Great Costco experience. Prime beef including New York strip. Ccstco has the best fruits and produce. Their return policy gives you the price you paid not the lower sale price it the item should go on sale. And unlike Sams Club, the employees at Costco treat you like gold because Costco treats them very well.

Great prices. Great quality, and an array of items you cant find at a regular grocery store. My favorite purchases are the cheesecake and rotisserie chicken. Seriously, the cheesecake is the best I have ever tasted. The chicken is twice the size the ones they sell at Cub. Great bargains and great if you have a large family. Just two of us so some things I dont buy because we are just a family of two, with not a lot of extra storage space, but so much fun to shop there.

Whats not to love about Costco? Good prices oneverything. Lots of interesting products too, whichhave always been good when I tried them. Nowthat they have self checkout it is really quick andeasy to stop by for a quick mid-week trip.

My go to place for groceries and more. HIGH QUALITY and excellent prices. I refuse to use other bulk businesses because of their corporate policies. Employees at COSTCO have health insurance. Owner was the first to pay $16/hr when others refused to pay $15.I have personally asked employees whether they can advance within tge organization and have been told Yes. One young man was moved into a managerial position in two years. GOOD POLICIES and GREAT GOODS.

Visited the Hearing center yesterday. It was another in the continuing positive experiences with the department at Maplewood. Adam was more than helpful... He was friendly but fully professional in addressing my issues ..even proactively updating my device. Kudos to the maximum!

Costco- I know Im a little late to the game here, but...My first couple times of going to Costco I was shocked simply at the wide open spaces, and the quality tastiness and healthiness of the meals and food options in the refrigerated and frozen sections. My favorite place to shop is in the refrigerated meals section, theres always some yummy goodies in there that I just have to try and make and wow are they good!! Thank you for the $.20 off gas too, its nice. Also, I was shocked at how it seems like only very attractive people shop there, the men💪🏼, I joke with my friends and say, Costco should make a dating app haha, just kidding👌🏼...just sayin. 😂😉💓 Only criticism is: Please stay open longer on weeknights. Thank you. 😁

Decent quality, good prices. Don’t go at peak times or you’ll be constantly swerving around each other (-1 star).They get you on the endcap special items too (-1 star), so have your list and stick to itKirkland Brand product is WAY better quality than Sam’s Choice from the other guys.

This place is so amazing the reason because I was able to find out more oriental foods than the regular Costco

Its always crowded and checkout lanes are usually 4 people deep. Doesnt matter what time of day you come. The service desk line especially is an extraordinarily long wait. Good luck taking advantage of their generous return policy.

This store is always extremely busy! I avoid going to this location unless I have to. I prefer Woodbury instead.Having said that, I always find what Im looking for and the staff is very pleasant and helpful.

I really appreciate the helpfulness and cheerfulness of the employees. I am also very appreciative of the number of organic foods that are available. The atmosphere is upbeat and the store is clean.

Be wary they only take visa. Dont pay for the executive membership. I spent thousands there and got back 19$. Also returned packaged food that was contaminated or expired and they were not the slightest bit concerned. I am certified in food safety and I feel their employees need more training.

Nice and clean store. Friendly staff. Only things I would change is the liquor store. Its separate from everythings else. Up the selection and have it in the same area as all of the other items and this store would receive a 5 star rating. Otherwise, suits all other needs. Has a gas station, if a member you save .50-.60 a gallon. Which is amazing. Thanks costco!

All Costco Warehouses in the Twin Cities are really good. Well organized. Restrooms are always clean and the personnel are always helpful and friendly

Clean and well organized. This is my favorite Costco in the MSP area, not congested and self checkout is always very efficient. Clothes are neatly folded and easy to find what youre looking for.

We were there to drop off a shipment of goods. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They unloaded us quickly. They didnt waste any time. They got us in and out. We arrived at 6:15AM and our appointment was at 7:00AM. So that was pretty awesome. Wouldnt mind coming back here.

We go to Costco like people go to Target. What’s not to like? Things you need and want in large sizes. Friendly employees, quality items and a great return policy make a great shopping experience. The experience at this and other Costco’s are consistent, making shopping convenient and predictable.

Went to the deli for the pizza. I havent been to Costcos deli in a long time. I didnt know that they no longer have they sausage(with bell peppers and onions) pizza and just have the pepperoni and cheese pizza. Was a little disappointed but then again, Costcos deli has great value for money..

This is one of my favorite Costcos around and I’ve been going here since they opened many years ago. They are clean, efficient, and almost always well stocked. They take care of long lines pretty quickly and I’ve had some great experiences with helpful employees over the years from nearly every department. I’ve also had some less-than-stellar experiences with employees who were unhelpful or rude, but they are not the norm- and they are not the sole reason for being short of 5 stars. The other half of the missing star is because nobody ever approaches you to see if you need help or if you are finding everything you need. If you need help you have to ask and there is about a 70% chance you will get someone helpful who doesn’t make you feel like your interrupting them (30% chance you do).

Got a great price on a 7500 watt generator.

I go with my sister once or twice a year and stock up on stuff. I wish you sold clothes for larger people. Everything is made by asian countries and they are made much smaller.

One of the favorite stores, Costco sell versatile products. This location is clean and efficient, it has pantry and gas station as well. Recently they brought in the self checkout kiosks to help customers skip long queues. Here you can also get the Rotisserie chicken and Pork Ribs hot from the oven. Also you could find Ready to eat foods like Salads, Tacos, and bake and eat food too like Alfredo chicken. We love the pizzas from the Pantry, they are very big, cheaper and good quality as well. Sometimes I simply visit Costco in the weekends though we don’t have anything to buy just for window shopping.The reason for 4 star is coz this is regular Costco when compared the near by Woodbury location at Tamarack village. I sometimes find the items at Tamarack location which aren’t available here. Otherwise Costco is same anywhere.

Just waited 40 minutes for a pizza here. Even though the food employees were working as fast as they could, customers were getting angry with the long waits and took it out on the staff. At no point did a manager show up (even though one customer demanded to speak to one) to try and remediate the situation. Had I known it would take 40 minutes, I would not have ordered a pizza. Some other customers waited an hour. Management should be supporting the staff and ensuring customer satisfaction, and neither of those things happened tonight.

The parking sucks, the store is always packed with customers but they do get you through the registers quickly.I think they are always packed cause the Sams Club is so horrible, right down the street.

Store - clean. Staff - awesome. Everythings great except that some of the variety is thin. Other Costco have had the brands/types we want but this one didnt seem to. For instance they had no Powerade, no clear dishwashing liquid of any kind, no toilet paper or paper towels that were our brand. Things like that.

I like this costco. Weve bought a couple tvs, a small fridge as well as food. Staff is very nice and efficient. They work hard. As busy as they are just st before Christmas people were respectful and I didnt feel all covidy.

This store is HUGE!! After being in Sams Club for the first time last week, then coming to Costco, I was so impressed. Costco is brightly lit, the displays are set up well, and the prices are excellent. I will definitely be back when I have more time. We did shop the Costco liquor store and the prices are great!

I love going to Costco every single time no matter what location they always seem to have the same standards. The beautiful parties though that they often have different products being sold so you can go and see and explore different things. Whenever you go there you cant forget to have a hotdog or brought combo meal because its affordable and delicious. The pizza isnt too bad either. I love the return policies at Costco, you can tell they believe in their products just as much as I believe in the company as a whole. I am proud Costco member!

Good selection, relatively consistent product and at an amazing price. I love that I dont have workers coming up to me asking me if I need anything, I prefer to shop in peace. Sadly not everyone wears a proper mask, their noses hang out like children, but thats not on the staff, and not why its 4 star. 4 because the selection isnt as consistent as I would like it to be, but hey it still allows me to bulk buy, which I appreciate.

This Costco is great. The employees seem really nice. I’ve need help/had some questions a couple times and Lynn at the customer service desk is fantastic & a pleasure to work with.

Costco has so many good deals I hardly know where to start!They have organic virgin Olive oil. 6 packs or organic honey that I use in my tea all the time. Huge containers of mixed nuts for $20. And a whole lot more. Packing tape is cheap there. I use their tape when I am doing pack jobs in my moving business, all the time. There is a huge savings on this tape! Staff is friendly and sharp and checkout goes lightning fast.

If you need bulk items this is the place! So much to choose from food items/kitchen items to household neeeds/electronics its all there. If crowds are not your thing though you might want to check on busiest times of day to avoid them cause it does get busy and people are on a mission there. Getting your membership was simple and not badly priced.

Great selection but the customers there have zero regard for other people, everyone walks down the middle of the aisles and its never not busy.

Dont shop here at all! Also the same as sam club store, the boxs with food or other stuff in it, a bit to big. I dont really like how you have to pay some money for being a member here, I rather pass on and stick with the basic stores like target, Walmart.

Our trips to Costco are always highly anticipated. Their buyers do a terrific job of pre-selecting the items they sell. Their staff members are consistently friendly, courteous and helpful. When you visit, the gas is always 20-30 cents below gas station prices and they have a liquor store, in case youre interested.

Love this place its alot to take in but Im getting use to it I use to have to find a person with a membership to go in but Im a member now

They need to start supplying clothes in larger sizes. They are always busy there. In the winter, it is always like an ice box in their store. They leave a large door to the outside wide open letting in all the cold air. I feel badly for the people that work there having to deal with the cold inside the building

Optical department service is slim to none. Answer to everything is improvised lies. I asked about a frame he mumbled something. I showed him that hes mistaken about the size, he got offended. Whats a joke. You know who you are! It happened on 3/13/21. I wont put your name here.

Great place to shop! It gets crazy busy, but the quality, products, and selection is great. There are many things we prefer to buy at here because the generic Kirkland branded products are just as good or better than name brand. Good place to grab a pizza for takeout, too!

Not too happy with how they laid out the car park and the gas station in relation to each other, but the rest of the Costco is well maintained and clean.For those worried about COVID, there are plastic screen guards at all registers and membership desk. Food court is switched to kiosk based ordering.

Dont bother the butcher wanted for steaks not 3. He got it done but acted like it was a huge problem

The staff is pretty good here which is a big deal because its always nuts inside. The worst part is most of the customers are really rude and all in their own worlds which isnt any of the stores fault. Also Costco pizza is always good and cheap

It’s a hot time in the Costco today! Lots of people out shopping but friendly and efficient Costco employees were quick and safe. Hand sanitizer was available and carts were sanitized. Nice!

Be prepared for a bit of sensory overload, as soon as you enter with all the big stacks of stuff. It is best if you have a list of what you are shopping for. But you should be open to all the stuff they have. Just remind yourself do I Really need that much of X??If you have a good size family it will save you money, or if you are a teacher its a good place to get treats/rewards for your students.

Costco routinely provides a satisfying shopping experience and great gas prices for members. One interesting thing I find in Minnesota is that the liquor store is separate from the regular store because of some state law. This location is nice because its close to Maplewood Mall and White Bear Lake communities

Great selection of many things at fair prices and massive quantities. The store is always clean, staff are friendly, and I have had many good experiences here. Even when its busy (5-6:30 pm) they do a fair job of getting people through the checkout lines.

Weve always been a Sams club member but decided to switch to Costco this year. While its good, its not great. The coffee choices arent that open but the mens shoes are such great deals that Ive finally bought a few this year.

They should require masks in order to shop here. And people should wear masks over their mouths and noses 100% of the time while inside.

Wonderful! So good to be back to Costco after 2 years. Renewed my membership. Got info on an eye exam and new glasses.. Bought a few food items. Got my tires on my car filled with air as they had very low air pressure. I love Costco. Glad I came back!

My gas is on the left side but one of the workers helped me stretch the hose across cause it was super busy. Really nice gentlemen to help.

Great one stop shop

Typical Saturday at the warehouse store. Round up a cart. Navigate the aisles. Checkout area was jammed up. Workers here were polite. Items were decently arranged on the shelves. Grabbed a pack of pork chops but got messed up bc it was not completely wrapped.Lost my belt. No belts here. Hafta go to target for that. Mouthwash is cheaper at Walmart.

I love costco, however; my most recent experience was not the best. Went to go check out with my full cart of stuff that I purchase for a business I run. And they have 6 lines open. Nothing is wrong with the amount of lines that are open however, the location in which they were open was ridiculous. If you are a shopper here you know there is one main big way that brings you to the registers. The team leader had the registers on the opposite side that the traffic flows from?! Why? No idea. So the leader steps in to control the flow of traffic and is instructing customers to move from the lane they are in to a different one. This can be irritating especially when youve got a heavy cart. Regardless the location practices proper covid guidelines by 6 foot distancing. But has all the lanes open right next to each other Vs. Every other.Having every other lane open would do two things, follow the protocol you are trying to enforce. And also help with the flow of traffic through your lines.

They have pretty much everything. Except samples. And liquor...
