I understand being short staffed and not being able to be open all night. But when you post hours on your door and your employees close down at least 10 minutes before that time thats a little ridiculous. Pulled in the parking lot at 10 minutes to 9 PM on the 28th of OCT and everything was already dark with no employees in sight. So they obviously had closed considerably earlier than the posted time. Ive been a huge supporter of Holiday throughout the years but this has changed that for sure. I definitely will never stop at this location again!!

Tried going in to buy a coke quick at 9:58pm. Doors were locked early before they close at 10:00pm. I wish they would change their hours to show how late they actually close. Very annoying. I was just trying to buy 1 Coke quickly. Disappointing.

Car wash attendants are ALL AMAZING! You can tell that they are taught and managed well. GREAT JOB 👏

Had to go in to buy my car wash. All three of the girls working the counter had their masks pulled down below their chins (mouth and nose exposed). How hard is it to ensure your employees are protecting your patrons?

This is a decent Holiday except for one big issue.This Holiday has an ice machine that provides ice in very small pieces, instead of regular size ice cubes, and so the ice melts very quickly.If you want a fountain drink, I highly recommend going elsewhere, especially during the summer months.I hope Holiday stops using these new ice machines soon.

I think the store does a great job with some of the circumstances it is faced with that people that dont work there wouldnt understand or know anything about. And those peole need to relax. Because its ginna get better!!!

This is the best car wash in town. The guys there that spray off your car before the car wash even begins are concerned about your car being clean. That car wash is the only one I give tips as they care. Great car wash for a Holiday.

I recently broke my leg and am on crutches. 3 times in a row I experienced no receipt at the pump. 3 strikes your out. Im out.

Hands down best place to get your propane gas grill tanks refilled! They are fast, friendly, and ensure your tank is completely full. And, it is a very reasonable price! Highly recommend - 5-stars!

Nice store, usually clean unless some pos clogs the toilet w paper towels. Nice staff always help you out if you have problems, made me a pizza in their oven before. One of the good holidays.

I’ve lived in the area for years, work close by on weekend nights. Place has really gone down hill, especially the night crew. Had an experience where a young girl was holding what I assume was her small dog while working the cash register. Which needless to say made her very distracted at what I assume are normal duties at such position. Have had more then once checking out and the employee on register was face timing their friend and having a conversation while I was trying to get service. Very distracting and hard to know if they were talking to me or the person on the phone. Just young kids who don’t know what customer service is let alone how to actually take a job seriously I guess. Going to the new shell is now my go to.

I used their excellent car wash and was pleasantly surprised to get a peppermint car wash! Not kidding, my vehicle was minty fresh! How fun is that?

I have been a faithful follower customer of holiday station stores for many years I am self employed so I get around the Twin Cities quite often my go to store was always holiday But since the Eriksen family has sold holiday station stores I have noticed more consistently from store to store the lack of roller grill items especially just before lunch time The lack of sandwiches hot sandwiches prepared during the course of the afternoons Today with the snow the lack of shoveling that is needed I always remembered even on A-day when it snowed their sidewalks were always clear The lack of attendance of trash cans outside always being full to the brim and the lack of proper maintenance and filling of the windshield cleaning solution And more and more employees standing behind the counter not being an Assistance to A-line of customers at the cash registers Its sorry for me to say this but for being a faithful customer for so many years and recognizing the changes that have came about I believe its time To start frequenting Quick trip stores Or Caseys when lmao in the outlying Areas

They get all the stars for the workers, but no stars for the car wash as the blowers are still setup wrong. I would have thought they would have fixed them, but still the side blowers are pointed at the top of the car. (They are mounted in the wrong holes). My car now has frozen water streams on the side of the car.

This station has lost my business forever. The poor customer service here is appalling. I was trying to spend $50 at this establishment and the girl behind the counter was extremely grouchy and rude during my transaction. She even cursed in front of my child after I had told her I didn’t want to deal with her anymore and then tried to continue my transaction with a different cashier. And all this happened on Christmas Eve of all days! As I do every year, I was trying to purchase a Holiday station gift card for a family member and this cashier went out of her way to be extremely unfriendly and discourteous from the time I began my transaction. Because of her behavior, i just canceled the whole transaction. The other cashiers and even customers witnessed this cashier’s rude and argumentative behavior. One of the other cashiers apologized to me while another cashier appeared to side with the rude cashier as they both sarcastically said “you have a merry Christmas” as I was leaving the establishment. As I was walking out the door, after having told the employees this girl’s behavior just cost them a sale, a customer walking out behind me said “She’s always like that. Every time I come here, she’s rude.” This store owner should not have an employee like this working at his/her store. Her behavior is a stain on your store’s reputation. I will never go to this station again, and I live less than a mile away!Update 4/13/19 - It sure seemed nice that this company responded to my review by asking me to call or email them. Well, I emailed the company about my experience right after it occurred and ended up receiving a letter dated 12/28/18 from some corporate customer service representative. That letter contained a hodge-podge of coupons that expired on 12/31/18! These coupons were expired before I even received them! (Ive included a picture of the coupons they sent me). It was as though they had simply found some old coupons laying around and figured theyd just send them to me so they could say they tried to satisfy me. This just added insult to injury, and I couldnt understand why theyd even think a smattering of random coupons would help them re-capture a likely lost customer, especially given that these were EXPIRED coupons! And to add further insult to injury, I emailed their corporate office again after I received these expired coupons to tell them how insulting and tacky I thought this action was on their part, and I never even received a response to that email! I havent been back to a Holiday station anywhere since this experience, and Im on the road all the time in MN and other states in which Holiday stores are located. I will continue to avoid all Holiday station stores in the future as well since this company has made it very clear that customer service is not a priority for them.

The worst holiday i have been to hands down. They had 5-7 employees. 2 outside kicking it maybe lunch break and multiple running around inside. 4 customers waiting in line for one register while a guys ignoring us as he was doing a safe drop. And barely any sace or hot food. I use to work at the one off 610 in BP. There is no excuse you dont like your job find another one.

Pump handle stuck and pumped 15 dollars more worth of gas than I wanted. Guy at the counter was rude when he said they were unable to adjust the price, and didn’t try to accommodate me in any way.

I had never used the car wash style this holiday provided and will be more informed on the process next time, but the car wash attendant angerly gestured me to move forward while I was trying to pay, continued to angerly gesture and point out the signs(which I could not see through my soaked windshield mind you)...he then opens my door to yell at me, and slams my car door. I understand he was frustrated, but a little patience would have gone a long way here. pretty disappointed with this experience.

Pretty good place but employee (thin black male with colored dreds at 9:30pm timeslot) was checking people out while browsing Facebook with music in his ears. Not very professional. Just left now.

The employees were fighting with each other like they were house guests on a bad season of Big Brother. Loud and obnoxious and holding up customers waiting in line. The drink machines were broken too.

Horrible service! Nobody does their job. Never a single item cooked for breakfast at 6am with a hundred people confused and wondering why the owner doesnt want to make any money. This used to be a great location, but I will definitely be using Bobby and Steves !

Called ahead to fill a propane tank. I was told come within five minutes and will fill. Did exactly that and was told they are not filling, 4-5 minutes before 6pm.Dont tell someone you will fill and then dont fill when they show up.

I usually dont care if people are rude, but the manager here takes it to a whole new level. If youre paying the pump, this place is like any other gas station. If you need any human contact, dont go here. My husband forgot his wallet at work so he had no credit card or ID. He tried to pay by check. Our local address is on the check; its from a local bank with a high check number. Weve bought gas at this station for 15 years. The manager refused the payment, recorded the event as a drive-off, and threatened legal action. When I went later in the day to pay with a credit card, the manager made us wait several minutes, would not look at me or speak to me, even while I was paying, and accused my husband of driving without a license. I wont buy gas here again.Also, several times Ive bought a carwash at the pump, only to find out that the carwash is closed during normal business hours. When this happens, they post a Carwash Closed sign in a location that cannot be seen from the pumps. Then they tell you to come back later, but cant tell you when the carwash will be open again.

Pretty good service. Food is very good for gas station fare; I come up here for lunch very frequently.

I live around Maple grove but this gas station is selling its gas almost $0.21 more than other holidays around same area as of today.

Clerk was on cell phone speaker phone entire time. Didnt speak to me. Felt like i was interrupting her conversation!

Has a grave problem of not keeping their coolers stocked. Dirty store and surrounding.
