I never give five star because one can always improve. I got a great deal on very good hearing aids and was guided through the process with knowledge and skill. My audiologist was helpful,Knowledgeable, and very accommodating. If there was a complaint at all I would have to do with the scheduling.

I was greeted right away & Amanda was very friendly! She explained everything & even got to experience being able to hear with the hearing aid I was getting. Great customer service!!Recommend Hearlife 100%.

Amanda was fabulous…she showed me how I can hear…it was amazing!!! Spent time listening to my concerns, answered my questions, and helped my understand why I may have hearing loss. Amanda is not only a specialist in her field she is also caring and wants what is best for her patients, I wouldnt go any where else to service or purchase my hearing aids.

I went to get a hearing aid repaired and it didnt work any better after. They showed me how it wasnt performing well. But then when the new one came back, they didnt even check it out when fitting it to make sure it was performing properly against whatever spec they sent. I did mention it still didnt seem to be doing the job, but he just shook his head. I am out $600+ the cost of the repair with nothing to show for it. I would not go here. The guy didnt care about helping me out. He was focused on the $$. People and places like this make it really hard to know who to trust for the next go around too.
