

Decent prices, service is quick depending on the day and times . usually im treated fairly and they have you in and out under 2hrs.

I’m giving a 5 star for Matt! He is clearly very knowledgable and was extremely honest and helpful with my car! There’s another advisor that wasn’t as helpful, but Matt definitely made my experience positive and will continue to go there as long as he’s the one helping me! Thank you so much!

The staff was great at this Tires Plus location! I was on my lunch break and had appointment for oil change and tire rotation..an hour was the time period quoted...the manager Matt helped the tech working on my car to get me out in a timely fashion.. they found a nail in one of my tires and ended up getting new set of tires with oil change and I was still out of there in 50 minutes! I would highly recommend. Great customer service!! :)

This location prioritizes walk ins over scheduled appointmentsI had scheduled a appointment to replace 4 tires on my sonata.This appointment was at 12pm, I saw them take 2 walk ins for tire repair/replacement before even bringing my car in. About 1pm I saw them bring my car in, it is now ​2pm sitting up in the air with no tires.A 4 tire replacement takes at most 1.5 hours, using hand tools.NEVER have I had to wait for so long at a tires plus location for just a tire replacement. Other tire plus locations Id have a 4 tire replacement, alignment, and oil change and theyd take no longer than 2 hours. Were approaching 2 hours for just the tire replacement.Tires plus > 5 stats.Maple Grove location > 2 stars.

Got to work and noticed my tire was losing air. So I came to the closest Tires Plus and they were able to help me out in less than 5 minuets wouldn’t go anywhere els for tires. Had to change my post because these workers here wanted to charge me over 1000 just to change my tires towed my van to a different shop and they did it in under 1 hour for 100 bucks never coming back here again I’d give it no stars if I could I waisted 2 entire days just because they wanted to scam me forget this place man

Employees where very helpful, and gave me good information on things that could potentially be coming up on my car, and was kind enough to give me a car so I could easily communicate with them if I needed to come back. They are so nice and they do good work

I’ve been a loyal Tires Plus customer for almost 10 years. Yesterday, I dropped off my truck to get a tire patched and when I got home there was a message from Marty. He told me I had to get 4 new tires, cause the puncture was too close to the sidewall and the treads are too worn to replace just 1, even though the treads are fine. He quoted me $2103.97.Took my truck to another shop. The nail didn’t even puncture through! If you’re going to up sell, at least make an effort. Tires Plus has really changed.

Great service, good location

Paid almost $1000 for a rear caliper job and had brought car into a shop to get some other things checked out and they told me that one rear caliper was busted due to improper replacement. Cost me another $300 to get it fixed at that shop and when I brought back to Tires plus to get a refund on my work they did they refused even though they broke the old calipers. Wouldnt recommend going here.

My husband and I only come to Tires Plus - Maple Grove. The staff is extremely friendly and does a great job keeping their customers informed about the status of their service. I have never had a complaint about this business. Matt, the manager, does a great job of explaining car care, preventative maintenance and quality products. He seeks to understand and treats customers with respect. I trust his expertise with both of our vehicles and would recommend this store to anyone!

Dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. I was notified that it was complete. When I arrived, I checked to see if the tires were actually rotated because the Burnsville location has burned me on it before. Tires were not actually rotated, had to wait 20 minutes for them to actually rotate them. Nothing from the employees except for a “sorry”. Thanks for wasting my time!

Don’t waste your time and energy, go somewhere else. I scheduled for a wheel alignment and tire balance. When I got there, I requested to torque my lug nuts to 91 ft/lb instead of using the power tool because I couldn’t get them out last time. Also, I informed them that I have a front spacer. First they told me that with the spacer they couldn’t torque it. Then, under their policy they could not put them on after they do the tire balance. Alignment, they couldn’t do it either because my car is too low. I dropped only 1.5 inches. How come other TirePlus and Firestone were able to do it? I think it’s a BS excuse because the job is under warranty. I give 0 star if they let me.

Today I went to get a oil change which normally cost me about $70.00. Steve was the mechanic that took care of my car. I lost my brother a week ago and was stressed about the situation and the cost of laying my brother to rest. I was discussing this with my fiancé in the waiting area. Steve overheard and spoke with me about my loss and his condolences. His kind decision and work truly represented purpose. I am an assistant store manager and would hire him in a heartbeat if I could. He is a true asset to your company. My experience brought me to tears in times like these where Steve truly made a difference in my day. This is why I only have my car repaired at this location.

My wife and I had appointments sameday an 1/2 hour apart. Afterward an employee was asking personal questions about my relationship with my wife and I. Such as how long we have been together. Seemed odd to me.I left he proceeded in the store and sat down next to my wife and asked her the same question as well as if she thought if it was time for a change. She answered why change now. She became very nervous with his questions.This behavior is very unprofessional and disrespectful to us as a longtime customer.I will never put neither one of us through this experience again. Particularly from a oil change company. Of coarse most likely Wouldnt happen anywhere else.We have decided not to ever use tires plus.

What a scam company!!! I had four tires changed on September 9,2020 (4 BRIDGESTONE ECOPIA). I went there because I saw an ad that I would receive a $70 rebate card. Almost 2 months have passed, and I receive NOTHING. This store clearly does not honor its online ad.

I had a terrible experience with Luther Brookdale Volkswagen and after driving home in a shaky car, I stopped over at Tires Plus. They resolved this issue in less than an hour. The car has been driving amazing since. Highly recommend the Maple Grove shop.

I went to Big Os tires first for an alignment and they told me my tie rods were bent, which was impossible as I just replaced them the day before. I do not recommend this location. I brought my car into the shop for an inspection to see if I needed work done. The person told me that I needed to fix my breaks asap or else it would cause damage. Even though I bought the car last year I took his advice. When they were done I witnessed the break lights were on red in my vehicle. Which is concerning, because when I came to the the store the break lights were not on at all. Then the next day I discovered a terrible noise coming from my car caused by the breaks. I called to let them know about the noise and they told me to come in Monday. They said they would have their (BEST Technician) take care of the issue. Which at first was concerning because why are you letting junior people fix peoples vehicles. After that the noise slowly went away but the lights are still on (still can hear noises too). They want to charge me $500! and my car is in worst shape now than before I came to the store. Last year I let my mom borrow my car and she got an oil change. After the oil change I witnessed things were wrong with the car. I shouldve never returned to this store and do not recommend. I called the corporate office 3 times and each time they tell me an Area or Regional manager will give me a call but I have yet to receive a call even though they say 48 hours. These people are not very good and are crooks. I only come to Maple Grove to visit my mom. I would recommend another location. The customer service guys are RUDE too.

Just had them put new all-season Cooper Discoverer tires on my Tahoe. Previously was using mud tires and oh my lord, HUGE difference. Ive noticed I braked better and going over bumps was really smooth. Really quiet ride. Tires Plus did a great job! Thanks!

I dont know why I gave this shop so many chances. They screw me over each time. I usually go to M&M Automotive, but they were booked out a week. After calling 3 other shops to find they were also all booked, I gave Tires Plus another chance since I was desperate to get my AC charged because of 90 degree days we were having. I knew I had a small leak and I told them that. After paying $100 he told me the leak was really bad but still charged it. I drove it around for 20 mins and it never got cold. I went back and asked them why it wasnt getting cold and he said probably because the leak was so bad. I asked what the dye test looked like and where it was leaking from. He said there was dye all over the place. I asked if it was that bad, why would he even do it? He said because I asked them to. I said, I asked for it to be charged, but if you know its not going to work its your responsibility to tell me that. He said what do you want from me? I said I want my money back, which I did get. I went back to M&M Automotive and told them what happened. They looked it over and said the leak was minimal and charged the AC with no problems. It was ice cold when I got back in the car. I asked why he thought it didnt work when Tires Plus did it. He said if they would have charged it, it would have worked. So basically Tires Plus didnt even charged it! I will NEVER go here again. They just took my $100 and thought theyd get away with it. The guys at M&M Automotive have always been honest with me on whats going on with my car and never taken advantage of me.

I never leave reviews but I wanted to give a review for tires plus because I experienced quality and kindness which is hard to find these days. I had a flat and ran over to tires plus shortly before they closed. Despite closing soon the staff was so kind and friendly. They couldn’t fix my tire as the damage was too much for a patch. I didn’t buy a new tire from them as I originally bought the tire elsewhere and they guarantee replacement so I declined at tires plus. They didn’t charge me for anything and I was so appreciative. Definitely recommend, it’s hard to find people who work hard and are kind despite the clock. Thanks!

I have been serviced here many times. I have most recently had an oil change. The service was great and they finished it ahead of schedule. I have also had other work done here and they have been great. They have even been able to help me out in an emergency, and I greatly appreciated the work that did. I will continue to go here and recommend them to anyone.

Caught a flat tire on the highway and stopped here. The store manager Matt was fantastic! They got my car in right away even though they were busy. Also changed my oil as it right there. A-plus service and great people!

I had a 10a confirmed appointment and they didn’t bring my vehicle into the garage until 11:15a. Followed up with me about getting work done and providing me a loan vehicle for the day, but the loan didn’t come until 1:20p. I sat around for an hour and 20 minutes only to be driven back to enterprise to be given a car and was told the work on my vehicle should be done around 3p. I wasted so much of my day! I understand tires plus was not accountable for enterprise’s tardiness, but clearly my 10a appointment was not respected in the first place and it was very frustrating. Kind staff, but poor time management.

Worst experience. On Tuesday I was given advice that it was best to get in early on Saturday. I got in on Saturday for my appointment with my car and they had done several diagnoses throughout the day. They eventually told me that even though I had an appointment, they couldnt start working or diagnosing the car until Monday. I only needed new windshield washer pumps and a coolant leak investigated. Guess other customers were paying more so I wasnt the best bang for your buck in their opinion. Great customer service. What is the point of making an appointment if you STILL cant get seen. What a waste of time. I had other options as well. Will never ever return. One star only because I cant put in a zero.

Be prepared for them to give you the higher quality oil without telling you and then charge you for it!Went in for a standard oil change and they gave me the higher quality oil without telling me, then made me pay for it. They said my car only gets this higher stuff....actually the manual says it can get either the 0w OR 5w oil. Never ever going back.

Quick friendly service when I bought my tires, but they made me wait over an hour to start my tire rotation. Why am I paying for something I could complete faster by myself?

Took car in at 9:30, discussed tires to put on and left the car. The store was supposed to close at 5 and at 4:45 they told me, multiple times, well you are last in but should be done tonight, maybe a little after 5). At 5:30 they told us they didnt have the tires we need after all and they took another 20 minutes to put our rims back on and give us our car back. They used to be good but we will not return.

There always able to get me an appointment in a reasonable time and there customer service is great. The overall experience at this location is way better than the other locations!

He is very professional and knows about me and my family, and asks about them, as a friend, even though I only see him at Tires Plus, and I am only here every 3 to 6 months. I would suggest all readers to buy the lifetime alignment, and you will get it free with every service!

Did some repairs on my old Chevy Cavalier a few years ago. Forgot to tighten radiator hose. A few days later, Fluid EVERYWHERE and overheated on 694. Ruined SOMETHING electrical, car never ran right again. Brought it back numerous times. Had to literally junk the car and buy a new one. Worst car repair experience Ive EVER had. Avoid at ALL costs. Sorry. A spectacular muffler shop is just up the road.

The staff here are very friendly. If you have a lowered car with aftermarket suspension make sure you let them know ahead of time so that an experienced tech will be there to perform the work. The manager at this location was very helpful as well.

Didnt like the wait, but I understand its a necessary evil. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I ended up getting four new tires plus the alignment...now off to the races.

Made appointment for 3 PM to have a set of four tires put on my ram truck. I was told when I made the appointment it would take about an hour and a half to complete so it be OK to wait. 4 1/2 hours later I was finally back in my truck, no joke it was 7:30 PM when they said they were done. I drove out the parking lot and heard wheel weights falling off the truck. Directly back in they had to re-balance all four wheels. One hour later the store now completely closed I got back in my truck drove out the parking lot same thing weights fly off. Not enough time to balance it that night as they were closed and it was late went back the next day anhour later I got my truck back. The manager did not want to discount the horrible service that was provided. The solution after some debate was not paying for the balancing. Terrible management horrible service. I’ve been to the tires plus in Rogers Minnesota several times and had fantastic service it’s worth the drive.
