My first time using this place, right off the bat they were friendly, knowledgeable (in both their specific question asking for diagnostics & assessing my needs, and answering any questions I had), honest, and helpful. My vehicle was done on time. They were accommodating, and always kept me updated as to what was going on. They not only quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, they also made me aware of any recommendations they had, after fully inspecting the car during its servicing. I found their prices very reasonable (no hidden fees, or price gouging), and they were also upfront and honest about parts (didnt try to get me to put in new parts when it wasnt necessary) - I really appreciated this! I will certainly be using them again, as well as recommending them to others. It was a pleasure doing business with them, thanks guys!

Jim and his team at Accurate Auto are amazing! I have an older Corvette that came to me from Pennsylvania. When I received it in October, we thought that it was in good shape as it was tuned up/worked on before it was shipped-but we were wrong. After a few days of driving it, I came into a some brake issues. I was recommended to Jim @ Accurate from another Corvette owner and I am so grateful. I called Jim on a Monday morning with the issues, and he allowed me to have it brought in that day. They had a busy schedule, but he got to it a few days later and had it back to me on Friday that same week! A few days later, I came into a fuel pump issue. Jim had me bring it back again and had it repaired a few days later. All in all, I was there 3 times in October/November, and each time I was impressed with Jim and his friendliness, superior knowledge, honesty and exceptional customer service. He even lifted the car up for me and walked me through it so I could learn a few things about it. Ive recommended other friends for their domestic/foreign cars and any maintenance/service needs. I will be back in the Spring for a general servicing!

I took my vehicles on a friends recommendation to Accurate regularly back in 2012-2014, but then moved too far away. I really hated losing them. They fixed an expensive head light on a preowned car we were buying from next door a chrysler 300. Out come was okay. I say that because the plastic inset thatbwould sit under the head light is visible. But the light works, we didnt notice it until much later.

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, and I was offered hot coffee. At no point did they try to push unnecessary products or services. I got exactly what I needed. They were straightforward, fair, quick and courteous. 100% will be coming back. 100% would recommend their services to others.

Honest. High quality work. Fair prices. Weve been bringing our cars here for around five years or more. The service is always great. They explain the repairs clearly, finish on time, and never surprise me with additional charges. They have even replaced light bulbs for free. Best of all they dont do unnecessary repairs. My daughter brought her car in to have the brakes replaced. She had been told elsewhere that all four needed to be replaced, but Accurate Auto told her the back ones were still fine. They only replaced the front ones. I greatly appreciate such trustworthy people.

Tl;dr: With fair labor rates, fast and excellent work, and great customer service, you should definitely use them for your auto needs.I recently needed my clutch and flywheel replaced on an imported vehicle. I didnt have a ton of money and I was afraid to deal with the problem. On the recommendation of a friend, I called Accurate for a quote and they were about average but still far lower than a dealership would have been. I called for an appointment and they were able to accommodate my overnight schedule. I made an off handed comment thinking out loud to myself that I would be able to get a ride to work. I was offered a courtesy car with just the expectation to fuel it. This was a huge relief. The staff made great friendly small talk with me and I immediately felt welcome.When the job was done, I picked up my car and found that they had fixed a few minor issues at no charge (blown exhaust gasket). My car was quieter and sounded great. The mechanic explained the break in and asked me to follow up in a few days with any problems. This was a great experience and I couldnt be happier. I will be bringing my car back for the next big repair and you should too!

I learned about accurate auto through my father in law Denny and husband . The first time I went there my car was on my last wheels. I wasn’t able to afford a new car and was honest with Jim he worked with me to get my car running like new .This was almost 7years ago since then I have gotten a new car and ONLY bring it to Jim. He is always more than fair in price and always consistent. I know when I go there I’m getting great and fair service. As a woman this is important to me, to know I can go in the shop and I don’t have to worry about being taken advantage of . I have never received such great service anywhere else in all my years ! Accurate serviced my car after an accident. They billed my insurance company $2,400 for a stabilizer bar, tranny seal and two bent wheels. Jim told me that he couldnt find new wheels to fit my car. Instead, he found used wheels at a price of $100 each. I had purchased those wheels two months earlier at discount tire for $60 each. Weird right? A few months after the servicing I noticed a transmission fluid leak. So, I brought the car back to accurate. Jim told me the transmission housing was probably damaged in the accident and the seal was wearing, leading to the leak. Instead of helping me, he offered me $200 to go away and never come back.

My family has been taking our cars here for years. They always take great care of us and do a wonderful job. Very friendly also. Highly recommend them.

I always take my car to Accurate Auto. Theyre very honest and just bill you for labor. They dont upcharge the parts order. I had them change the plugs & wires on my van and they told me when I arrived that the labor would be less than they had said on the phone because some of it was combined with the repair. I trust these guys with my vehicles.
