Hasief im sure I screwed up spelling of his name but he was newer to store front part of sleep number and he was absolutely amazing! He did his due diligence in helping me find the right pillows for my wife and I without being the pushy salesman. The store manager Jay was also very nice with helping him navigate his way through sale on pos system. Buy in store instead of online! Store is very clean and no need to worry about covid as they are taking all precautions to ensure customer safety in store and when you buy online you hurt the store front employees who depend on certain amount of foot traffic. Buying online is not always the best thing for the essential employees who depend of us to spend our money in store. I couldve very easily bought these two pillows online to be delivered to my house but I made sure that my money is going back into the economy through the employees who are trying to make ends meet rather than straight to corporate bottom line. Thank you gentlemen for your excellent service today and we we will be back to purchase our smart bed from you as well.
I also tried to post a review on the sleep number website, but of course they dont want customers having an opinion. After trying this bed I still woke up with back pain/ hip pain and decided it wasnt the right choice. The customer service representative I got for returning the bed was exceptionally rude, manipulative and snide when I said I wanted to return the bed .I could not believe how I was treated over the phone. By the way, I tried to post this review on the sleep number website. But of, course, it was rejected by the moderator (even with rep names redacted). They pick and choose the reviews for their own website, so no surprise!We purchased a sleep number bed on 11/14/20. Said Jay W assured us that we could try the bed for 90 days & return, if not comfortable. Additionally, he stressed that you can even extend to 100 days and made the return process sound easy. After nearly an hour, we purchased the bed for $5600 ($2400 mattress, $3200 adjustable base).But when we tried to return the bed as it wasn’t working out (center of mattress is higher and slopes to the edge) we were told that the $3200 base was non-returnable. Apparently, this disclaimer was buried in the receipt (meeting the requirement of bold-faced type, etc.) In the past, when purchasing a no return item, I have ALWAYS experienced the courtesy of a quick verbal mention, even with a $2 item. However, no such care was taken with this several thousand dollar purchase. No mention of this VERY COSTLY & IMPORTANT policy.Who would have believed that you can return the bed meant you can only return the mattress, not really the whole bed & you will be stuck with the base!” I think a more accurate description would have been you may exchange the mattress. Words have meaning! Bed does not equal mattress only. Obviously, this is a sales ploy to make sure you stick with a sleep number bed one way or the other. Who would take a $3200 loss and just return the mattress?After calling the Maplewood store manager Julio R & corporate Customer Service, we were simply admonished for not reading the receipt thoroughly. While the purchase may be a legal contract, it was not entered in good faith with all parties involved.I dont want to claim fraud, but at a minimum, we were misled.1. Misled regarding the definition of a bed.2. Misled that the return process would be easy. Positive facets such as extension of return period highlighted but a policy that may potentially hurt the sale was NOT mentioned, & perhaps, veiled, as Jay quickly scrolled through the receipt on his iPad as he hurried us through the sale.This company utilizes deceptive and misleading sales tactics. Once you make the purchase, you are stuck with it!

Huge appraisal for Antonio. He serviced my s/o and I by educating us thoroughly on the differences between each model of mattress, the bases, and the settings. He gave us plenty of time to discuss options with each other and answered the questions we had to the best of his knowledge which was plentiful!Friendly, well versed, and overall sold us on the bed without sounding like that was all he cared about. Great experience and we’re both super excited for our bed to arrive.
We had a great experience! Jordan treated us like family as he took us through the steps of finding our sleep numbers and just the right bed for us. He gave us time to visit as we went along to discuss our reaction to each new piece of information. We had an excellent experience at the Sleep Number store in Maplewood MN. The salesman, also the manager, was very helpful, friendly and allowed us the time we needed to discuss things alone. He was never pushy. He treated us like he himself would want to be treated. He showed us respect and encouraged us to try out as many beds as we wanted to. We were very impressed with Julio! We would recommend this store to anyone as well as a new sleep number bed!
Jordan.... man! Can’t say enough about the service! My wife and I went in with our 3 kids aged 9 and under. NOT ONLY did we have an absolute phenomenal experience- the entire team joined in and made sure EVERYONE was having a good time. Above and beyond!No pushy sales tactics. More than adequate private space for discussion. More than enough time to try every option, every detail- he didn’t sell- but he helped... and that was an experience we were not prepared for. Hats off to these men!!!My daughter left a toy horse in the store. Jordan knew we were planning on going to a local restaurant once we left. This man DROVE THE HORSE TO US FOLKS!!! Can’t say enough good about the men here. 10/10 would recommend!

I think we must have been an easy sell. We went to Sleep Number knowing that I wanted one. It was just which one we. could afford.I still dont understand how Antonio gave us the neck rest and back rest free but a charge for each showed up on our statement. If this was indeed free gifts then figure out a easier way to present it onthe statement.
00 night trial is not, NOT a free trial!!!Mattress was horrible. The app did not work at all. Some days it said I slept 20 hrs, then the next would say I slept 1 or 2. Not once did it give accurate information.So we return the bed and STILL have a large bill to deal with. Paying more for the bed that I returned then the bed that I bought to replace it.After waiting nearly a month to have the bed delivered and 3 weeks to have it picked up we have to pay nearly $600 for the bed we hate.Nearly $200 for delivery they force you to get or the bed is not covered under the free trial. (Set up took less that 10 minutes.)Nearly $200 for the pickup they force you to get or the bed is not returnable. (Took 3 minutes to take bed out of our house) When picking up the bed they were over 3 hours late making us late for a wedding.And over $200 for the mattress protector that they make you purchase or the bed is not warrantied.To add to it all..... the customer service after you buy is horrible! But great sales people to sell you the bed.
Salesmen was not as versed in the products as I would have preferred. I told him what I was looking for and rather than selling me I felt like I was doing all the “selling”. I realized after leaving thats he never explained the Smart Bed features in regards to how it self adjusts. He also did a poor job of explaining the bed warranty aside from just saying that “everything” is covered but when I got home and read the warranty more closely that doesn’t seem to be the case.As a result I will be exceptionally scrutinizing over the next 100 nights and if I have any issues I’m going to be very much more inclined to return the bed.I’m excited to get and try out my new bed but I am still not impressed with the sales process.
Just purchased a Sleep Number Limited Edition bed over Labor Day weekend. The staff at the White Bear Lake location were so friendly and helpful. I can hardly wait for the bed to arrive.

BUYER BEWARE! The 100-night trial Antonio told my mother-in-law about has lots of fine print attached to it. Shes 75, has arthritis, and thought Sleep Number might be a good product to try, especially since if she wasnt happy with it, she was told she could return the bed before the 100-night Trial is up.The bed is not helping with her arthritis, in fact, shes feeling worse and wants to return the bed. So, going with what her salesman, Antonio, told her, she could return the bed since it is within the 100-night Trial period. Well, thats not the case. The mattress they will take back, at her expense, but the $2600 adjustable base is not returnable. The salesman we spoke with over the phone told us all sales are final with adjustable bases. This was not communicated to my mother-in-law at the time of sale and she is now feeling horrible about the whole situation and feels the salesman pulled a fast one on her for selling her a product that appealed to her chronic pain needs. For senior citizens on a fixed income, appealing to their chronic pain needs and making false promises is not the sure way to make an honest sale. So, next week when the company picks up the mattress, she is left with the $2600 base that she thought could be returned as well under the Trial policy, but in fact, it is not.
The initial walk around compairing beds was very informative and the staff was polite. We went home to discuss the options and if we really wanted to spend the 8 grand it was going to cost.We went back the next day to fill out the credit application and the salesperson on duty seemed surprised we were there.We werent approved for the full cost of the bed and he asked if we would like to put the remaining amount on a credit card. When we said no, he fully lost interest in us and directed his attention to another couple that came in while he was working with us.That part is understandable however his dismissive behavior only confirms the fact that we avoided a money pit.Only purchase this bed if your willing to basically buy a small car!

Sleep number claims delivery in less than 2 weeks 2 weeks after purchasing I received a call saying it had never left the original factory (took 2 weeks to catch mistake). Then called to set up install day (which was 4 weeks out). So I told them forget about the install just get it to my house so I can do it. Still 2 week wait. 2 weeks go by, come home expecting big boxes, surprise nothings there!! A week goes by, they call me asking when I want the bed installed like nothing ever happened!! Im like excuse me this bed was supposed to be here a week ago and they had no record etc. They gave me $100 off and then later said theyd give more off but only deleted my mattress protector from the invoice to save on cost. Took yet another 2 weeks. This company is destined for failure with this level of disorganization. I do like the mattress however. (Note I did buy this online and not from this location, however any potential sleep number customers need to know what may happen to them if they order.

Jordan was very friendly and helpful with helping us decide on what bed to pick out. His knowledge on all of sleep numbers products made our decision pretty easy. He was very good about not being a pushy salesman and not hovering over us. He did not once try to sell us on something we didnt need or try to push a more expensive bed on us. He actually told us he felt we wouldnt need the expensive bed while explaining the reasons. He gave us plenty of time alone to discuss our options but stayed within sight if we had any question. I highly reccomend the whole staff and especially Jordan if you are looking for a new bed.
Two replacement remotes are $147.00. What a rip off! Without the remote you cant adjust the bed!
These beds are horrible! Do not buy, just buy a regular air mattress. Cause a sleep number bed is essentially a $2000 air mattress.
