Ive purchased 3 vehicles from Courtesy Motors over the years. All have been dependable and price was good. Sales process is much better than going to a large dealership.I had one problem with one of my cars and they helped me take care of the issue.

This company plays a good game. The owner tells you he doesnt have to sale cars, he just wants people to be happy with what they buy. I saw a car i wanted and signed the paperwork. I was going to get my loan from a local bank and had to wait until they were open. I got everything settled with the bank just to find out this owner sold my car to another person. He sold the car right from under me. Is this legal. I think not! This man will do anything to get a buy.

Anyone had trouble with a newly purchased used car from Courtesy Motors, Marion, IN. ?My son just bought a car & it broke down in less than ten days !Courtesy Motors is refusing to repair the vehicle & hung up !!!!I cant believe this, this is just awful.He traded in his Dodge Caravan & paid $2,900 & the Dealership wont fix the car or give him the van back & money back, said, thats not going to happen .Time to contact the BBB & call an Attorney.Be WARNED, dont buy a vehicle from this company !

Sold me a great car for a great price, very fair and good salesman

Sold me a piece of crap. I called him 2 days after buying a van because air conditioner quit working I asked him to just look at it and I would pay to have it fixed. He was a total a** he talked to me horribly needless to say he wouldnt look at it. Since the 6 months Ive had it the power steering pump went out its still leaking power steering from somewhere, I had a flat spare tire is rusted on so I had to buy new tire, antilock and traction system has something wrong, had to put brakes on it still need a caliber replaced, its sitting in the driveway now with a rusted through gas line. This man would screw over his own mother

I had my truck for 6 months and the transmission went out on it, before I even bought it the window on the PASSENGER FRONT and drivers back didnt work the motors were bad and we came back the next day so they could fix them the windows STILL dont work and I WOULD NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM HERE OR TELL SOMEONE TO BUY ONE FROM HERE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE HE HAS SOLD A VEHICLE TO THAT THE TRANSMISSION HAS BEEN BAD IN IT HE IS IN IT FOR THE MONEY NOT THE QUALITY, AND THEN BEFORE I COULD EVEN PLATE THE SUV I HAD TO CALL NEW YORK AND HAVE THEM SEND ME THE PAPER WORK SAYING THE LEIN THAT WAS ON THE TRUCK BEFORE I BOUGHT IT FROM THE PREVIOUS PERSON HE GOT IT FROM WAS OFF, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTO DEALER 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎.

Offer nice used cars and didnt seem to be overselling their cars

I dont feel like they even deserve one star. My mother bought a Trailblazer from them on 5/16. It did overheat while they were test driving it, and afterwards they promised to fix it. Well they obviously didnt. Weve had to fix her transmission, water pump, fan, tracking, serpentine belt, hoses, etc. . . This is one of the worst companies to do business with. They are VERY dishonest and will say and do anything just to close a deal. Like putting a paper seal on the water pump. Caveat emptor before you buy a vehicle from this company, please.
