Tim, the store manager, was a genuinely friendly and helpful gentleman. He helped me pick out two pairs of shoes that fit perfectly and met my needs. I usually buy from cheap departments stores and was always disappointed with the quality, service, and selection. It was nice to have such quality service for a change.

On a day when I was just browsing, manager Tim was very helpful with some excellent questions and suggestions, and when I stopped back in a buying mood employee Luis knew a lot about the shoes they carried, and worked very hard to find me just the right pair. Seldom have I been blessed to encounter such outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work!

Tim, the store manager, was engaging, bright, asked the proper questions. I was looking for a pair of good disc golf boots/shoes and voiced my displeasure in the past Merrells that I had purchased there. He listened to my issues with hard wear and tear I put on the shoes and the fact that spent over $100 to basically rent for one year.... He came up with the perfect shoe with several others to pick from... Thank you very much, you retained a customer...
