Only reason for not getting a 1 was the services receptionist was very easy to get ahold of and easy to schedule with. Dropped my car off for a 10:30 appointment to have oil changed and tires rotated. I was told it would be done in hour to hour and half. I’ve been waiting 3 hours and counting now. Extremely disappointed in this experience. I could understand the longer wait if I didn’t schedule an appointment but 3 hours and no communication is ridiculous. Making it very difficult to ever see myself bringing my car back here for service.Following up more: I’ve changed this from a 2 start experience to a 1 star. it’s now been 4 hours. They performed the recall on the car without consulting me and communicating on time. I’ve now been here for over 2 hours longer than expected has caused complications with my work schedule. What an awful experience

Finding a reliable car at a good price in 2021 is a tough task for most people. However, Bre at Ike Honda made the entire process of putting me into a PERFECT car an absolute breeze! She was super patient and actually gave me the time of day to listen to my specific needs which made the entire process significantly easier compared to my previous car buying experiences at other dealers. My family is planning on leaving the area soon but we will certainly make a trip back to Ike Honda to see Bre if we have any future car needs!

I always go here for service on my crv they are prompt and courteous although this last time I forgot my coupon they mailed to me and mentioned that and they said they would see what they could do. When I left I didnt check invoice til I got back home and they didnt discount service like they said they would. Shame on me for forgetting coupon. Cost me an extra $30 or so

Intentionally selling lemons and lying about it. Pay a mechanic to look over the vehicle. Everything used is in rough shape and everything new they wont negotiate on. Will make you feel 2nd class the whole time. They were demeaning and rude during my trip here. Wouldnt recommend. They are nearly as bad as auto credit.
I recently bought a car from Carvana (worst experience ever) and I had to have my gas-lid door fixed and my entire AC system replaced which was gonna cost over $2500, (even though Carvana said it was all fixed.) Ian, Kenny, and the rest of them fixed it for me within a week as well as called the warranty company and stayed on top of them to make it sure they paid for it by Carvana. They are the absolute best and after the said car experience, I will now only go to Ike Honda and their team for help and for any future purchases of a car. 100/10 Professionalism and kindness. I have had good experiences with Ike Hondas service department. My car recently developed a transmission issue, and their price for a rebuild was very high. Was able to get it done much cheaper in the Chicago area with a better warranty - and I had 4 reputable shops quote me half what the dealer wanted. They were great about driving me around while my car was being serviced, but I was never able to get a loaner car.I recently toyed with the idea of trading in my car for a used car on their lot. The salesman was nice, but did not mention that the car had been in an accident. It was mentioned on the website, but it was apparent that the front clip of the car was noticeably newer with a notable color shade difference, and the hood did not seem to fit correctly. Salesman did not seem to be concerned with wearing a mask inside the building. Shortly after I decided not to buy the car, their price was lowered by $2,000 on their website.Overall, mixed reviews. Had good experiences just coming in for service, but recent experiences have made me reluctant to return.

I bought a car here a few years ago and they worked with me the best they could. A bit ago my buddies car went out on him and they went through hoops not only to get him a car, but to also help out with issues which occurred with a certain credit union.
On an essential road trip to Chicago in July (during the pandemic), I had to make a stop at the closest dealer because the AC had quit working in my Honda Fit. I was only halfway to my destination and facing a hot day of driving ahead. Lucky for me, Ike Honda was the closest dealer! Kenny met me in the service bay, and even though I had no appointment and no previous relationship with this dealership, he kindly agreed to have my car looked at. The waiting area was appropriately clean and spacious, and lawn chairs were available to sit outside if I preferred. In pretty short order, Kenny came back with the news that I needed a major repair to my AC system, which would take about 6 hours. When I explained that I had to get on the road to get to Chicago that evening, rather than pressure me to do this repair right there, Kenny said they could refill the coolant and hope it would get me to Chicago where I could have the repair done by a dealer there. I was so impressed with the kindness and honesty, and by the fact that I was treated with respect. I left with the estimate and diagnostic information that I was able to take to a dealer at my destination for repair. I am confident that if I ever find myself in need of service in the Marion IL area, I will not hesitate to contact Ike Honda. Bought a brand new car here almost a year ago. Come back for service every 3 or 4 months. Great service every time from those scheduling the service to the guys in the shop doing the work, unbeatable and quick. I bought my first brand new car at Ike Honda in October and while at first I was terrified of such a big decision, I was so pleased by the whole experience. We drove an hour and a half to their lot after I messaged them via their website about a car. Their internet salesman contacted me quickly and answered any questions I had and even did a pre-qualification check for us before our trip to make sure we didn’t waste our time if I didn’t have a chance at getting the car. The whole experience was smooth and we didn’t feel pressured to buy something we didn’t need. The service call might have taken 2 hours so the service manager asked if I would like a ride to the mall or somewhere. I was taken to the mall by a nice man named Bill with whom I struck up a conversation. I was able to get my nails done and my car was waiting when I got back. My car was fixed as promised and the cost was lower than discussed when I arrived. Good deal.

Came in lookingfor a new CR-V EX. Caleb Davis was my sales rep. He took the time to explain all the options. I asked what the difference was with the ex-l. He again patiently explained and compared all the options. I test drove the ex-l and ended up purchasing it over the ex. The deal was quick and easy. They have me a good deal on my trade in also. I came in for a hondata reflash, something which is only done at a number of Honda dealerships around the country. I spoke with Jeff Martin who was very pleasant in giving me info about it and giving me plenty of availability for me to schedule around. After making the 2 hour drive from St Louis and giving them my car, 20 minutes later Jeff comes out to inform me that it cannot be done on my particular vehicle. I am very frustrated that they wasted 5 hours of my day, a bit more knowledge from their end about the service and it’s limitations would have gone a long way and prevented all of this. They did give my car a quick exterior detail before I left but I am nonetheless not satisfied with my experience.
Ordered some part & accessories for my new Honda Civic Type R (which is the most awesome car you can buy under 50K). The people I dealt with at the dealership were awesome, super professional, and have earned my biz. Car dealers get a bad rap, sometimes deservedly so, but these guys are the exception to that!

Was quoted 1500$ fifteen hundred dollars & 11.2 billed hours for a fk8 Hondata fuel system upgrade install. Per the instructions it’s a 5 hour job. Just a heads up people

We purchased our Honda CR-V from Ike Honda about 10 years ago. We have serviced our vehicle there for all these years. Weve never had a problem with any of the staff or service techs. They are all top notch in our book. We are looking to buy a new one this year. After having a Honda CR-V, we are hooked on them! You wont regret buying a Honda. We didnt.
While there for a routine oil change, I mentioned that my key fob was not working. Joe took the time to take it apart and make sure the battery was properly connected. He put it back together and got it working again.I also appreciate the phone calls to let me know what is going on with my vehicle and inform me as to what has occurred during inspection. This is great customer service.
This may be a good place to buy a new car but not a used one! I test drove a car the other day and I loved it other than it had a check engine light on. I talked to the sales person about it and he said that they could take a look at it. I went back a couple days later to purchase the car and not even thinking about it since Id already test drove it, I didnt start it up to see if it was on still and went ahead and signed papers. I got there late so by the time everything was done they were closing and then by the time I started it up and noticed that the light was still on no was was there anymore. I called the next day to try to talk to my sales person about this and he wasnt available so I left him a message. I never got a call back from him so I tried again a day later and so on for almost a week. When I finally got him to return the call he said, Nothing was done to the car in the service department to keep the price low and there was nothing that could be done. That would have been something nice to tell me when I was buying the car maybe... Im just in awe that a dealership would let a car leave their lot not knowing if something was wrong with it and with a check engine light on and not say anything or offer to help at all. I would not recommend going to them at all.
We bought a car from here April 2, 2019 month. Although our new car was only at 1/4 tank of gas when purchased we were extremely happy. I received a phone call on April 8, 2019 that I needed to come up to the dealership to sign another form they had mistakenly forgot. Upon arrival I was slid a whole new set of paperwork with a different selling price... an increase of over $8,500. They had already accepted ownership of our trade in and we had just filled the new purchase gas on April 8! Needless to say we had to demand our trade in back since this was not the deal we accepted a week earlier. When getting back our trade in we had discovered that our floor mats were discarded and get this... the car was near empty... apparently someone had been driving it around the past week. Since my unfortunate experience with Ike Honda I have shared my story with many and have found several people having the same problem from Ike Honda. On top of all this... they actually ran my credit (hard inquiry) again without my permission on April 8th. Now I have to dispute this error (a.k.a. fraud) with the credit reporting agencies. I was planing to buy a car here for my daughter who is to turn 16 next year. Completely unethical business practice all the around way around. If you do business here good luck to you.
After reading bad reviews related to recalls others mentioned, I had to write mine for the event happened a few years ago. I brought my Accord in since I read about seat belt buckle recalls for the same model, and that my fasten seat belt light has been on. Service department at Ike Honda told me my car was not on the recall list, and that the issue with my seat belt light was irrelevant to the recall. I later on moved out of state. During my very first oil change at the new dealership, I was informed that I need to have my seat belt buckle replaced as it was defective, causing the fasten seat belt light on, and it was part of the nationwide Honda recall.
Workers were friendly & informative. Car was serviced in a timely manner. I appreciated that he informed me of additional service to consider for my car but didnt pressure me to have it done that day.
Just an FYI for anyone going to the service department, I got my oil changed Saturday and they did their “multi point inspection” of my vehicle and the paper said everything but my battery was satisfactory. The service advisor did not go over that checklist with me once before I left so I didn’t think to look before leaving. The next day I had to change my sway bar links on my front end that were absolutely terrible but yet the service department claimed everything was good on my car. Very poor checking/inspection on their part. Also had brought my car in for a sound(found out it was the sway bar links causing it) a little after I had bought it and they claimed to find nothing wrong with my car that time as well so clearly they are not checking things properly back there. Disappointed in that service!
They always take care of my car. Have even just stopped by because low tire pressure light had come on. They check all the tires and found nothing wrong except the last time I was there. I grown to trust them. Every oil change and type rotation have been done there. The car was purchased from them. Would highly reccomend.
James in the service department was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure that the proper maintenance was explained and done on my Honda. I dropped my car off in the morning and the car was in there most of the day. He provided me with a vehicle, so I was not stranded. Called me if there was something that came up (replacing wiper blades), instead of just assuming and adding. He was in contact with and updated me on the progress of my car. He is always very helpful.
A huge thank you to Ike Honda. I was driving back to Missouri from Florida and my vehicle stalled on I-57. I called them and got ahold of Kenny in the service dept--he assured me that even though it was Saturday and their shop closed at 6:00 p.m. that he would find a way to work out a time to see my vehicle that day. They had me back on the road in 2 hrs. Thanks so much to Kenny and his team for getting me back on the road in such a short window on a Saturday when all other shops were closed and even though my car isnt a Honda. If I lived in Marion I would definitely give them my business when looking for a new vehicle or when in need of a repair.
No one came out to help us, and we were pretty much ignored when we came inside, too. I liked the fountain outside and they had a decent selection.Edit: thanks for the response. We already purchased a car elsewhere. Also, this was weeks ago. I dont know if it was busy that day - it didnt seem like it, but i know that can be deceiving. Appreciate your effort to make it right.

All of our interactions with Ike Honda have been very professional and easy to get things done. This is not the case with most car dealerships, and Ike was one of the few we would consistently refer customers to because they care about making you happy.
Went there to find the source of an intermittent noise coming from the front right of my civic 06. They said the possible cause is the leaking of power steering pump and thus sticking the belt with the power steering fluid. I asked them about the struts and they said they look okay. Then I bought the PS pump from online and replaced it with my local mechanic as the cost at honda was very high. The steering felt better but the noise did not reduce a bit. Then I let the local mechanic check the car. They found the noise was coming from the right strut and opened the cover above the strut and found that the axis of the strut is off the center. They declared it is clearly broke and I should replace it as soon as possible. I bought the strut from online again and they replaced it and now the noise is gone. I went to the dealer as my local mechanic initially suggested so as he was not sure about the noise and did not want me spend unnecessarily. But it did not help. I end up spending more than twice with the high inspection charge and changing the PS pump which was not a must to change right now.

I called this dealership at 6:45 pm on Friday May 11th. I was at a gas station 7 miles away with a flat tire and 3 children, we were passing through on our way to Chicago. The lady that answered the phone informed me that the tire center was already closed so I inquired about any nearby. She went above and beyond to find me a tire place close by so we could get back on the road. I am very grateful for her wonderful customer service!

This was the most pleasant car buying experience in my nearly 80 years of buying over a hundred cars. We were greeted by a beautiful young lady named Ashley, who introduced us to the sales consultant with the name of Dan Koester, an experienced salesman who really knew Hondas.Long story short, we drove away with a very used but like new Honda at an affordable and fair price. We could not have asked for more and drink more than our share of snacks at their expense. Truly professional people and good people.
