This pharmacy I have had very poor experiences with. I have called ahead andbasked that a prescription be ready by a certain time and they consistently dont have it ready at that time. Then when I bring it to their attention they are unsympathetic with me as a customer. Do not feel like they value my business.
Lots of complaints about the pharmacy service. Theres been a dozen people come up to the counter while I got my vaccine. I can tell they are short staffed, but handling it well. Not to mention the drive threw.Havent seen a single person wait more then a couple minutes for pharmacy stuff. The guy in the white was calling people by name whom he recognized. The pharmacy is great. The rest of the store, nothing to call home about.
They made me wait twenty minutes for minute clinic, then took twenty minutes to verify my military insurance, then told me I should go to an urgent care for better service while my body is hurting due to bronchitis. If my vitals didnt show anything out of the ordinary there is nothing the nurse prac could do and kept telling me he had more patients to service. I wish I could rate this place zero, I am never coming here again.
Great pharmacy! I had to pick up a prescription and waited in line for approximately 3-5 minutes! Socially distancing and everyone wore masks! Professional and friendly staff! Store is clean and displays look great. I’d recommend this CVS to everyone!
Change the working hours on Google.Says open till 11 pm, but the actual closing time 10 pm.
They need more self checkout lines and they need to bring live fitness classes again.
I liked it. I went in for a quick stop and the employees were super prompt in asking me if I need any help finding something. As a result I was in and out with my two items in three minutes dispute never entering the store before. Friendly staff and an nice pleasant experience. No clue what all these 1 star reviews are about.
Great experience and service but I do notice they tend to be short staffed more often then not. Great store otherwise!
Brett the store manager is rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Just order online and avoid this store if you can. Not worth going into the store.
This is by far the WORST location that I have ever sent my employees to for urgent care treatment. They turned away 3 of our employees who had pre-authorizations for treatment. This is not a viable provider of urgent care medical services and I will immediately discontinue use
Worst cvs pharmacy around. Theyre super slow and the employees are rude. Im gonna transfer my scripts to cub
Really great pharmacy team, nice clean store.
Terrible experience. Went to store to get 2nd shingles shot as directed by Allina Health so I would get insurance coverage. At the store I explained my insurance coverage Aetna/Allina Grand PPO directed me to CVS. The CVS person sent me to the minute clinic to get the shot. Well apparently there are two different areas to get shots (which I had no idea). The Minute Clinic shot is not covered by my plan. By the way, Allina, CVS Pharmacy, the Minute Clinic and Aetna Ins. are all owned by CVS. Now they all are blaming each other for the mistake. 6 hours on the phone to all 3 parties and not resolved. Talked to store manager who was slightly rude. Just a bad experience and I may loose an extra $132 because of their (CVS) mistake. Stay away or Be Careful there !!!!
I called ahead to see if the minute clinic would be open, they bounced me around to different people and none of them could answer my simple question. “If I come, would the minute clinic be able to take me?” So I drove 20min to get here. Arrived and they had closed, wouldn’t let me in. While I understand I’m a bit last minute, they still closed early. Then when I asked help finding vitamins, they didn’t know how to handle having more than one customer. I left, and won’t be back.
Rude unhelpful staff.
Worst pharmacy prescription are never ready. Even if you call they tell you half hour go there an hour later they havent even started them. You will have to wait they say. This is the third time. This is medications that people need not a bag of candy. Store manger Mr. Excuse short staffed turn over floating pharmacist. I really dont care this is the health of people.
Seems to be the most dysfunctional pharmacy around. I would read it zero stars, but that is not an option. Called two days ago to have a recurring prescriptions filled. We get the prescriptions filled every single month. I get to the pharmacy today And they are not ready. Call to come back in 20 minutes. I come back about an hour later, they asked me if I want both prescriptions filled as they’ve only filled one of them. It was ridiculous, they said it would be another 15 minutes. This was not my first negative experience with the pharmacy, should’ve learned my lesson long ago.
Heather was rude when I asked her why my two 2x2 ID photo only has one printed. She told me thats how the software works, the photo isnt 2x2 (I measured it later it is 2x2) and Im not supposed to use the service on my own.She was coughing and briefly took off her mask while checking me out, and the window shield says we care about your health.Guess I should not have come in the first place.
10:41am on Sunday and the pharmacy, which opens at 10:00am is still not open. I was here at 10:08am :(10:48am no pharmacist yet. :(10:54am no pharmacist yet :(11:02am no pharmacist yet :(11:11am no pharmacist yet :(
I dropped off my prescription and the pharmacy technician told me it would be ready in about 40 minutes, so I decided to just kill time in the store. I ended up getting my flu shot at the minute clinic so I killed two birds with one stone and then it was ready in just 20 minutes. The pharmacist that helped me was very professional and informative. Prices always seem more than competitive and it is a nice clean pleasant store.
Only 20% of pharmacy employees wore a face mask! The only one to wear one was working the drive thru behind a window..
Worst experience I have ever had with a provider. There was no wait and no one in front of me, but still waited 10 minutes. Provider tested for strep longer than necessary. I gagged 5 times before I finally pulled away. I have had strep tests in the past and usually they try to make it as quick as possible and are apologetic. He swabbed everything in the back of my throat and tried to keep going. Couldn’t understand anything he asked. Didn’t wash his hands before touching the gloves everywhere. Took the gloves off to test the swab and again didn’t wash his hands or sanitize before touching computer, insurance card and license. I am sure there is tons of cross-contamination. Not impressed and will never go back.
Prescriptions take far too long to fill. Its completely unreasonable to wait 30+ minutes longer than quoted when your child is screaming in pain, particularly for simple medications like amoxicillin. With numerous options so close by, take your business elsewhere.
Everyone in the Pharmacy (not the store), is very helpful. There are a few employees there that are fantastic, remember my name, and just overall nice. My only complaint is that they can be a bit slow. They dont always have as many people to help customers as I think would be helpful.
The store manager Bradley refused to print a receipt coz he said receipt went to my email. I said I may need to return it. I went to car and my wife asked me to return the item. I never got an email receipt and this guy said he can’t accept the return without the receipt. He also refused to give store credit. I remember bad customer service experience with this same guy earlier also.
Not sure about all the negative reviews, because Ive been happy with their service. Rxs are filled fast and people are always friendly. I havent seen any of the stock issues, either. To be fair, I do not use minute clinics so I cant comment on that at all.
When I first switched from Cub Pharm in Plymouth a few years ago, the wait times and service quality at this CVS were fantastic! Ive got 2 kids on multiple daily meds so I am no stranger to the pharmacy. Over the past 3-4 months things have gotten consistently worse. Last week I was there for 1 hour waiting for meds I had been told were ready for pickup. To start with they filled the wrong med strengths, and they didnt have anything else ready. Service quality standards seem to have gotten lower and lower-they didnt mix daughters antibiotic (sent me home with just powder) so I had to go back the next day to get it fixed so I could start giving them to her. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but Im officially switching to North Memorial pharmacy. Cannot trust this CVS anymore and Im not willing to risk our health and safety.
Waste of retail space. Horrible pharmacy/staff, never have any groceries you need. Out of butter? they are too. Out of flour, them too. Filling a script? If will be sent to target, lost in the shuffle. Got two prescriptions? They question your doctor and why it was prescribed. Go to Walgreens for a little smaller headache.
Pharmacy grossly understaffed and not efficient. Went up to the counter, was told we help people in the order they come (nobody else was at the counter or in the drive thru). The lady finally helps me 5 mins later, but cant figure out where to get my prescription. Finds it, gives me half of it then walks away to help the drive thru. I paid then had a question about a drug I wanted to order, could they see if its in stock. The lady looks confused, sends me to the drop off window. I go there in another line, get to the front and the guy walks away. They proceed to help the 7 people who showed up behind me and never help mr. Finally I just left. Ill find another pharmacy or go through my insurance mail order which is cheaper anyway. Very unprofessional and clearly not helping people in the order that show up.
The word that comes to mind when I think of this location is slow. I dread getting to the pharmacy or checkout and seeing a line, because I know that means Im in for a long wait. That being said, the pharmacy is technically competent. All the staff seem fairly nice.
They’re trying to prevent me from buying a whole box of syringes, even though I’m getting a bottle of insulin, and Mn law doesn’t require a script
Not really happy with the pharmacy and its lack of competency. I had to call in three times to get a auto fill prescription taken off and it still wasnt enough.Went in to get the new ones and the one I requested taken off was in the bunch and of course I couldnt take it back once its in my hands.I could understand one mistake but three times?I just love paying for someone elses incompetence.Might be time to review a few policies regarding employee error and effects of their errors.
Pharmacist and assistant never checked my sisters heart medication. I almost overdosed. My dr prescribed the highest dose twice a day. When I questioned it they were rude and negligent and brushed me off never checking my prescription. It could have been fatal if I had continued.
Dirty, nothing restocked, stuff laying all over the floor. Thought I had maybe missed the warnings about the impending apocalypse
Very knowledgeable staff. Great customer service.
Every time I go to this Pharmacy I am recognized and called by name. I have never had a problem with any part of this CVS.
Slow service, always short-staffed. Prescription called in a week in advance, still had to wait 2 hours. Get your Sh$t together CVS, finding a new pharmacy.
25 minutes in the drive up for a prescription that was ready but the car in front of me....25 minutes??? Stuck between 2 cars so I had to stay put. Why couldnt they ask them to come in or drive around to let another get their prescription filled?
Friendly team. Fast.
I brought over my list of medications and pharmacy numbers to CVS to be transferred from Walgreens, due to insurance changes, in the middle of December. What a surprise and disappointment to find out on Jan. 4th, the transfers were not made. No explanations given. Not impressed!
I only wish there were more pharmacy staff. What staff that is there are very busy but competent
I call it the Im sorry store cause thats what i get from them in the pharmacy so often
Worst pharmacy service ever all of their techs Are rude and condescending I’ve not only experience this I have witnessed it with other customers trying to be helped as well extremely unprofessional and do not care about your personal information or privacy
Management staff are rude.
Dang, CVS rules!
