I ordered a Family sized Chicken Noodle soup. When I got home and opened the container it 95% broth and a small portion of Noodles and Chicken!!!! So basically I got a Small size but PAID for the FAMILY SIZED! Also the parking lot is filthy, trash everywhere, the lines are long because there’s not enough people working the registers and/or whoever’s working the register is doing too much talking further holding up the line!! I’m never patronizing this location again!! I’ll drive 10 miles to one before ever stepping foot in here again!!!

Went to get a honey turkey sandwich and they cannot distinguish the difference between honey turkey and roasted turkey. I get home and start to eat and realize it is wrong and when I call the store, no one answering the phone. Feeling Disgusted!

Went there at 1230am on a Tuesday for gas, waited 10 minutes for an attendant who was nowhere to be seen. I finally called from my car and was told the attendant is out by the pumps, he definitely was not since i walked around and saw no one.Then i was told to come in, get on line to pay, then the attendant would pump my gas. Are you out of your mind? . Maybe put up a sign to come in so people who dont come here regularly know?

The food was disgusting! The fries were not fully cooked, the steak was not fully cooked, the order was wrong as well. First time I got something it tasted good, now it didn’t taste good.. never again.

I used to love this gas station, but last week one of the workers tried to convince me that a tip was warranted for pumping my gas.Today, I went there to get gas, but left because of the wait.I hope things get better.

Great grill chicken sandwich, very thick . i usually get the barbecue one. I stop going to Popeyes because im trying to get away from greasy fried foods. Great turkey sausage egg & cheese on croissant.

Busy Wawa, but the line moves pretty quickly. The bathroom is pretty clean, has your average Wawa delicacies. Subs are good. Pretzels are great. And a great choice of drinks. Happy that Wawa is now moving up north

Ordered 5 sandwiches and one sandwich had no meat on it at all! It was supposed to be Classic Italian! That’s messed up! I called a young lady picked up the phone I asked for the manager she kept me on hold and nobody came back to the phone! So I called from my son’s phone and Wawa didn’t answer then five minutes later called his number back! This has happened a total of three times! I am furious!

Terrible. :( my sandwhich was completely burned. toasted doesn’t mean crumbly, hard, and burnt everywhere. my fries were burnt as well and they forgot the cheese. honestly a sad experience and they were rude when i mentioned anything- i have really bad anxiety and just saying anything is difficult for me so i honestly just cried in my car. ill just go elizabeth wawa now, i shouldn’t have come here :(

I love Wawa. This one in particular came as an initially suspicious addition to the neighborhood. I did not know what to expect. However, their delicious sandwiches, potato chip selection, good prices, and friendly associates quickly won me over. I will be returning soon for more gas and hoagies. . .

Disgusting food. I got food poisoning after eating a sandwich from here. They should make sure that their stuff isnt spoiled and full of bacteria. I was sick for days.

This place should be shut down. No coffee made at 9am on Saturday. One customer asked an employee if anyone was making breakfast sandwiches and the employee ignored him and walked to the back. To top it all off I witnessed an employee take a sip from a frozen coffee drink before serving it to a customer.

The WAWa inside section is dirty. Kudos to the gas station attendant. 9:05 pm .The inside toilet was full of feces. While the workers worked the manager was inside not working. I asked for the manager because the toilet wasnt clean. I also noticed that the garbage cans were all full and foods and garbage were in the floor. Upon entering the establishment there was a young man about 25 in a drug stupor foaming at the mouth. There are panhandlers at every entrance. The coffee and soda stations are filthy and full of dust. I did tell the manager and he made ne wait while he MOPPED the bathroom floor. So that I can explain why this WAWA is nasty I took a few pictures.

My 1st experience with their breakfast hoogies, ham with bacon and eggs was pretty tasty and the price was about $6.75. The pandemic situation had closed down most of the mom and pop deli in the area. Wawa was way better than Burger kings breakfast. Hoogie rTed at 4.0. Service at 4.2.

So, This morning I wake up early to go get breakfast before i go to work, I ordered a honey turkey breakfast sandwich and to my surprise when i reached work and started breakfast my sandwich has no trace of turkey at all???? Really its a Turkey sandwich?? Not happy at all. Tried to call to get it justified.. No answer.. Thanks for a Great Morning WaWa! Okok..Now my favorite place.. totally redeemed themselves!!

Good was very fresh! The corn chowder is Amazing, I cant wait to have some more. The salad was very fresh and with my favorite variety of vegetables. Sandwiches were ptepared perfectly. I definitely recommend ordering food from this location. Gas service is very fast and friendly.

Soooo disappointed in this place. Due to the pandemic, I have not been here in a while. I was shocked when I walked in. It seemed dirty, unorganized, and the staff was unconcerned. They were having personal conversations while the line grew leaving only one person to prep the food. The manager walked back and forth unconcerned. To top it all off, it took forever to get my food and it was wrong!

Horrible experience I just had at this location!It was disgusting...I was so freaking disappointed...I left without buying the sandwich I came to buy...Let mw start by saying... Megan the cashier by the register selling tobacco was horribly rude to a mentally challenged man who could not figure out if he wanted a short Marlboro red or a 100.Megan, the horrible cashier, was impatient, rude and mistreated the man because he seemed to be confused for less than 20 seconds looking to decide which one he wanted and he seemed to be looking for someone to in the store. Megan slammed down the half gallon of tea the man bought and something else. She bagged them with hanger and she slammed them on the counter.... I felt so sick to my stomach. She spoke to me 3 times I didnt answer...Then I came back to make sure that if it was because she was having a bad day. I went back and bought something to drink. She was laughing, smiling... So I am guessing she has a problem with people with mental disabilities...So I went by the sandwich station waiting for my drink. I waited there for 6 min the night shift managers walked passed me by like 5 times. The long hair Caucasian woman with the night shift supervisor badge did not acknowledged me for a second but she went out of her way to talk to her friends walking in the store 3 or 4 times... I counted 6 people behind the counter 1 was cleaning coffee pots on the left side one big guy making sandwiches... The other 4 was joking around until the young guy cleaning the coffee pots addressed me then one of the other tall black guy came and made the drink no thank you no have a nice day ... Nothing.Horrible.I worked at a gas statiin for 11 years i have never seen this kind of disrespect for the customers

This has to be the absolutely most pitiful wawa’s I’ve visited. The workers are pitiful, the security is very pitiful, & the quality of food being produced by the staff is extremely pitiful. Only gas station actually open in area, just be cautious turning in, their is a cop that sits there and waits for people to make the left turn to hit you with a ticket, when in doubt, make the left turn into quickchek for the Uturn

No one tells you when your food Order is ready, it just sits there on the counter. Its like they’re offended that I’m in the store. Other patrons were put off as well.

Just a dangerous spot to shop, the food preppers not wearing masks over mouths or nose AT ALL . No social distancing happening, I had to walk out after standing in a long line for what was about 15 mins of not moving being surrounded by people not wearing masks.. horrible place should be closed down...

I will NEVER buy anything from there again. I spent $10 on a dry sub and cold soup. Whom ever made my food either cant read or just doesnt care. Literally nothing I asked for was on my sub. And when I try to call NO ONE answered the phone. This is not the first time this has happened. At this point I will be calling Corporate to complain about how terrible the food and service is! Stay away! Spend your money somewhere else. This place is a joke. Ontop of that the police wait for you to leave so they can pull you over.

Seems like no matter the time of day you have to wait 10 mins or more for your food. I personally think they do too much personal chatting while preparing the food. This needs to be worked on.

Great sandwich deals and drinks are always on sale from the refrigerator. Coffee has its good and bad days depending if they changed the coffee filter or not; I personally prefer Columbian so I definitely know if its fresh or the filter hasnt been changed. Personal experience ordering club sandwiches it depends what day you go there. I mobile ordered my club sandwich on a Friday and received it squished and not made right when I had it for lunch at work, but it was a busy night and only one person was on the sandwich station which seemed unfair to me. Just like any other store there will be a wait for early morning rush hour, lunchtime and sometimes at night depending on how much people are working. Gas prices are fair but sometimes the gas attendants take forever to come back to take the pump off and give me my receipt. One particular gas attendant he was fairly new and he was rude explaining the policies on filling up with cash since it was changed. They need to be more attentive and professional. Bathrooms are always clean. Overall great wawa for quick meals, dont forget mobile order is fast and sign up for the rewards card for free stuff! With my wawa point I got free coffee, hogie (sandwich), and a breakfast burrito.

This is the worst gas station ever. The gas attendants are rude and nasty. They don’t care about drivers at all and at all. Two guys with dreadlocks are soooo bad. They should do something else instead of serving customers. I will never go there again for service either my wife and my kids.

So boom, walk in it’s late like 12:50 ish and I’m just blown away by the vibe the workers don’t seem to hate me or resent their coworkers and it’s just chill the cashier was nice and actually talked to me instead of just glaring at the guy who came in to buy like 2 things. Gas station/Convenient Store 24hrs. Parking is a challenge during rush hours. Good product options, sandwiches hand made.

New and nice & clean (so far). Free air pump out back with ample parking. Minus 1 star because the entrance out front is really confusing/congested. You cant really turn left without putting your life on the line. I dont know what genius designed this but they didnt take into consideration the flow of traffic and the proximity to the bust terminal entrance where big ass buses are constantly tying up traffic and flying in and out.

Amazing service and quality of drinks and food. My favorite combo is the peach mango smoothie with yogurt and the egg white burrito. Kudos to whoever invented this place- like a Panera/ dunkin/ whatever else you could possibly want :)

Terrible strew

If you look closely, you can find something wrong all around you. And Wawa are not the perfect place, its not easy to be perfect when you service so many people dial. But what they are is a place that it is fun to stop at and refresh.

This location opened just a few months ago, and this was my first time at a Wawa, and wont be the last. The sandwiches made here are fresh and full of flavor. The roasted vegetables is a MUST to have. I also love that they have a Coke freestyle machine. If you dont know what it is well, its a machine where you can select the soda you want on a touchscreen. Also, you can select the flavor you want added. The machine also has non soda selections also, like Hi-C. But if youre not a soda drinker, there are plenty of other drink options. WaWa is the place to go before a long trip in your car. And I will be sure to visit others and not just this one location in my travels.

The people are not too bad. Food is good. Always fresh.

Prices are reasonable. Love their tuna bacon sandwich.

In various occasions I had a couple issue that I had to call the manager, I been insulted and yell a couple times. But tonight was it, we are approaching the pump we are seeing the worker. He start hitting my window and complaining that we hit him with the car. Start complaint that he is doing a living, not drugs and he keeps going and going about that only happen to black folks. We apologize to the worker, I’m sure that we didn’t hit him with the car. He start using the f word. For me he is trying to get some money. It’s the last time we use this WaWa.

BOYCOTTING this Wawa. On more than one occasion when ordering food, I would not receive my order as specified. For example, ordered a small lobster bisque only to have the cup bowl filled half-way(small). Another time I ordered a macaroni buffalo chicken bowl only to receive a macaroni bowl with no buffalo sauce. Lastly, I ordered a turkey hoagie with mayo, honey mustard and oil as condiments, only to receive a DRY hoagie with no condiments present! You lost a once loyal patron and i will never spend my money here again.

I find the that this Wawa does not meet the standards of all the other Wawa stores i have frequented in Phillipsburg or Easton Pennsylvania Cheddar &Broccoli soup is watered down an does not taste the same as in Phillipsburg or PA the cinnamon buns was over baked dried out very disappointed because I enjoy Wawa

Id like to state a disclaimer that every other time I have been to this Wawa I have not been let down by the staff. This Wawa deserves 5 five stars on the regular just this one experience needs to be heard by management. They are laid back and awesome- minus one employee. I find it astonishing that one employee would be capable of really making the regular delightful Wawa experience so unpleasant. Wasting valued time of the customers by allowing everyone to order their food on the computer and collect multiple items for purchase only to make them wait until they reached the front of the line to explain that his machine is only is accepting cash at the moment because the whole system is down when it very obviously is not is not only disappointing but unprofessional. Then attempting to remedy the problem by stating that theres an ATM we can all use with no surcharge- what a mess. I ask if any other machine is taking cards but he just replied no without even trying first! Now while we were trying to figure out if the no surcharge on the ATM genuinely applies to us, he ignores us and all the people he was screwing over while continuing to take the customers behind us who can pay in cash and forcing those who were figuring out if they had enough cash to wait in line all over again after waiting in the other new line that had to form at the ATM. If your system isnt working then tell people cash only at the door. Wasting peoples time and holding them up from the busy lives they must return to just pisses them off, isnt a great look, and never fit Wawas previous track record of serving up 100% guest satisfaction. The worst part? I know that Id still get a surcharge. I have no choice but to either pay the surcharge or leave empty handed so I leave. Finally caving to my hunger, I decide to go back at 4:00am and just pay the surcharge to come to find that he (If memory serves me correctly- Charles) has now moved over 1 register and he can accept cards again! However, now both the ATMs are down and out of service. I hope this Wawa location soon hires a more competent employee for the checkout process as the rest of the staff has been regularly awesome,on point, and extremely helpful from the gas attendants to the super heros who make our subs. Im thankful that this was resolved in a matter of hours and we can now return to enjoying the regular wawa run. However, this was so infuriating and rude that it was worth every second to write this review.
