We went here a few days before Halloween to get my daughter a costume. It was very busy when we arrived, line to get in the store. Surprisingly, the line went fast, good selection, and ok prices. The hair spray dye was expensive and one didnt work so I felt ripped off and Im sure they wont do anything about it. I would go back though because of the selection of costumes. They could use more sales help but we did get help after some serious looking for staff. Give them a shot!

They also have a great selection of crystals that I do not find to be overpriced like some other stores tend to be.As a Halloween enthusiast, I absolutely adore this place. Definitely a gem for Goths, Halloween fanatics, those who are into the metaphysical, and there is plenty more to see here. The atmosphere is inviting and the spectrum of what you can get at this place cannot be understated.10/10 recommend.

Hi everyone - 🙂 this place is so cool! I wished I had more time to look around and take some camera phone pictures of what I like but I already know what I wanted so the ladies that were working there was very helpful 🙂 I had bought a Halloween Batman costume - it was an extra large I brought it home tried it on it was too big for me so later on the day I took it back and ask for an exchange for a large - and I made the right choice I brought it home and it fits really good on me - it was perfect. Thanks to the ladies that helped me there - they were nice 🙂 you guys are awesome! 🙂 if I ever need to get anything there in the future - I will stop by again someday 🙂 you guys have a wonderful day! 🙂

I will never shop anywhere else for costumes again. This store has every option you can think of. AND its open year round, which is amazing. The staff were very friendly, everything was well organized.

Worst costume quality ever. sloppy fitting, rips and tears, broken zipper...you name it and its already falling apart. i havent even got to wear the costume ywt, only tired it on twice and now have to overhaul or throw away.

I ordered a jacket online. It was to small, I called and had them set aside the correct size. I drove across the cities to the store and was greeted by warm, funny, knowledgeable associates that were able to help me find exactly what I needed. I highly recommend them

Not many options for plus sized people. Had some cool costumes. Kudos on keeping a capacity for social distancing.

How hard is it for you guys to take returns that have NOT been worn and have never even been taken out of the package!? Maybe your receipts shouldnt say, Refund or exchanges of items within 3 days with receipt in resellable condition and then turn around and say, NO RETURNS AFTER 10/22/2021 REGARDLESS OF PURCHASE DATE. Its either/or...cant be both.

Having a local costume store open year round is no small privilege! I could not quite find what I wanted, but understand that the availability of some costumes was limited by the pandemic and global shipping situations as well. Each time I visited, there was someone available to assist me at the door. Each employee I met was especially amicable though and content to let me browse as I wished. I ended up browsing more than I expected to on account of their cool selection of crystals, incense, and tarot decks to name a few items.

Costumes Plus is a treasure hidden behind the looming shadow of Spirit Halloween. They have all sorts of costumes from kids to adult sizes as well as an arrangement of latex masks and accessories. 10/10 will be stopping there again. The owner is extremely friendly and happy to share his costume knowledge with you.

Second time I’ve been in and have been falsely accused of stealing. When I showed them my bag was empty, they didn’t even apologize. I understand mistakes happen, but from what I’ve heard they are constantly racially profiling and falsely accusing customers. Horrible place, would not recommend.

This place does have costumes and wonderful special effects makeup, but it also has a beautiful gift shop inside that has jewelry, candles, oils, and gorgeous International gifts. Its actually a great place to get a beautiful incense holder from India or a lovely ring!

Theyre super fun and Im excited to see more next time!Enforcing masks, wearking masks, and providing masks/hand sanitizer is amazing! I was present during an anti-maskers lovely escapade and I absolutely adored the way the management and employees handled the situation. It was professional and reasonable. I wound up buying extra because I was impressed, and I definitely plan to go back. I also told my friends and they are impressed as well. The man who I believe to be the manager went around asking customers if they were okay after the anti-masked stopped screaming at everyone and that was very sweet in my opinion.

Been coming here for years. They always have new stocks and can order anything. Customer service is always amazing. They put customers first give great advice and have competitive pricing.

The staff are well experienced and friendly. Within a few seconds in the store I was able to find what I needed. After that, I was helped and given advice to what the item is and what they recommended to go with it. The store is a treat to just explore and look at, you could simply have a friendly conversation in there with the beautiful surroundings. I will be coming back! Very fun!

This store is amazing, such a HUGE selection of ALL KINDS of costumes!!! I went here to buy a Star Wars costume. They had many costumes in a variety of price ranges. The owner is super nice and you can even try on costumes before you buy them. Would highly recommend.

I purchased the Good Guy doll from this place. Because the item was $500, the staff was extremely helpful when purchasing and storing the item in my vehicle. They offered to hold the front door open and to carry the Good Guy box for me. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you again

Children, adult, male, female, unisex, and plus-size costumes (1X, 2X, 3-4X). I highly recommend this store. If they dont have it, it probably doesnt exist.

Wow I have never been in this costume store before but they have all the things you need for a masquerade ball they even have essential oils I have to go back and look around because there was lots to look at and to pick up I even saw the good guy doll Chucky I am going back fantastic

Come here for your costume needs they have everything and I mean everything you need to get an amazing look. Even see glow in the dark raver lipsticks and in the back they have a fine selection of boots and lingerie. Everything is fairly priced.

I come here every year- they have good stuff :). Probably the best place for Halloween season. Some things can be found at other cheaper places, but they carry many things that you won’t find in other location! Edit: Good bye Halloween!! I no longer will be celebrating Halloween like I used to. I recommend this place for any Halloween lovers!!!

They have an excellent selection, but the aisles are very crowded (can kinda get claustrophobic in there) and their prices are a little high. Service is hit or miss; if you go around Halloween, youll probably get a grumpy temp, but the rest of the year people are very nice and friendly.

A fun place for all your weird costume and decoration needs. This place has excellent customer service, and they always have at least one option for all the odd products I ask them for. Also, I work in theatre, and having access to a halloween style store year round is really awesome. First time I went here it was April and I needed 2 severed legs. The guy at the front walked me had a box full of them in the back. Dont know anywhere else where that is true in the East metro. Check it out, you wont be disappointed.
