Ill drive a half hr out of the way to go to this Wal mart to avoid Marion,ohio one. People are awesome here and nicer and you dont have the trash or worry about ods in the bathroom or stepping on needles . This place is worth the drive . So clean, polite, they go out of their way to help. All Walmarts could learn from this one .

I understand we are still in the Pandemic, I am a person that feels there needs to be more cashiers, not the self check out. Going into the store during peak hours and have maybe 1 or 2 registers open than the rest are self check out. For some people coming into the store the only human contact they have during the day is with a cashier, which just having someone asking you how is your day or did you find everything your looking for makes one feel better for just one moment others feel that someone cares enough to make small talk which in return, the customer usually puts a smile on their face even if it is just for 2 minutes or it even makes their day better.

It was busy but well staffed. Quick in and out.

I found the store to be one of the better stores out there. Be entryway was remarkably clean and as you notice in the picture the carts were very well organized and there was no paper in the carts or under their carts.George, the greeter, met me and smiled the moment I walked in. He was a good representative or Walmart.Entering the store was very impressive show I took a picture of the manager just so I could make note of who seems to be going the extra mile.I found the story to be clean throughout and two employees ask me up they could help while I was there.

Great experience. Clean store. Good selection. Has been pretty well stocked each time Ive been there this year.

Wal-Mart on-line. Never again. My wife was using her medical healthy choice card, In the FSA section and they charged my credit card 76 dollars 25 of which was shipping. Let me tell you they hid that charge but good. So if your up there living on SS Be so very careful shopping on-line with WAL-MART.

Okay dude straight up I dont know where start with this but dont even come here to this location. Its by far the most disgusting walmart Ive ever been too. I couldnt believe how dirty this place was it was gross. There was open boxes of cereal and bottles of milk just laying around. The employees are rude and didnt seem to care at all. Do yourself a favor and save your money for else where.

Im understanding that the shelves are always missing items due to trucks not moving out more.....but the whole nlt having enough cashiers is ridiculous. I get my amazon packages just fine.....tired of empty shelves here.

I think Ive finally come to the realization that Im done with Walmart. Especially this one. Everytime I go products are stocked wrong and I always end up having to pay more. I took my 4daughter to spend her $30 in birthday money. She wanted a $60 Barbie toy but finally found one as Im teaching her how to look at the price and spend less than $30. $29.99 for a Barbie set thats what the sticker said Under it and there was 2 additional ones behind it. I did my shopping and went to check out of course only one lane besides you scan and 6 people waiting in that line so scanned it ourself. It came up $49.99. I called the worker over and she looked it up on her phone and said its $49.99. I told her there are other ones back there in the same spot but she said its still $49.99. I got it for her anyways cause I felt horrible for her. But this has happened to me multiple times at this location, when things are clearly stocked in that place at that price. So I guess the moral of the story is this Walmart not only do you have to scan your own products, you have to price check them as well.

Wal-Mart is Walmart but this one only carries like 60% of stock at any given time. Theres always something you should be able able get there but cant because theyre out or didnt restock.

They need more lanes open so people dont have to wait.

If i wanted to self checkout. i would just order from amazon. They have 30 registers but only 2 or 3 open. Yea they raised min wage but they cut all employees hours so it pay still equals 9$ hour. Such a honest company .....hmmm

Umm, its Walmart. Who hasnt been to a Walmart? This particular one though, is the same great walmart prices. Just with nasty restrooms, and a check out thats always long. Not just one day, every time Im there. How long? Well, its like being in a amusement park line. Waiting for the brand new attraction. Then to find out the attraction is broken down. Seriously, mid-Saturday afternoon, 90 check out lanes, but only 3 cashiers. Biggest employer in the world, but cant employ enough cashiers not to be in line for an hour.

Place has gotten better. Cleaner as well. Still room for growth. But, all in all as long as they dont give up and settle. This store can be pretty good.

Good Walmart. Items are usually in stock and clean aisles. I havent had any issues with self check outs or orders Ive made.

Its a Walmart my dude... what do you expect? As Ohio Walmarts go, its not too shabby. Just expect the possibility of sketchy folks being around and Pokemon cards being sold out, as that is standard Walmart fare around these parts. I got some Cheetos Macaroni here- it was super good. Try the cheddar jalapeño flavor if youre interested.

Not a huge fan of shopping, but *most* of the time, I can find what Im looking for. To me, who has an abysmal sense of direction, its a maze, but again: Quantity over Quality. They have a ton of stuff to buy.

Definitely better to shop after 5pm on a Friday, than on Saturday

Walmart is the best place to shop in marion by far because they have low prices on most stuff. I went to Meijer to compare prices and Walmart. Is alot cheaper then Meijer. The associates are always friendly whenever I ask for help and they always have what Im looking for when I come here.

Was excellent. The cashier was extremely nice. I was there around 3pm on 5-18-21. She was on the register where tobacco is sold. I have never seen a cashier so friendly. I think she deserves an award. I know she had been there for awhile on this day because I heard a csm ask her if she had any sort of break and she had not. The csm had a hard time finding someone to give her a break because there was pretty much nobody to give her a break.

Keep up the great work and keep medical decisions being made by the individual.

Im...Im not really sure what I was expecting to find here. The front end look decent but once you got to the back of the store it was a complete mess. Product all over the floor, employees pushing it out of the way with their feet, just general discord everywhere. Great place for the People of Walmart watching, pointless for everything else. Only went here because I had time to kill waiting for our pizza to be done nearby and Im not even sure it was worth that.

Was great the ypung lady that waited on me was very helpful in finding what I nweced,needed, think she actually just started working there. I was looking for metal shelves, she was very sweet. Don5 star because of her plus it smelt very clean today

Iam from bluffton ohio I called the Marion, ohio store a lady answered I asked if they had a Huffy 20 inch boys bicycle rock it she called another department a guy answered I asked the same thing the guy said I would have to wait till tomorrow and hung the phone up I do a rodeo at Marion county fair every year and give two bikes away I buy all the bicycles at Walmart I give 35 bicycle away 2020 2 last weekend iam going to let the people know the way I was Treated at there Local Walmart

Bucyrus is unfriendly and have higher prices then Mansfield or Upper Sandusky Walmart I would rather drive to another town to be treated better an get milk over a dollar cheaper plus a lot of times they dont have what we want so out to another town we go

Cant really say anything bad about this trip to Walmart. I had something I needed to return. They were super packed. The line to Customer Service was extremely long. So I went back to electronics to see if I could do a swap back there. Unfortunately the lady I talked to said they dont do returns back there anymore. All returns are handled through Customer Service only. Plus side tho, the 2 ladies running Customer Service were really moving the line along pretty quickly. I didnt have to wait long to get what I needed done and was able to move on to the next thing to do.

I was in line to check out for 15 minutes. That was longer than the time I spent shopping. If Walmart cared to help stop the spread of Corona......why dont they have more check out lanes open so that people dont have to stay any longer than necessary in a crowded location?

Convenient store as always. Everything is right there. Clean store. Friendly staff. They are very helpful and quick at the pharmacy.

I just wish the Walmart in UpperSandusky had more riding carts.there are only 4 for the whole store and usually 2 of them arent charged. My shopping experience is over all great. I can always find what I need.

Was wanting help un the paint department. Couldnt find anyone who was working there until i got to the food side. By then i just wanted to go home. They dont have any help for their customers, they dont have half of what you want, and i can do a whole lot better at meijers or krogers. Walmarts gotten lazy, and cheap. They dont care about the common customer any more. They are to cheap to hire enough help. Where would they be if we all stopped shopping there. I dont go much anymore. I dont like thete sevice.

I went in to the sporting goods section looking at hunting rifles. I found a Henry 45-70 government rifle for 735 dollars. Unfortunately I missed the actual mgr of that dept. However the general mgr was really helpful. I recommend this store. Marions doesnt sell guns anymore. So go up to Bucyrus

I was at Walmart and saw these weird dollsIts a Walmart Supercenter- it will have almost anything you need, but there are several areas of ethical weakness. 1. The fish (They claim they intend to get rid of them altogether which is great) It you cant care for them, plz dont sell them.... 2. Not paying livable wages to most of their employees for years and years.Lots of stuff CHEAP, but it comes at a price.

Deandre, the manager that i spoke with about my LG phones, was very insightful and helpful. Usually in the past i cant even reach electronics and then when i get a customer service desk rep(if they even answered too), they put me on hold for over 10 mins and never got me a manager, but each time ive had to call lately and Deandre is working, they are prompt and he answers promptly and resolves the issues the best of his ability. I use to dread calling bc i always knew id get nowhere and no manager or noone in certain depts, but he truly cares and tries to make sure each call is answered in a timely manner in every dept and that if hes needed he answers in a timely manner too and fixes the issues. Give this man a raise. Seriously. Because ive had no experience where its been an easy and resolved one until he came along. Thats the truth!!

Walmart usually always has what I need. But usually I have to climb or crawl to get it. The pop tarts I buy is on the top shelf, and its usually never pulled to the front. So I cant reach it. When I climbed up to get it, (because there was no worker in the area, and I will not walk all over to find someone) a worker came from out of the back and seen me. She came over and told me not to do that, that I could get in trouble. I dont know how I could really get in trouble but I said okay, and walked away. I watched her walk away instead of pulling the pop tarts forward so the next customer did not have to climb. I buy pop all the time. Sometimes name brand, sometimes store brand. The store brand is always way in the back where you actually have to get on your hands and knees to get it. I love walmart but here lately there are always workers in your way stocking in the middle of the day but nothing is pulled forward to make it easy on the customers. And as many that are usually in your way while your shopping, there is never one when you need one or the one you ask cant help.

Overall dirty location. Almost half of the items I planned on buying were out of stock. Male employees walking around the store talking as if no one could hear them. Cussing and laughing loud as could be and seemed as if they could care less if someone did hear them. I will be sure to avoid shopping there in the future unless I absolutely have to. And then Ill still probably try and find it at Meijers!!!!

The manager does not equip this WalMart for success during low traffic hours. They do not have access to keys for electronics department. The sign directs you to ask staff that is available for help during certain hours; but, they are not able to help in electronics from my experience.

Im usually a pretty understanding and fair person, but until Walmart gets their overnight hours back..its nothing but chaos!! Dont even dare try to call a dept because you surely wont get an answer and if you do..its the servoce desk answering it to tell u hold on theyll put you BACK through just for it to keep ringing again and go back to the service sesk and they then pick up and hang it right up on you bc they dont want to deal!! Ive tried for 4 DAYS to contact someone in a dept so i dont drive all the way to the store for nothing!! Im told to call first but i say i cant get through at all..so they say just try to come in and check to see of the lady that activates the phones will be in. come to find out she comes at her discretion even though shes suppose to have set times between 12p-5p Sundays and mondays. Another guy rides his hoveround all the way across town to try to get his activated and he cant ever catch her either!! He calls and cant get through and he needs his phone on that he bought!! Why is this happening?! Youre going to lose customers to other vendors bc they dont want to buy a phone then have to wait for the peraon to come to activate and then have them not even show up!! HIRE SOMEONE THAT WANTS TO DO THEIR JOB!! RETRAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DO THEIR JOBS. I get its busy but maybe if you put the damn hours back to what they were it would spread out that mass anount of people and they wouldnt all be there at once!! Then they could help everyone the correct and efficient way!! Having it understaffed in electronics also when thats the BUSIEST Dept. there is and the most money making /product loss there is, is just ridiculous. Why have 2 people to tend to the masses?? No wonder you have a bad theft problem. Noone to help watch and work the area!! They are always out of things even if they just got it in. People take a multitude of the item and leave none for everyone else. So if you want somwthing you have to get there by the time the truck delivers itnor youll come in to all of it gone already!!

Store isnt the cleanest and fresh produce isnt fresh (many rotten items). The staff doesnt answer the phones like they should, be expecting a long hold when being transferred to most departments. Many of their workers at this location are young and could care less about helping customers, let alone will they take time to answer questions. I would say shop online and skip this store altogether!

Cant find anything half the time shelves are a mess and everything is picked over. Nothing is stocked in the right spots so its hard to tell any sorta price on anything.
