Dont know what kind of a place they are running but they close it literally whenever they want. 3 pm. 5 pm. Went at 6 pm today and its closed. Do people even know how to run a business anymore? At least update your hours online.

Ordered a white hot chocolate, got a grande white mocha. 2nd time this has happened. Very loud inside and hard to speak through a plastic shield. Maybe have a screen that confirms orders. Just a thought.

I would go out of my way to visit this Starbucks! I came w a small group and one simple frappe and complicated order later came me... the guy who was bored and looking for something new ... free reign ... they asked me questions and POW had a drink that made me feel ... ready like I met a new part of me lol... extra but legit happy now.

Our office orders often from this location through Uber Eats - straws (even when requested) are never placed with the drinks (makes those frozen coffees pretty tricky to actually drink). We also, most often than not, are always either missing a drink or 2 or its a substitute for something this location is out of - we have yet to get a completely correct order. It would be appreciated if you do not have something in stock, to just simply not allow for your customers to select an item from your online ordering instead of just deleting it from the order. We now have 1 staff member with no order and 1 with something she doesnt care for. Unfortunately, this is the only place that is close enough for delivery. We will have to look elsewhere to treat our staff, sadly.

I have always loved coming to this location. It’s always clean, well staffed and friendly environment. It’s usually pretty busy but plenty of seating and accommodations for individuals or small group meetings. It’s easy to access right off the main drag in MG. Would definitely recommend you swinging by!

The staff is great, but this Starbucks is really cold in the winter! The parking lot is largely inadequate for the number of people and it is not plowed, so dont go after a snowstorm anytime!Update: they have really classed this place up. Plenty of seating, both indoor and outdoor. The store is exceptionally clean and they continue to have great service.

Had a much needed late afternoon coffee after a crazy day. The coffee was good and the service was good. The woman working the drive through was pleasant, friendly and courteous despite a steady line of 6 or so vehicles!

This is the only Starbucks in Maple Grove I go to since I move to America. I love this location. Service is great, people are always are really nice. Drinks are good! :)

I wish I could give you a 5 star review. However Im unable because sometimes you can make my wifes drink how she likes it and sometimes you cant. So sometimes its a top notch highly satisfying experience and other times its actually just not because she cant have it her way when just yesterday thats how she got it no problems.... kinda lame but thanks anyways I guess we will just go up the road where we never have this problem or the snooty we cant do that here

I always order a bacon gouda and it’s always warm and i bought one today 5/23/21 and it was straight cold like it was barley warmed up the cheese wasn’t even melted so it wasn’t like it cooled down or anything. the sandwich feels like it was in a fridge. so i’ve wasted my money on a sandwich i wanted to eat.

I had a mobile order but when I arrived the store was closed. I had to wait almost 20 mins in the drive through line. I would not have ordered had I know that the store wasn’t open for pick up.

This starbucks churns out drinks faster then any other around and everyone is always very friendly.

The Wedgwood Starbucks is the best one in Maple Grove, but I won’t be going back until Matt stops working there. He is rude & unprofessional. I don’t appreciate being harassed while getting a cup of coffee.

Let me just say if my coffee is not made the right way it either makes or breaks my day. Not that I’m picky but they can at least try to satisfy the customer ugh! Not fill my $9 drink up w/ a bunch of ice! This particular Starbucks is literally the most time consuming; the most unsatisfying! in utterly every way! Waste of my money yet the fact that I keep giving them my business driving literally nine minutes back-and-forth just to get a snotty remark about my drink just because I didn’t like the way they made it and the fact that their facial expressions and the responses are so patronizing yeah I’d rather purchase somewhere else! If I could give it a half a start I would honestly so distasteful! Ugh !

I have stopped multiple times for coffee and seen notes on the door that they have closed early, in the middle of the day. I understand the need to close early but you could at least update that somewhere on Google or the Starbucks app so people know before driving all the way there to find a note on the drive thru.

Over-roasted coffee. How can people be addicted to Starbucks? Caribou and Dunn Bros are so much better... and locally owned.

MATT IS LITERALLY MY FAVORITE PERSON EVER. i only saw him for like 30 seconds in the drive through but he was SO kind and his energy made me so happy. 10/10!

Both of the times I’ve been to this location, I’ve left with a huge smile on my face! The drive-thu is fast but it doesn’t feel like the employees are stressed and rushing around - they just seem efficient. The mix of confident upbeat attitudes and personal interactions (remembering my name or asking how my day is going) brightens my day and I get great coffee!😂

They have the greatest staff ever at the store. Wonderful and friendly people who work hard at the busiest Starbucks ever. Of course, Im biased, my wonderful daughter, Anna works there (tell her Hi from her dad if you see this). Still, all of the workers are just as great, and the company is top notch for great customer service. Treat them like family, because they will be like family to you. ☕ Oh, and great coffee too. 😉

Encountered a very rude barista. Didn’t catch her name with how angry I got. She disliked that I ordered on the app 3min prior to my arrival (drive thru). I can understand to a certain extent what she means. But, there was no one ahead of me nor behind me and it was about 30 min to closing time. What difference would it have been if I ordered through the comm? Same deal. Anyway, she could’ve been much nicer but she was rude and short. I feel the struggles of any barista, but come on be kinder. Drinks were decent though!

Today at 10am I ordered 2 cheese danishes. Those are my favorite! I haven’t eaten anything because I was rushing with my children. After I finished eating both danishes, I started to feel a bit of pain in my stomach and then I had to run to the Bathroom!

I just waited in the drive through for 20+ minutes and after I pulled away opened my venti White Chocolate Mocha to see why it felt so light... are they short on coffee here? There was over 2 of whipped cream on top apparently, because this is what was left when I stirred it.

If you’re not like the people that work here . They will call you names and make fun of you behind your back. Not a friendly environment ! Employees filled with hate

Ive been here many times and gotten a variety fo drinks. Each one is amazing, how or cold, and is made to perfection.

She has the best personality and we always hope she’s working when we come to Starbucks. She fell once and we felt very bad, We hope she got workers compensation for that! This girl is awesome!!! (She should definitely get a raise for her hard work!!!!!!)

This is my favorite starbucks location. They recently remodeled and it looks awesome. I appreciate that they have later hours than most other locations. It makes it easier to go out with a friend once the kids are in bed.

I wasnt happy with my customer service today.

Staff was friendly and the quality of service was spot on. It was really busy early afternoon New Years day. The floors and tables hadnt been cleaned very well. The temperature was on the cold side of comfortable and they couldnt adjust it.

This is a huge Starbucks which means you can find quiet places to sit and talk. The fireplace is a very nice attraction.

The Baristas have negative energy. There is one lady I cannot remember her name, but she is peppy, smiley, happy and cheerful. The other workers seem so serious and devoid of joy and glee. They get everything correct and they are hard workers besides their energy. If they had a leader to bring joy and fun into the atmosphere this would be rated as a 5. Maybe the happy worker should take the lead and given an opportunity to share her happiness with everyone else.

Service is horrible. Have been asked to park out front and they will bring our drinks out to us on 2 different occasions and after 15 to 20 minutes have had to go in to get our beverages.The one time they actually brought it out one was wrong so had to go in anyway.

They were pretty busy and handling it well.. However, ordered a 6 shot iced beverage, and watched the Batista knowingly only put 5 in my drink. She brewed 2 sets of double shots out of one machine, while brewing the last 2 on a different one. While positioning the espresso cups on first machine and pumping syrup, she forgot to put a cup under the second machine for the last 2 shots, watching the first 50-60% of the double shot pour into the catch tray, before catching the remainder in shot glasses . visually seeing there was only at best one shot there proceeded to add to my drink anyway like it was 2. I understand it was busy, but a little integrity while making an already well over priced beverage isnt too much to ask for..

Well run and busy Starbucks, bummer the drive thru line is always so long, especially on the weekend!

Worker rudely threw me out of the store said that I couldnt order without a mask even tho I said I had a medical exemption. Even if I just sat at a table he said I had to wear a mask even tho nobody else at any tables were. He threatened to call the police and acted very fearful and fanatical. I will never go to Starbucks again.

Great chai tea!

I went to this store to return an item I received as a gift unfortunately without a gift receipt. While this store had the item that they could’ve easily taken back, they did not accept the item for store credit. It is a shame that they could not accommodate this small request. Not the best customer service.

The staff is great! Always a warm welcome and they try to put a smile on your face. If they mess up your drink, and this rarely happens, they make you a know one for free and you get to keep the old one! Not many places do that. Love this starbucks. Go for the coffee stay for the atmosphere.

This Starbucks is my favorite one to go to for hanging out and people watching. Lots of foot traffic.

It terms of Starbucks, one of their bigger locations. Theres also a reason for that. Its fairly busy all the time.You might be waiting a bit to get your coffee, but the service is usually quick enough that you wont be waiting too long.

Favorites are the egg white bites and the Green tea latte. This is the biggest, nicest Starbucks Ive ever seen. Cant wait to come back when the cooler weather returns to sit by the fireplace!

Its hit and miss. This Starbucks is not consistent with its drinks. Sometimes they drinks are on point and sometimes not. Due to the long wait times its not even worth getting the drink fixed. They are also out of things quite often. Caribou is looking real good....

8 cars in drive up so went inside. Super busy! They were making drinks as fast as they could. They deserve a raise in wages! Love the Pumpkin Spice Latte.

This is rarely a place to swing through quickly for a drink. Staff can be incredibly kind or they can be down right awful. I dont know how many times I ask for no whip cream on drinks that usually come with it and I either get the whip cream or only get a half full cup. Fingers crossed for another location opening close by(Shoppes maybe). I feel the only reason they are open is because they are the only Starbucks.

This location is just outstanding. Well run with a friendly staff who consistently deliver a solid beverage quickly with a smile. I will drive past other locations to come here.

Upon arrival, entering the doors was like walking into a lush coffee bean field in Chile. As I closed my eyes I knew, I was in paradise. Let this sublime feeling of caffination take over, and enjoy.

I am coming to this place for a long time and I always return my Latte or force my self to drink it. I don’t think it is employees fault because they do what they’ve been told to do. I think this company and this shop make enough money to steal coffee from customer! This is really sad!!

Drinks are good, consistent -- staff is friendly -- but its getting a bit run-down. Temperature is almost always excessively cold, and the staff says they cant control it. Almost all of the high bistro-style tables are breaking down, to where they arent stable, not workable if youre trying to work on a computer because they tip back and forth, and there are few lower sturdy tables near electrical outlets.

I placed a mobile order from the parking lot and my daughter ran in and got our drinks. They were ready with lightning speed...couldnt ask for better!

Pretty quiet in the morning. Roomy with solid wifi. The one star deduction is because my table was dirty and the place was dead. May have been an off day.

Kind of disappointed in this Starbucks this morning. I’m a regular here & I ordered my normal drink (very berry hibiscus w/ AJ & add passion tango light ice) and I get in there and it’s just a regular berry hibiscus and I said sorry but this isn’t what I ordered and the man working snapped & said “WELL THATS WHAT IT SAID ONLINE”. I realized after I got to my car okay it was my mistake (I changed the size this morning & didn’t realize it would change my entire order). He then remakes it for me but it gets better, he shorted me my drink. I could fit my drink in the next size down. You guys are always a 5/5, but today I’m disappointed how that man handled this. I’ve been in customer service for 8+ years now & I understand the frustration.

Not a coffee drinker but I meet friends there, occasionally. Seems to be busy most of the time so those coffee drinkers seem to love the place!

Best Starbucks in Hennepin County. For some reason they make the best coffee and espresso compared to other Starbucks within the county.

Coffee tastes like Covid

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. Tons of seating, a good patio, and the perfect amount of sunlight inside.

Workers are nice and are quick. They are amazing at their work.

I have been coming to this place for almost 4 days now. I ordered chai latte today and felt like I was drinking hot water. Not only was the drink cold but I felt that I wasted my $4 on this worthless drink. This used to my favorite coffee shop but the quality and staff service has gone down since last 2 yrs. would think twice to re-visit this place.

Worst service I have ever had at a Starbucks. My cashier barely acknowledged me. He didnt say thanks. I am a person who shares comments all the time when I have great service, and not someone who only shares the bad. This was bad. Made my special tea treat stop a very unpleasant experience. Wish I could get my money back.

Worst Starbucks ever. The service is consistently slower than slow. Even if you order ahead, plan on a wait. As a former Starbucks barista it’s appalling. They are constantly busy and invariably understaffed for their location.
