The customer service is outstanding!! You get what you pay for at Associated Hearing!! No matter what the issue I had with my hearing aids from I lost one, I broke one, its not fitting quite right, it needs to be cleaned, I need changes made...it didnt matter. They got me in and took care of the issue and made sure they kept working at it until it was a great fit for ME. When it was time to get a new pair of hearing aids they took so much time explaining all the different options and stayed to make sure ALL my questions were answered. Super friendly and take care of their customers!!

I have always had the best experience at Associated Hearing. The staff is cheerful, respectful and kind. Michelle has been caring for me and my hearing aid use for almost 14:years and is one of the kindest, respectful persons I know. She knows her product, she knows her clients, and does everything she can to make my visit comfortable and relaxed so we reach the best outcomes for myhearing needs. I would not go anywhere else.

Worst Customer service ever! Lisa was very condescending and unhelpful. I have never been talked down to in such a manner and when I told her that her customer service was lacking, she said she was sorry and HUNG UP!!!

I’ve been a client for about 15 years and have purchased two sets of hearing aids. The quarterly checkups are essential for me and the shape of my ear canals have required custom modifications. I cannot recommend Associated Hearing too highly!

ASSOCIATED Hearing, has given me service beyond my expectations. My first encounter was emergent in that the tip hadbecome stuck in my ear. They took care of it right away. I have since bought a new hearing aid. Michelle has been servicing it, making sure it is the right fit etc.
