All help & customer service ends as soon as they swipe the card. The frame of my commercial grade treadmill broke in half within 6 months and the store refused to help/service or even talk about it - told me I should have bought something different. I missed doing my fall race because of this. - they had absolutely no interest or care in the actual training results from using their products.Small brick & morter business wonder why they cant make it... this is why: worse customer service than a faceless corporation doing only web sales.

We bought an elliptical about 2 yrs ago and it needed service right away BUT they came out right away and we had excellent service. We recommended them to family and friends. Daughter bought an elliptical that needed service. 3 months later still NOTHING. Getting them to service even when its under warranty is like pulling teeth. Why have equipment when you cant use it? Their service department is doing them a dis-service!!!

I placed and order for a new Nordic Track treadmill over the phone. That process went fine. I had to wait 3-4 weeks as there was a backorder. I asked to have it delivered to my home and installed. It arrived and was delivered and installed, but it did not work. When I reached out to Johnson Fitness, they said we do not fix any equipment. That is up to Nordic Track. I suggested that I was expecting to have a functioning Treadmill when it came. The service manager was rude and stated that it was not their problem and mine. It was expensive I am a senior citizen and may not always know who to call. If it was not their problem, I would hope they could have the decency to spend some time to understand my concern and explain what needed to be done. If they have consistent dead on arrival of equipment, I would have liked to know that up front and know the process to get it resolved. I think their customer service was very poor and will not purchase there again. I would have expected more of the service manager. I would also expect that someone would provide a road map of the companies to contact, Johnson Fitness and Wellness, Allegro Home Delivery Service, Nordic Track, ICON Fitness.......
Got a $2000 treadmill from these guys. They will take your order and get it delivered within the lead time window quoted. That’s why the 3 stars. But if you are expecting any customer service during equipment selection to questions about your order or any follow ups after delivery, forget about it.When I first went in to see the treadmill, the salesperson had some sort of attitude like he did not want me there and first thing he said was we are very busy and everything is 6-8 weeks wait time. After that he kept giving me short answers. I had to place the order from them as I really wanted install. After ordering, at one point I called them about the treadmill, they said I am with a customer, will call back..never received any call. No follow ups after the delivery either.I guess the pandemic has been good for them and it’s a great chance for them to build a brand. The best feature of brick and mortar is the customer experience and they are making it their worse part. Sad! Would definitely not be my first choice next time.
Wish we never would have bought from this place. Takes a long time to get your product with no help from store staff. Very poor customer service. The staff here have no customer service skills and are rude. You ask a question and get told I dont know or the answer borderlines on sarcastic. If you leave a message for a call back it, it doesnt happen. If you buy from here dont expect much, set your expectations at their lowest setting. Its the only way youll be able to deal with them.
If you buy anything from here, you might as well schedule your first service that day. Been waiting for service on our Landice treadmill for 6+ weeks now. The only correspondence we received from them about it, was a generic email when we filed for service. We call, email, and get no response. If we had known service wouldve taken so long and they wouldve been up front about it with us, we wouldve understood more and looked into a 3 month health club membership while we waited.

Our treadmill broke after 1 year of ownership and after 2 service requests and numerous phone calls over 2 months, we still havent heard back from them about repair. I will never be doing business with this company again.
Had a great sales experience, and bought a 3000+ dollar LifeSpan treadmill. It was delivered today and installed today by the Johnson crew. They came out at told me, There is some error that we cant get to go away, someone from service will call you. Its been a day since then and have not heard anything. I was also not given a service number to call so I have no one to contact. I understand they may not be able to fix it right away, but its pretty unacceptable that no one has reached out to me and I expect they will not, Ive been waiting on this for 2 weeks. This is not reassuring on the quality of Johnsons services or LIfeSpan treadmill quality that we were assured was great quality. I will update as this get resolved as of right now I have a 3000 dollar paperweight.
I had service on Feb 14th on our Lifespan treadmill which took about 3-4 weeks to schedule out, which is frustrating to start. When the technician came out he noted we need a new belt, some screw for the bottom of the deck and a drive motor belt. He stated since it was Thursday he would expect a call back from the service department on Friday, if not Monday at the latest. Both days went by and I did not get a call or response. I then called and spoke with Trent at the Johnson Fitness Maple Grove location and he was reading me the technician notes and feedback that the parts should have been replaced on the first trip because they are stock parts for my Lifespan TR4000i. I asked if he could give me a number to contact service and he said he could not, but would email them for me and to expect a call later in the day. At about 4:00 PM yesterday I called back and spoke with Trent again letting him know I did not receive a call and I was extremely unhappy with the poor customer service. That in the future when we are looking at buying a commercial treadmill that we would buy from other resources than Johnson fitness due to the lengthy service waits and poor customer service. Trent told me he did all that he could do and that I just have to wait until service contacts me to replace. I am in the market for a commercial treadmill next and will be choosing other places to purchase from as having to reach out on the corporate website for help is ridiculous. Sad to see that it got this far but Johnson Fitness will not be getting my business ever again. Sad to think that the current treadmill I have can only be serviced under warranty by Johnson fitness per the corporate office at Lifespan. Please be assured Lifespan is aware of the situation and if this is not resolved and fixed by the end of the week Lifespan will be reaching out to an out of state repair shop to come and fix my treadmill.

I saw on Craigslist that JFW had multiple inversion tables listed and one in particular was $229.This is exactly how my experience went:Walked in, not a soul in sight. Did two laps around the store and found only one inversion table priced at $329. After about 8 mins with no one available to talk to I started walking for the door. It was then that I noticed there was a sheet of paper on the front counter that read: Back up front in 5 to 10 mins, if you need me holler or just leave your contact info.I felt this was strange but I also really wanted the inversion table. So I turned around and gave a holler. I then heard a guy talking on the phone in the back, he seemed slightly disgruntled but came up to the front with his headphones still in. He asked me what I wanted and I explained the situation about the inversion table. He told me the one I saw online was really nice and must have been sold by the other guy. (I dont know who the other guy is, but lets continue.) I asked what he could do for me on the one in the store and he walked up to his computer (Headphones still in). As he did some research within his system he apologized for not hearing me when I came in and that I was the first customer all day. I arrived at 7:15 pm so this was yet another red flag for me. He then received a text message on his phone, read it and responded while i was at the counter with him. I then waited while his system was rebooting only for him to tell me the best he could do was $292. I said Ill keep looking, he said okay.Terrible experience, Ill never be back.
The place to go when youre ready to get in shape at home with some jaw dropping prices for equipment you thought youd could only find in a paid gym membership. Their staff really know what theyre talking about when it comes to what you need and dont need.

Friendly staff, very helpful, great knowledge, I will be purchasing more of my home gym equipment here. Free delivery on larger items, is a huge plus!
