Mike V, Nancy, and the other team members at this location are an absolute pleasure to work with. Such a friendly and positive environment, especially in light of the difficult working conditions any customer-facing employee has had to deal with for the last 1.5 years with COVID.Mike was incredibly helpful in migrating my family plan from AT&T to T-Mobile, spending a great deal of time to make sure the process went smoothly. He went 150% above and beyond expectations, further bolstering that I had made the right decision to switch. And, the T-Mobile service in the Maple Grove area is LEAGUES better than AT&T. Very happy customer here. :)

Best customer service I have ever had at a phone store. Tenzin, Eric and Mike went well out of there way to help me get a phone, watch and switched over to a T-mobile plan. They were friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable on the phones and their company. I can not thank them enough. If I could give them more then a 5star review I would. Will 100% only be going to this location from now on. Very happy with that whole experience. Keep up the good work guys.

Amazing service! I had to get rid of my old Sprint phone and integrate into T-Mobile network with a new phone. A many step process. Maria Rosales is the absolute best! She plowed thru a couple of roadblocks no problem. Quick and efficient. Oh and everything works fine by the way!

Wonderful location! I worked with McKenna a few days ago and she was amazing. I hate shopping for phones but she made it super easy and answered all of my questions. I also appreciate her patience while I was being indecisive. My parents weren’t originally planning on upgrading but they came back in because they specifically wanted to work with her. If you’re able, i definitely recommend the maple grove location and working with McKenna!

I urge the T-Mobile corporate office to investigate the business practices of the Maple Grove location.I stopped by on 5/13 to purchase a new phone. I met Nicholas who let me know he was new to the job. He was very helpful during the process. I specifically asked to purchase a screen protector that offered screen damage protection warranty should the screen break. (I have a habit of dropping my phones.) I verified with him as he was putting on a screen protector. He assured me that it was, and that if anything ever happened to the screen to simply bring it into any T-Mobile location, and they would help me with the claim.6/7 I noticed that the screen protector had started to flake apart on a corner and what appears to be a crack in the screen forming underneath. I swung by the Rogers T-Mobile and showed the clerk (Hunter) and one other employee the damage. They informed me that the screen protector on the phone was a GO TO and not the Liquid Glass that covers the damage to the screen. They said the only thing I could do was to file a claim with GO TO and for $15 in shipping, I could replace the $30 protector, but if the screen is damaged, I would have to pay out of pocket.I told them that this was not the product I had requested. They called the Maple Grove location and spoke with Nicholas while I was at the desk to verify my story. Nicholas confirmed on the phone call with the Roger’s clerks that he had informed me that the screen was protected by the screen protector’s warranty. The Roger’s clerk agreed with me that this was an error by Nicholas. One of them stated they could add the damage protection to the phone since we were within 30 days, and I could get the damaged screen covered. They needed their manager to do it, so I would have to return tomorrow. They stated they would inform her of the situation.6/8 I returned to the Rogers location. Their manager had not been briefed on the situation. She informed me that she could not add the protection because the phone was already damaged. This makes sense, and I think the manager did the correct thing and stuck with policy. She told me I would have to work through the Maple Grove store to get this resolved. She agreed that the fault lay with the Maple Grove employee.6/10 I stopped by and met Patrick a manager of the Maple Grove location. He said he would follow up within 24-48 hours.6/17 I did not hear from him, so I stopped by again. He was not working, and there were no other managers on staff. I was assured Patrick would call me tomorrow.6/21 I still had not heard from anyone, and I called again and was assured a manager would call me by the end of the day.6/22 I followed up again, and again was assured a call. Patrick did call me back and informed me shortly that there was nothing they could do. Patrick stated that Nicholas denied telling me this and denied confirming this on the phone with Roger’s location.I relied on this store employee to direct me to the correct product. I was assured that the screen protector is correct. I am now stuck with a potentially broken screen, broken screen protector I did not want, wasted an immense amount of time, and it has taken weeks to get a response. (By the way you get to pay a $20 phone upgrade fee for the privilege). If it were my word against the store employees, I would understand I do not have ground to stand on. I encourage the corporate’s office to pull the phone recording from 6/7 between stores to verify what I am saying or speak to the Roger’s staff.This was a simple mistake made by a new employee. What I do not understand is that I have given the store ample opportunity to make this correct, and they are choosing to be unresponsive and then when they finally do respond to deny any fault.Telling a customer, they are receiving one thing and giving them another is fraud. I do intend to continue to pursue this but would like to share my experience so that others can be advised to find another location.

Thi is a dreadful place. Staff is either incompetent, lazy or just plain stupid. Could not do simple requests that other t mobile stores handled easily and pleasantly. When I called to speak with the manager the person who took the call asked three times who I wanted to speak with. He could not take my phone number.

Switched from VZ to T-Mobile at the store in Maple Grove. Coverage is about the same as VZ, maybe a tad bit better, the monthly cost is a little lower, the add-ons they gave us was better than VZ. Their rep, Tenzin Ngodup, was fantastic. Hard working, not pushy, fast, honest, and very pleasant to work with.

Worst retail service that I ever had, these employees are the laziest and most rude retail staff that I ever met. Never been able to help me once but today they really outdid themselves, I came in wearing a military related work uniform and I absolutely discriminated against during the entire process. I am not sure of the woman’s name but I will find out and take legal action, enough is enough.

Trevor was absolutely fantastic in helping me and my husband switch over to T-Mobile from another carrier. He laid out all the pros and cons for the plans without putting on any pressure. Best experience we’ve ever had from a cell provider! We ended up with the perfect plan for our needs and new phones at a great price due to a company promo. I also really appreciate that they took the time to sanitize counters between all customers - I felt very safe in the store space.

I was treated terribly by Manager. A man of Mid Eastern descent. Who when I went there for help, with my Galaxy phones, kept insulting me, and then refusing to finish transfer of files. And then telling me to get out of store! T-mobile is investigating this Manager. Along with full apologies! Ive been with t-mobile for past 24 years!

Worse Service EVER IN MY LIFE... went yesterday to try and do something, lady said no we cant do that system was down and would be down for a while, well today I spoke to customer service and said you can only do that at the store so I asked about the so called SYSYTEM and she said no, so I called the store today and buddy tells me yeah bring it in we can do it... YOU KNOW WHAT..... theres so many things I want to say but Ill just leave it at that.. Oh btw did I mention I traveled 1000 miles to try and get this done cause both phones had to be in the store at the same time cause thats where the 2nd phone was, mention it to the lady as well.

Went in with my fiancée to have her added to my plan. The procedure of trading in our phones was poorly explained which led to a lot of confusion and improper expectations on how much I would be spending to pay my phone off. I was also put on a first responder plan I did NOT qualify for, so when I would be asked to verify I wouldn’t be able to which would jack my bill up. I even specifically noted I was not a first responder. I was also told that adding a 3rd line would be the same price as 2 lines (2 lines on essentials was ~90/month, 3 lines on the first responder plan was ~90/mo, 3 lines on the plan I actually qualify for was 50/month more)Long story short my bill was a mess and I ended up spending over 45 minutes on the phone with a T-Mobile rep (who was incredibly helpful/knowledgeable) sorting it all out. My first bill was over $50 more/month than I was told it would be due to a very hack job of setting my plan up. What happened was at best sloppy and at worst intentional exploitation. I have had an otherwise great experience from this carrier so far. Bad experience plus 3 hour+ wait times that aren’t disclosed ahead of time and it’s going to be a pass at this store for me. Call a rep or visit another store.

I walked in and checked out some phones, was in the store for 2 minutes before a lady walked up with her tablet. Can I sign you in? No thanks, were at capacity, I need you to leave. Why was I not stopped at the door if you were already at capacity? That should have been the first thing out of your mouth, now it seems like you only asked me to leave because I didnt need or want your help as I tried to compare two phones.

Such a wonderful customer service, within my 45 minutes stay inside their store, I noticed how serious the crew is in keeping a safe physical distancing between an employee and a customer and consistent sanitization of their service desks before and after each customer use. Went to this location to trade in my 11 pro to 11 max. I was completely dissatisfied with the inaccurate information I received from Brianna. The staff there are unknowledgeable, rude and not helpful at all. Even after I had asked couple of questions they kept talking around the answer and kept saying the same thing over again even though it wasn’t relevant to the question. They took over an hour and stated that their system “won’t allow” them to make a trade which was absolutely a lie. I went to a different T-Mobile store and did a successful trade in within 10 minutes! Even the manager Nancy was not helpful and did not care to figure out what is going on with their system. Customer service is terrible! It’s a shame anyone would have to go through this, especially after being a customer of T-Mobile for 4+ years and recently fully paid for another 11 pro max. I will never recommend anyone to go visit this T-Mobile Franchise ever again!

Bad service I visited this location 8/25 @5:30 the manager was really rude she told me dont think that I dont want to help you, well I say that is my first impression the way you treated me. I really like that they are practicing social distance but, there store is really dirty, the vents are disgusting they are not disinfecting after each customer.

If youre looking for high school aged sales reps with zero integrity who are willing to take advantage of options you arent aware of, this would be the place to go. They took my trade-in and gave me $0 for it without explaining I have the option to buy it out after I made $480 in payments on the phone. After contacting the manager Jared, I was told they cant do anything for me and its too late. Its a shame anyone would have to go through this, especially after being a customer of T-mobile for 10+ years and spending $1,500 on new phones yesterday. Its safe to say my friends and family wont be visiting this Franchise again.

I just need my screen replaced since your employee put it on bad and it cracked right away. Ive now been here over an hour. Youve helped only one new person in that time. AN HOUR! This is how it ALWAYS is here. I dread coming here. I keep phones longer to avoid this place. If youre that busy hire more people. Maybe even get a fast lane for people who litterally need 5 minutes. Went in to simply look at a phone. How would I know if I want it unless I can hold it in my hand? Walked in and started walking to the display and the lady started the interrogation. Was I meeting with someone? Do I want to sign in? No, Im just looking at a phone. OK whats your name? No thank you... She never smiled. Pleased with the support we got when I changed my plan to T-Mobile One. Thumbs up to Katrina, Caleb and Isaac. Wait time was reasonable altho I know certain times of the day they can get kind of backed up. My switchover was kind of complicated, but everybody took as long as needed to make sure everything was properly completed and that we understood what was happening.

Top Notch Service! Glad I gave TMOBILE 1 more chance after very disappointing experience at a nearby store. Outstanding personnel were dignified, courteous, knowledgeable and flexible. I am thrilled to transfer my cell service to a company that speaks forthright and not like a carnival barker with teaser offers. Kudos to Richard P. For his professionalism and the female manager who showed her skill in managing staff and customers. TERRIBLE customer service!My wife went in with a broken speaker on her phone. They said it was warranty and the part would be there in a few days. When she arrived to get it fixed, they said it was not warranty and would cost several hundred dollars. Customer service is very bad. I called them before i went there and asked them if they have wireless router for wifi calling. They said they have that in stock. when i went there they put my name on the waiting list. they served other customer who got there after me because there were there for new phone. Later when i talked to them they said they dont have wireless router in stock. The girl who served me was behaving ridiculously. I wish i can give them zero rating. I dont recommend any body to go there.

You have to ask for Randy if you come here. This guy is hilarious. I have had him help me several times. He comes off professional at first, but after you talk to him a bit he really breaks out and treats you like a family friend more than anything. In 30 years of buying anything from cars to cell phones I have never felt more comfortable with someone in sales. Hope others enjoy the same experience I had.

Went to the maple grove location on Monday with my husband to get our new galaxy watches when we walked in we were helped right away but after few minutes it started to get busy and I understand that it is there job to welcome new guest to the store and tell them they will be helped as soon as possible, in other words there we constant interruptions(the galaxy watches work not only on bluetooth but as standalone devices) once we started the activation process the lady working with us walked away to help another guest and completely left us on our own and didnt pair our phones with the digit plan numbers we added to our plan when we told her that our watches were done being activated she just thanked us for stopping by and didnt even check to see if they were working properly we didnt know that they only worked on bluetooth untell we got home.Janessa was the lady we worked with

Thought I was getting the best service from this store. I had come in to change over plans and order new phones. At the time I had thought they are answering all my questions and I feel good about changing over to Tmobile. Who would have known that we starting having problems receiving our phones. Tmobile somehow cancelled our order. We tried to call Tmobile multiple times and our order was reprocessed 3 times in a month period. We still never received our phones. So finally we went back to this store because we thought they would be kind and helpful. We went into the store under the assumption that they were an extension of customer service. The Manager there was unhelpful and started to look at what we had gone through with customer service. Instead of helping us he started to put the blame on us and said he would try to figure something out. After a couple of hours we received a call back and was told that he did everything he could and we would have to call customer service and they could not do anything for us.Even after I had asked him a couple questions he kept talking around the answer and kept saying the same thing over again even though it wasnt relevant to the question. When we were in the store he said he was looking into it to understand the situation, but he only read parts of the calls and didnt full understand what had actually happened. We tried to show him email confirmations and orders but he kept telling us that he can see his paperwork and wouldnt even look at ours. He also talked to the employee that worked with us on the initial order and they both became very rude and told us that this is just how it is so we cant do anything about it. I tried to explain that I think there was a glitch in the system for Tmobile to cancel our order 3 times, but they kept putting the blame on us and that we need to call customer service ourselves even though we already have and going back to the store was our last resort.

Im sure youre use to terrible customer service if youve ever been to a t-mobile, but this location is incredibly bad. There was 7 employees working and 2 customers waiting; and somehow I am put on a waiting list. After waiting 20 minutes while all the employees stand there doing nothing, the specialist tries to sell me a new phone. Apparently with my insurance I still had to pay $200 for a replacment lg 2 from 4 years ago. Why did I pay insurance for four years, if I still have to pay $200 for a replacement. Ive never been treated like I didnt matter at a business. Thats because they dont care, they just want you owning a new fresh phone and paying them $90 a month.

I made the decision to come to this location rather than a location closer to me because I felt they were more likely to have the Samsung Gear s3 Frontier watch in stock. First of all, the girl helping me didnt even know the name of the watch, she kept referring to it as the non Apple watch. At first I thought she was just trying to be funny but then she literally said she doesnt know anything about the watch. This is pretty ridiculous to me as her job is to sell me an item. If I walk into a Tmobile store I expect the staff to know about what they are selling to me. Her showing her bias towards Apple by calling a Samsung watch a non Apple watch shows me she could care less about learning anything, even as simple as the name of a Samsung product. Lastly, I asked her if the monthly service would cost $25 she told me yes when actually its $15. I received the correct information from the Tmobile store I should have just gone to in the first place. I highly suggest going to a different location if you want to be helped by someone with actual knowledge of the products and plans their store offers.

Bad experience with this place. Staff is unfriendly and cheat customer. CAREFUL people if they ask you to add anything FREE to your plan.I have to pay for 6 months until today I receive a FINAL charge for IPS Moshi Iglaze Amour $33.71 and T21 Evo Glass, FINAL charge $33.71.I feel hopeless and dont know if its the FINAL charge for my kit seems cost me over $100.STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!

Every time I come to this tmobile its always a disappointment1st visit had me waiting for 30 mins when I clearly see 3 employees doing nothing but chatting2nd visit My wife was trying to get a upgrade but the sales rep did nothing but tried talking her in to a down grade, if your in the business of selling you up sale not down salewe went to coon rapids location and gave my wife the phone she wanted in less than 5minutes in and out3rd visit I called to see if note 7 in stock Im my color of choosing they say yes!when I arrive they told me they are out!I can understand first come first serve but they didnt even offer to place my order so when the phone is availableI was adviced by several other stores I can have my order placed for my phoneAfter 3 visits I have come to conclusion this store is not worth my time nor money.

Before going to the maple grove location i was told i could upgrade from my current credit rating of d to w after 12 consecutive payments on time which ive done and had proof. i spoke to manager and i was handed off to the ASSistant manager . after being told that i was completely wrong and that i had to be a customer for 3 years before i could receive the upgraded credit rating. They refused to check for me and was told that there is Absolutley nothing that they could do they are corporate bs they said. i was turned out of the store because they did not want to do their job at all. Brooklyn park was able to do everything i stated above quickly on my lunch break upgrading me into my S7 i needed since my previous phone failed. I am very pissed that maple grove location is soo rude and that the other store has A+++ and maple grove store gets F-. the roid rage gentlman sucks with the rest of the emplyees. I stated im going to verizon as i walk out the store!

Mostly good experiences here. I had one bad one though. I had pre-ordered a phone online, but went into this location to see if they had any in stock a few days later. They did, so I asked the employee to sell me one of theirs from the stock in store and cancel the pre-order. The employee rang up the purchase, cancelled the pre-order, then went to the back to get the device, only to find they actually had none left. So I lost my place in line for the pre-order and wasted a bunch of time in the store setting up the purchase with me thinking I was going to walk out with a new phone. Instead, I had to order online that night and wait over a week for delivery. Change your process to grab the device first, then sell to the customer, rather than allowing something like this to happen.
