I had a fantastic experience when Christmas shopping for my grandkids at the Marion showplace store. Dan Lama was very knowledgeable and professional in helping me to get the perfect “ large gift” for the kids. The store was very well set up and inviting. The staff in general were very positive as well. I will certainly shop there again!

I always have a good experience when I go to showplace. Theyve always been friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help find us the best deal on anything we need. And the delivery crew is always punctual and careful. The customer service alone is worth 5 stars!

I absolutely love Showplace the customer service is amazing. The guys that delivered my washer and dryer are awesome. I love how they carry a coversastion while working explaining everything and conversate with about how you are doing and how your kids are. Im so blown away by everyone that has taken care us. I wish i could buy everyone lunch or at least bring in a desert for them to give back and show our appreciation for all there hard work. Thanks again again Showplace keep up the amazing work. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have been a long time customer and have rented and purchased items and when I am needing things I always continue to come back due to the great service I receive from everyone. I will continue to be a customer as long as I need items and will refer anyone I can to become a customer. They make me feel like family when I come in and that is important to me when being in sales/retail. I am not just an account number or dollars signs to them. Showplace is great. I would highly recommend. Their staff is incredible and very helpful. I had a payment come due but I got very sick and lost my voice. I couldnt go in and I couldnt call because I obviously cant talk. I was able to contact them via messenger to retrieve my agreement number so I could pay online. Not too many places are willing to help like that.

Showplace made remarks to me as if i was lying about our income..the manager was rude, whatever his name is..i eneded up buying new and not using them since he didnt comprehend shut down and my job.Anyone who knows us, knkws what we do but wait, i have to prove it is LEGITIMATE according to this guy? My car broke down and I had to return my furniture I called to have them to please pick it up before the next payment was due and they treated me horribly I explained I was trying to be honest most people just quit paying and they have to be tracked down, now I see why!!!!😠😠😠
