My husband and I bought flooring from this establishment and paid for most of it in April 2021. It is now June 27, 2021 and most of my stuff from the office and part of the kitchen is in my dining room and my spare bedroom. The floor he brought in was defective there are wrinkles and lumps and bumps and it is stained. New flooring was supposed to have been ordered a month ago and I can no longer get anyone on the phone no one answers or respond to any of my text messages. I would never Use this company again. At this point in time I would just like to have my money back. Because I’m going to have to buy new flooring and pay somebody else to put it in.

Does not stand behind work. Dishonest and combative. Refused to fix their installation screw up.. Check better business bureau for complaint. Left review on Facebook and was contacted by numerous other people who had issues. Avoid.

These guys are crooks! They do not pay their installers and are never on time very unprofessional Im not sure how he still has a company to be completely honest. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. The only reason he has good reviews is because his family got on the site and give him 5 star reviews check it out for yourself!
