Great staff, very friendly and helpful

Me and some friends were looking for a beauty supply store to do some last minute changes and came across this place because it was still open. We went in not knowing they only sold to licensed cosmetologists. We walk around the store to try and find products and ask the lady at the registers where we could find it. She tells us where in the store and we proceed to go look for it. We then have a couple more questions and go back to ask her and she just continues to tell us. We notice she was very helpful with other customers and was conversing with them. So we ask her one more question and she then tells us that they only sell to license cosmetologists and we should look at Sally’s instead.There’s nothing wrong with a business only selling to licensed professionals because that is understandable but there was no customer servicing as to us being there. They walked past us without acknowledging us but would converse with other people in the store other than us.I gave it a three because they had good products but from the beginning they could’ve greeted us with the question so we weren’t wasting our time in the store when everything was closing for the night. It was just inconvenient and there wasn’t any advertisement as to them only selling to liscense professionals.

Always sooo beyond helpful & willing to go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. Staff has good knowledge of products & that mgr Ryan has got to be one of the sweetest, most hard working individuals youll ever meet. She has a heart of pure gold!

They were super helpful and informative when I went with my daughter and helped get her wax and hair dye and such. Loved it!
