The VA ordered a hospital bed for home use so my husband will have it ready when he comes home from the hospital. It was delivered and set up on time by a GREAT guy named Don. He was so quick and efficient and was SO helpful! He explained all the controls and what each feature of the air bed does. It even came with a bedside table. We are absolutely delighted with this wonderful service!!!

Thank you for delivering all the equipment( hospital bed, over the bed table, commode, walker, wheelchair, oxygen) in record time in order for my family member to make a smooth and safe transition from hospital to home. Just a suggestion, if delivering oxygen and tubing with extensions to ALWAYS provide a connector. Otherwise the extension tubing is unusable and you have to deliver a connector which adds to your cost as well as patient is unable to use.

Donald delivered the medical equipment and was great. Five stars for Donald as well.

This office of Maplewood, MN. worked very hard on helping me to transfer all of my medical reports from my previous state. As to where I am able get all that I needed to feel safe with my new C-Pap machine. Kim and Anita was very informative and so kind in helping me to feel comfortable knowing I was in good hands. Kristin at the home office stayed on top of also making sure that things were getting answers from the doctors office. I am very happy to know that I chose this business.

16 out out of 22 reviews i read were negative and i agreed with all 16 of them! The staff there doesnt care about the costumers and the equipment they pass of as new. I brought my cpap in with several issues and Anita just said the pressure is good and sent me home with a machine that wasnt working correctly at all. I went to another store and they saw ALL the issues and promptly gave me a new machine. This should have been done at CHM and wasnt...i was just shoved out the door. Anita is one of the rudest people i have ever come across in working with people. The service is simply awful and i was sent the wrong equipment all the time. And not sent the equipment i was qualified for. Simply said taken for a ride. And i know i wont get any where withe the owner either! PLEASE, DO NOT STEP FOOT INTO THIS CLINIC.

I visited the Maplewood store on 3/2 and provided the Rx for a knee scooter (for my wife), hoping I could pick one up that day. I had used Corner once before, without incident. The two stars are for the sales person I spoke to at the Maplewood store; she was prompt, attentive, and good-natured.The Maplewood store didn’t have any in stock, so I called the customer service line on 3/2. They said they would call me back and let me know if there were any in stock at another location. They never called back. I called again on 3/5. The customer service rep said the scooter would be covered by insurance and that she would call back to tell me where I could pick up the scooter. They never called back. I called again on 3/10 and was told my insurance “went through” and that I could pick a scooter up from the Woodbury location.About two weeks after I picked up the scooter, I received an invoice for cost of monthly rental. When I returned the scooter to the Woodbury store on 3/30, I asked why I got billed when the people on the phone said “it’s covered”. Corner responded by saying they don’t know if rentals are covered until the insurance company gets back to them. I asked what was happening during the 7 business days that elapsed between dropping off the Rx and picking up the scooter; customer service said they were in touch with my insurance company and told me “it’s covered”. No one said anything about a rental fee, so why was I being charged?The person I talked to at the Woodbury store thanked me for the feedback and acknowledged that the communication was poor. They weren’t willing to waive or reduce the rental fee.I hate writing bad reviews… Proceed with caution and be prepared for sluggish customer service, sloppy claims processing, miscommunication, and fake apologies.

I was very happy with the service. Anita is a great trainer and Kim was efficient. Training on a CPAP requires patience, knowledge and the ability to make the person being trained comfortable. Anita has all of that!

Called and talk to Anita about stopping in for a nebulizer. We arrived about a half hour later and she had it ready to go. Called my husband Charlie by name when we walk in.Could not have ask for better service.Anita and the Maplewood store always take great care of us.

Anita was the person that took my order. I was there for so clean filters. I told her I will use my FSA Benny card & I need itemized billing. Before I could finish my sentence she cut me off & said I know. She tried charging me as cash transaction. She needs to stop interrupting customers & listen. She had to void the transaction.They need to retrain their staff about good customer service and good communication skills.I have been going to this location for a couple of years now and it seems customer service is on the decline. I hope they do something about this. Otherwise liberty medical is just down the road.

I havent been happy either; they dont answer their phones or anything. Their training on the CPAP machine was not up to par.

I gave this place 5 stars because the first time I went in (before my surgery, 2 weeks ago) I had great service from the gentleman that usually doesnt work on the floor. He gave me 100% customer satisfaction, very friendly and very good advice. I also went in today (after my surgery) and Jodi helped me find what I needed and also took a piece of equipment out of the box and set it up for me to try. I ended up getting something else that was a better fit for me but thats beside the point. She was very friendly and helped me and didnt rush me or anything. She was great. I would recommend this place for anything that they sell. Thanks again guys.

I came in for a c pap for my fiance and had a complicated insurance issue. Jessica was helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. She figured everything out and made us feel comfortable with the new equipment. We were able to get set up with everything right away. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Id give them no stars if it was an option! Went in looking at wheelchairs yesterday. Looked all through the selection they had before anyone acknowledged I was there. They didnt have what I was looking for in stock but while I was there I bought a caddy the fits over a walker for my mom so she can carry food to the table. I wasnt sure if she would like it so I asked about the return policy and the woman told me I could return it. I went to pay with cash and she told me she needed to get change from the register (we were in her office) so I asked if it would be easier if I paid by credit card and she said no. Today I brought the caddy back because my mom didnt like it because she couldnt get the lid off but when returned it I was told that I couldnt get cash back, I had to wait for a check to be sent from their corporate office. Why the heck didnt she tell me that when I asked about the return policy and paying by credit card instead???!!! I would have used my credit card so I could have gotten an immediate refund. It would have been so easy for them to be straight up about their policy but they chose not to. While this is the closest place like this to Mom, I wont return for even the littlest item - they got the last of our money!!!

When I got there I was the only customer in the store, yet the lady at the desk ignored me for a good 5 minutes before asking me why I was there. When I got to the guy in the back to do a fitting, he was very knowledgeable and fun. Trying to get a hold of anyone at this store on the phone is a pain also.

Avoid this location. 0/5 stars. As a health professional, this has been the worst experience with a medical supply company. They are unorganized, lazy, and simply don’t care about prioritizing your patients’ needs. Save your frustrations and find a different medical supply company for your needs.

Please think twice when making your mind up for health care supplies. They dont have the patients welfare in mind, customer care does not help. and when you try to complain you get no farther then who you are talking to, they seams to be out for themselves .the stores are even worse, if you buy something from the store. they treat you as if you are taking something they own .

The manager of the maplewood store is the rudest most offensive lazy person I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Every time I have a question she cuts me off assuming she knows what I am going to say. Unfortunately, she assumes incorrectly and time is wasted because I have to wait for her to finish her responding to what she perceives I am going to ask. I have used that store because it is nearby, but I am seriously wondering if it is worth any time savings. Having interacted with her on a number of occasions, I can only conclude that when she wakes in the morning she hates the world and her life, and wants to take it out on anyone she interacts with. It is a sad state of existence. She needs professional help for herself, and for the pain she causes to everyone else she deals with. The other employees at the store are normal. I am mystified why she works there.The response from the owner is sickening. I did contact customer service and registered a complaint. It is clear nothing was done. Further more, the owner response is a pivot to issues with insurance. This is a classic strategy of the Republicans. The issues of insurance are unrelated to the fact you have a manager that should be fired for constant, unabashed lazy and rude behavior to the customers. Like Trump I suppose she will have to kill someone before she gets fired: Sickening. Again, I recommend dumping Corner Home Medical, especially at this location.

I have to agree with the other reviewer, horrible lady at the desk. I stopped to get a hose for my husbands C-Pap machine (which I had brought in) and the woman at the desk acted like I was interrupting her day. When I said what I was there for, she asked if my husband was a patient there and when I said No, does he need to be? she sighed and said Oh, hes private pay got the hose that she thought I needed and when I asked if we could make sure it fits (they had the same machine as my husband in their display) she huffed and said that I would have to wait for a clinician to fit the product and he was in the middle of of a consultation. I asked about how long it would be, she again huffed, he was in a consultation. I was so frustrated I had to leave. All I was asking for was a hose for a CPAP machine and to make sure that it fit. its not that big of a deal. AVOID this place and if you want proper customer service go to Liberty Medical. They have friendly customer serivce.

I called the store to see if they had any Nebulizers in stock. The phone rang and rang and rang finally a lady picked up. She talked so fast I didnt get her name. Anyways I told her why I was calling and that I had an order for a nebulizer from my doctor. She then went ugh I am swamped right now but can you have your doctor fax over everything you need? It going to be a while cause Im swamped!! I asked her if I could bring all the paperwork to the store myself because I had just in the ER and was no longer in contact with that doctor. She said thats not going to speed anything up! Its a first come first serve and then she didnt believe that I had all the paperwork and said shes swamped. I wasnt expecting to get a cut in line. I was just trying to tell her I had all the paperwork and that I had to bring it personally. She was VERY rude. I wish I wouldve gotten her name. I also took my business elsewhere on the corner of helpful and nice...Walgreens!!

I have always had good service at the Maplewood store.

Very poor service. The representatives were friendly but the company is very disorganized. My physician sent in two prescriptions and they seemed to have lost both. They should have a centralized order system because they always ask if i had the prescription sent to one of the 15 other locations.

The lady argued with me about which health insurance that I have is primary and which is secondary even though I knew she was wrong. She gave me a list of other places to go. I guess I will even though Ive been a customer in the past.

The woman working in the afternoon is very rude.

Be sure what you take home is in prime condition as some of it NOT returnable and they will not believe they sold you something less than perfect!

Avoid all Corner home medical.
