I had an appointment to see if they had any iPhones in stock, as the website was all out. I added the comment for them to please let me know if they didnt have any to save me the trip. Steve was nice enough to give me a call the day of the appointment to let me know they had 1 left and asked if Id like him to hold it for me. That is great customer service. Id actually gotten one on the website the night before, but was really appreciative of Steve reaching out prior to my appointment.

I was just in awe with the Customer Service here at this Xfinity store, it is the BEST EVER!!! Connor, I hope I got his name right, helped me and I was so impressed I wanted to buy more stuff from him to show my gratitude. In this world right now which suffers greatly with horrible Customer service or its almost ALL Self service now ...its nice to know this store can show us how customer service is supposed to feel and look like!!!!! 100 Stars.

100000% recommend going to see Steve at this store! He made my day. After a horrible long day at work, moving into a new home and needing internet, the last thing I wanted to do was grab my equipment and figured itd take hours to get it actived and setup.. To the absolute contrary, Steve met me at the door, immediately got my equipment, helped me FAST with a setup issue and I was out the door. Steves customer service skills are worth recruiters to check him out ASAP. Also, the other employees in the store were kind and friendly! Best experience Ive EVER had with Xfinity/Comcast.

Another great review for Connor, I didn’t get my flex box and I received the wrong modem when they were installed at my new apartment. I brought the modem in and he quickly swapped them and gave me the right equipment, he was very informative and kind through the whole process.

I worked with Tony and Connor for 2 days! All I can say is they are amazing! So helpful and would do anything to please me. I am switching from Verizen to Xfinity and Verizen could not unlock my phone so I could not switch over . So frustrating! I highly recommend Xfinity store in maple grove. They were simply amazing! Thank you Tony and Connor!

I too had a fantastic experience at the Xfinity store in Maple Grove ! people go to THIS location. BTW they now have signage in front of the store (which is located across the street from MGrove ULTA). Steve was efficient, courteous and made my experience so smooth. I arrived just shy of 4pm on a Thursday and bam, out the door in in 15min (no line) :)

I very seldom write reviews, and this review has no reflection on the service at the Maple Grove Xfinity. In reality, they are the only reason this is a two-star review instead of a one-star. That said, Im very displeased with my internet connection. We currently have The Gig plan and Im averaging 20mbps download speed (1/50th of the advertised speed).Im currently living at home with my parents during the tail end of the pandemic and Ive conducted a hefty amount of online schoolwork and leisurely gaming in the past 8 months.During that time, Ive been involuntarily kicked from multiple zoom calls, and Ive come to expect all of my online games crashing due to internet connection errors on a daily basis. Ive called and asked for assistance/an explanation on multiple occasions, and the only good that has come of the interactions is the friendly assistants over the phone. The results, astonishingly underwhelming.Make sure you have an ethernet connection and there are no other devices connected to your modem/router, and MAYBE youll have 80% of the advertised speed.Hope this helps someone narrow down their decision for an internet provider.Cheers

I came in to turn in some equipment. Connor took the equipment and then shared some ways for me to save on my monthly bill. I was hesitant to sign a two year contract but after he explained the benefits, it made me at ease to do so. Excellent service!!

I went in a few times to get my internet situation figured out, and Austin was extremely helpful and kind everytime I came in with new questions and problems. He made the normally strenuous process of signing up for a new internet plan feel like a breeze, and was transparent and understanding with the many questions and concerns that I had. Impossible to get ahold of with their new business model. Open from 10-6, when people are working and you cant call a number to set up an account. Went with a different provider.

Went to Xfinity both yesterday and today to get some help with ordering the iPhone 12 and to switch over my service. Both times, the associate Ronnie was incredibly nice, helpful, and able to answer all of our questions or did more research if he did not know the answer. Not only are we saving money now on Xfinity Mobile, but we also have two new iPhones and it was the easiest process. Ronnie went even further and said he was going to look over our internet plan to ensure we were on the best and most cost effective plan for us and would reach out to let us know. I highly highly suggest going to this specific location if you have any questions or needs from Xfinity!

I tried to return a set top box I told Xfinity not to send me in the first place. They couldnt get the computer system to allow the return. I dont blame the employees of the store, but come on. This is ridiculous.

Far and away the worst customer service company in the world. Tech came out and had no idea what he was doing and made me feel like an idiot for not knowing how to find where the cable line went. I talked to a least 10 people from Xfinity in one day and none of them had a clue of what they were doing.

Can not get logged in. Xfinity refuses to simply answer whether there is an outage in Edina. So I will drive an hour down there and find out it is just an outage. There is no privacy concerns regarding general info regarding outages

This was relatively easy for me to find in the giant shopping center as the maps app died as usual, it happens alot, and considering im quite blind at night and it just completely stopped working and says gps signal is lost, I guess I should have felt happy it spoke to me, it might as well just yelled boo! Because when you are vision challenged, and its dark and your not allowed to look at your phone, not even to type anything in like hitting the back button which usually gets maps working again.
