I waited for over 6 weeks for carpet witch they told me up front they were busy that is understandable. Then they showed up with different padding after we picked a premium padding witch was expensive. Then after the padding was installed the guy told us he didnt have enough carpet to do the job. We had to wait 2 more weeks for them to order more and the whole time our living room was tore apart and our furniture in other rooms. Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else!

Easily located just off Rt 4 with ample parking available. The store front doesnt do it justice. Its deceptively large inside. A wide selection of flooring types and colors. Samples available as well. The owners were very personable and knowledgeable.

My parents just had flooring installed In April they laid it over the old flooring claiming it would be fine. Then 3 weeks later when we needed to move the fridge it ripped up and the glue was still not dry. Their response was it was our fault because the fridge was not placed on a piece of board. And are unwilling to fix their mistake. Please if you are considering them go elsewhere because if they mess up they will not fix it.

I spent over $8,000.00 last September for a wood floor at this store. I was treated as a customer should be. Thank you for that. I went in today to buy a single room of carpet, and was given the rude brushoff. Unknown information to them is I still have need for carpet for 5 bedrooms, living room, and family room. Time to find a carpet store that treats everyone the same.
