I special ordered three rings with the intention of buying one and returning the other two. They called me when all three rings had arrived, and I went in and pick the one that I liked the most and purchased it.Damascus steel with dinosaur bone inlay. Awesome!I definitely had a good experience with helzberg diamonds!

At first I really had a bad experience with some very dishonest employees that wouldnt own up to their own mistakes of my necklace getting broken even worse than it was when I brought it in but then I called and talked to...... isaiah...... which was a great help very kind and honest and made me change my opinion on the company and hes doing all he can to make things work and I appreciate that a lot because as everyone knows honesty goes a long ways

So sad this location is closing. Love shopping at Helzberg! Will find another location to visit!

I had the best jewelry experience of my life at helzberg. All four sales associates I worked with were really friendly and helpful. No a stuck up attitudes or pressure to purchase, just patience and great help. I learned a lot and found what fit me the best, even found new directions I wouldnt have considered previously. Thanks helzberg for all you guys do, has been the only jewelry store Ive ever been comfortable in. ❤️

Have been a customer for over 30 years. After our house fire I tried to have the warranty card(s) replaced on our wedding rings. Jumped through every hoop they asked of us, and now two (2) years later we are still waiting. A few days ago I went to the store with my wife to have several of her rings cleaned. While there I asked about the status of the warranty card(s) and was treated rudely. I think we are done doing business with them. Ill go to a local jeweler from now on. Less problems and hassles that way. Thanks for 30 years (and many purchases) Helzberg. But were moving on.

They were very friendly and helpful. Only helzberg I will go to. Used to go to mall of America had a couple bad experiences never go there again only maplewood.

Went there to shop for a ring setting and Julie Clepper treated me like I was not a serious shopper. She assumed that I had no money. In a industry where customer service is key Julie Clepper, who is an assistant manager there gave horrible service and by making a customer feel like they have no money shame on you. I would give this store ZERO stars! Here’s a tip for you Julie....SMILE and treat EVERYONE like they are a buyer!

Me and my bff went to look at rings to replace my lost wedding ring and honestly they seemed so scared of us and not welcoming, went to Kays and was treated like a human with friendly sales reps. They lost out on a nice commission off of me by being judgemental
