Great place to buy my bed. Guido, the store manager, asked questions about what kind of mattress I was looking for and showed me a variety of options in different price ranges. I did not feel pressured to buy the most expensive bed, which was awesome. He was genuinely interested in helping me find the right bed for my needs and budget. Also, I work 7 days a week roughly from 8-5. It was going to be impossible for me to receive my mattress when they delivered it. Guido offered to help me receive it so that I could get my new bed ASAP and get off the air mattress! He went above and beyond to help me, and I really appreciated it. Sales girl Yani was awesome and easy to work with. Bought 3 mattresses for our corporate apartment, delivery set for Friday 17th. Store was closed on that day due to no show employee on Yani’s day off. Had to purchase 3 air mattresses to get through the weekend, mix up at the warehouse on Monday, truck broke down on Tuesday, promised a 9 am pick up on Wednesday, called the store at noon to be told mattresses would not arrive until Thursday. Completely unacceptable experience, ask for a district manager to call me, still waiting on that call. I’ll be taking my multiple mattress purchases every year elsewhere.

Ler me first say it was a sign to not do business here when we showed up during normal hours and the door was locked. Had to ask to be helped when we entered to store. Ordered a mattress on thursday. Was told it would be in on tuesday or Wednesday at the store. We told the store associate we were leaving town for 11 months on friday. No call, no answer Tuesday - Thursday that week, leaving multiple messages. I showed up to the store Thursday and Friday finding the door locked multiple visits those days. Called corporate phone number with no ability to talk to a person. They also say on the automated prompt they will not assist any sore store related purchases and hangs up. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Received a call that Saturday about not going to have the mattress in the next week. Told them to cancel it and they got an attitude of why.

Rogers was great to deal with. Great shopping experience and all around good deal. A+
