I had a positive shopping experience at family dollar, as I usually do. The staff was very helpful. Would recommend this family dollar.

I had not been there in a while and I was amazed how clean, how fully stocked, and totally different that it was. Just need more help as other places but other than that it was a wonderful experience

I went there to put money on my current account.Mind u I dont have a card yet, just an online account, a virtual card,until my plastic one comes in mail. It was easy . The cashier knew what I wanted to do & helped me along just fine.

The store is pretty decent,not cluttered or anything,the manager Bennie is not the most cordial individual,but I like the female manager,Donna I believe her name is.But the wait times in line.They gotta do better with that.

The prices are two high at family dollar

Found everything I was looking for prices were as displayed on shields.Customer service was polite & accommodating & efficient. Store was clean & orderly.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.I asked a young lady about a travel hygiene kit for a flight and you would think I did something totally wrong...Rude...Flippant....Nasty...and just plain mean...I had to restrain myself and just walk out it was absolutely terrible...
