Fairly new looking building. They dont give you bags to carry your things out. Limited selection on this store, it is pretty empty compared with other Goodwills I have been to.

Great just add more Men and Boys clothes and Shirts please

Spent around a half hour and really found some good stuff and saved some money.

Large store with lots of jeans very reasonably priced! Shirts are a little higher.. so I guess it would equal out.

Certain colored tages were 1/2 off. The store was well organized and encouraged social distancing.

I always find great things at Marion goodwill. The store is clean and organized. However, the last time I went I was a bit put off on how a situation was handled. I am well aware of the mask mandate, and I comply with such guidelines that have been put in place. But when an employee yells rather than approach me in a more private- but socially distant manner to tell me to pull my mask up, it’s ridiculous. Mind you I made sure I was around no other customer or employee before pulling my mask down to talk to my 15 month old daughter. I complied with her request even though I was appalled with how she went about the situation. Maybe next time analyze the situation before you decide to speak in that way to a customer.

Not bad but I thought it would have been more of a variety than what they had.can I donate shoes,purse ect?

I found great deals and everyone was friendly. Untill one woman who worked there made a snotty comment about my kids being loud and running around. They were in the floor playing with toys that i bought by the way. But they were right beside me

My mom works here so I used to visit often, the people are kind and reliable when you need help finding something or have an issue. To go into their store you need wear a mask or you will be told to leave which is a surprise and shouldnt be a problem for anyone.

I love the employees I wish I got their names 2 females one blonde and one with purple hair and a male with blonde hair so helpful and sweet I always find the best stuff here!!! Marion goodwill was nice, a vary clean friendly establishment while I did not find much of interest there I do not hold it against the store as you can only put out what you are given all in all Ill give it a 3 as I much prefer the one in centralia

Rude manager. Out of town customer from a state that does not require masks (optional). Would not let customer check out and grabbed cart from customer. News flash, even Dr Faucci says that masks are not required for healthy people. Lost a big sale. Was cooperative and left store but was continually talked down to. Im also in the health care field and those little fabric masks do nothing to protect you from a microscopic virus. Better hope Im never your healthcare provider lol.

I had to leave because my 2 year old twins did not have a mask on when the Illinois state law states that anyone over 2 is required to have one NOT 2. If your employees are going to try to enforce a mandate they need to learn what the mandate states.

Rarely ever more than one cashier. Shelves often pretty bare. Especially today. Good luck getting someone to help you with a case

Very clean and well organized. Even with it being just a few days after Christmas, their selection was quite good for mens and kids clothing. Definitely, the best Goodwill in the area. Clean public restrooms, too!

Some may find this annoying it so great for our environment.I love Goodwill is non profit help provide many jobs to disabled, vets, etc. 👍🏽👍🏽❤This store had a HUGE selection of new Halloween costumes and decorations. 👻🎃 I love that!! Halloween costumes can be expensive and every child deserves to have a costume.I buy my old mans clothes here. 🤫😅 I say that shirt was $50 bucks when it was 2. 😝😅🤣😂

There is absolutely no organization when it comes to sizes. Things are often put back in the wrong place. And the dressing rooms were full of other peoples clothing, now I know people ignore signs but no one seemed to monitor it either. However, I did find some good items for great prices and the employees were extremely nice.

The Marion Goodwill store is a mainstay of my shopping. I get more value at the Marion Goodwill store than anywhere else. I dress better than most people I know and pay a fraction of what they do. All of my clothes come from Goodwill and I would have it no other way.

Good changed review today from 5 to 2...NOBODY wants to look through EVERY size to maybe find your size! Funny how people donate...you get rich in profits but dont care enough about the people who shop there to put each size where you can find What you need. I will being going to thrift stores who care about their customers...wont be donating to Goodwill anymore either..Perhaps you should change your name...you have corporate reap rewards..dont actually help the handicapped or poor and just not what your corporate was originally founded on. Shame on you!

Love the clothes and everything else they have to order. However the employees are more concerned with goofing around and talking about when they get off work than help you. Standing Im line for 15 minutes now with one cashier

This used to be a place I loved to go to. They have raised their prices and they no longer bag your items. They Supply no bags! You can still find a good thing or two just make sure you bring something to carry it home in.😥

Its a Good Will, thats for sure.I am able to find great things to use for costumes. Heck, I made a whole cosplay out of stuff I found there. Bought a $10 pair of stilettos that I turned into costume deer hooves. Not much to say about this place, to be fully honest.

This GW is one of the better ones! They usually have a huge inventory of goods and prices are good! Love this Goodwill and always stop by when Im in Marion! Staff are super friendly also!

Ive been to lots of these stores and this one by far is the nicest. Big, roomy and not cluttered like most locations. Very polite and friendly staff too

Not much merchandise

Found a few things, but really had to search. The majority of the clothes were pretty tired & worn. The inventory is light compared to other Goodwill stores. We recently took a pickup truckload of donations The policy of this Goodwill franchise is to only give out one receipt dispite how much stuff you bring in at one time. l think this is affecting the quality of donations/inventory. I will continue to check in for things but will take my donations elsewhere. Bad policy! The service was fine.

If your looking for clothes cool. A lot of the kitchen stuff though is close to retail price. The staff is usually nice though.

Lots of great deals! We have found like new clothes, many still with original store tags on them. The downside....checking out usually takes awhile. Not enough cashiers or debit readers not working properly.

Terrible employees and managers, not to mention the entire company is corrupt and only cares about profits. DONT SUPPORT!!!

Medically exempt from the mask and they threw a fit about it. I will never go back to goodwill again. They can keep their garbage and closed down all i care for!

The clothes from here smell so bad and the employees are extremely rude and not helpful at all. The employees at the location in Cdale will at least make an effort to help you find a particular item. Ask anyone for assistance at this location and all you get is a “I don’t know” or “you can ask the manager if you need help finding something”. Just wow.

Prices are pretty fair, though I dont think they should be able to ask more than $5 for a pair of jeans or shirt just because its name brand. I stopped going to the Carbondale Goodwill because they were extremely over priced and the staff are rude. I havent had a problem with the staff at the Marion location, and I usually always find something worth buying. Also love that they started color coordinating the womens shirts makes it easier to browse through them.

Very open and clean. Enjoyed browsing. Clothing is grouped by gender, type and price. Not sorted by size, fyi. Found some good hardback books and everyone was nice

Had to look through all of pants, no signs up for sizes, finally gave up. also lots of items with color coated but no signs telling what prices was for colors. left without purchase.
