On two separate occasions, 6 years apart, my husband applied for a car loan. Both times we were in dire need. Both times we didnt even receive an acknowledgement of the application. No calls. No emails. Nothing. Yes, both times we were having some kind of credit issue. Nothing catastrophic. They claim to be able to work with just about anyone. Clearly, that is not the case. Regardless, they should at least have the decency to let someone know that they are not going to be able to work with them. Apparently, professionalism is not their strong suit. As a result, my husband and I will never do business with them. Even if they are the only ones in town with the car we want. We will travel however far to purchase that vehicle from someone else.

Juan is the guy to deal with. We started out with what he called baby steps. Buy a decent car and pay it off. After our first year doing this we paid off a 2003 Ford Focus from him. So we paid it off early. He then said pick whatever we wanted off the lot and I bought my wife a 2015 Ford Fusion. It is now March 26th 2018 and I am back to buy my 2017 Ford Fusion from Juan. I wont buy a car from anyone else. Period!!!

Saw an internet special listed on website. I went into office. Wanted to test drive vehicle before making a decision. The manager said whoever printed that price was wrong. He refused to honor it. Then pulled vehicle from website so I couldnt show him. Very bad business ethics. Lost my business. I will drive the hour to Mount Vernon

I called days in advance to ask what to bring. Just to get another answer once I got there. I told him I get SS every month..was ok with it until they seen the amount I get. He didnt even try to work with me or say Thank you. Terrible liars

Juan was great. Even though Im a firm believer anything credit related prior to the age 25 should be forgiven, thats not the case. My old car blew a gasket and I needed something ASAP. Juan listened to my situation and helped me get into my new car at an interest rate I never thought I would get.

First off he tried to sell me a car that door fell off when he opened it and besides the fact that they changed my payments multiple times making it go up almost $100 I will never buy from them again. The lady who took my payments was VERY rude and when I discussed the payments with Juan we got in an argument about it. I have the papers with the right payments and it still didnt matter. Very shady business looking to screw people over. Stay far away.
